As i'm a regular customer at tim hortons everyday. I'm not happy with my last visit at the store on malden road in lasalle. Wednesday jan 30th at 2:45 I was on my way to work and stopped for a large coffee and a couple of donuts. When I got to the window I had asked the girl (blond hair no name tag) if I could please have the donuts in two separate bags and she said no problem, as she took my money she told the other girl (name tag said britt) that I needed the donuts in two bag and britts remark was oh my god your kinding me two bags! The blond hair girl knew that I had heard what was said so as she handed me my coffee and donuts she apologized to me for the wait. I really don't know how long your going to have customers when get treated like that. I felt like I need to pay for the second bag of even explain why I need two bags. I have now enjoyed my coffee at the other tim hortons in the area. I really hope you can fix this problem as you already have lost one good costumer.

Ordered 2 large triple triples at 9:14AM at 4 N Transit st Lockport ny 14094 location. When I got to the bottom of my coffee there was a white piece of plastic in my cup.

We usually buy cheese croissants from Tim hortons and this time the croissants looks different like what quality are they providing

I was absolutely blown away when I was charged $2.50 for a coffee this morning. (Seems like the price goes up weekly.) I totally understand the times we are in but you guys should be ashamed of yourselves! I can guarantee I will go elsewhere if it goes up again, thank you for your time. Btw I Spend well over $20 daily at your restaurants!

Price of coffee just went up another ten cents people will stop coming to tim Hortons . How can you justify raising the price of coffee again .

I ordered assorted timbits so I go 2 kinds of the plain timbits. Employees should let customers know if they are sort on timbits.

This was on January 14 2023 around 1:40pm.

My wife was making her order, and the server was rude in her response I'm asking if the order was a combination or not.

"Well, what did you want with it?" was her response.

This white female server had a partly shaved head and a ponytail, who has 0 customer service skills.

January 2, a little after 5pm.

The sandwich was squished flat and cold. Not scrambled eggs either. It was a gross egg like you would get at mcdonalds. The egg was overcoaked (burned on bottom) and rubbery. absolutly disgusting. Thank you for taking my money and giving me something absolutly disgusting that I thew away.

For the last 4 months or so. No matter the tim hortons and no matter the time of day. My coffee is never stirred and never has the desired sugar I ordered in my coffee. It's to the point I purposely avoid certain tim horton store due to this consistent issue.

I walked into the Tim Horton store at 7330 Markham, Ontario location on Dec.11/2022 I noticed a car fumes smell coming from inside the store. It’s not good for the Employees and your customers! There needs to be type of ventilation for your employees and customers.

I go to the Tim Horton's at 380 Niagara Street in Buffalo, New York on an almost daily basis. Frequently the scanner is not working and I do not get credit for my purchase.

Is there some way I can get credit for purchases made when the scanner is not working.

I ordered chicken noodle soup in the drive thru. When I finally ate the soup there was absolutely NO chicken in it.

Condition and cleanliness of store in chilliwack British Columbia needs attention. Bathrooms have no toilet paper, debris and filth all over the floor. Definitely not sanitary . Coffee all over the sidewalk adjacent to front door. Not in line with Tim Horton standards at all, been to many stores and this is by far the worst. Dirty all round

I had ordered an iced capp and accidentally got a light iced capp, i went into the building to ask an employee for cream and was straight up ignored. I stood there for 5 minutes before i left because it was obvious they didn’t want to talk to me. It tastes gross lol.

No pride in their franchise! Horrible service! No respect for their customers. Told me to go somewhere else if I was unhappy. Just throw meals together/ ie. egg sandwich thrown together. Behind the counter disgusting,

The Smile cookies where horribly decorated/ like I said no pride they don’t care!

Went to pick up a plant based sausage bagel as I am vegetarian , on Sept 15 at around 10 am from the Courtney timmies to take it to my parents home in bowser! As I took my first couple of bites , I realized it was a meat sausage patty ! It made me physically and emotional sick .

I have tried to communicate by email with no luck, no one replying to me.

My son purchased a ice coffee on august 18 at the Keele and sheppard location and found this item in the ice coffee, which I believe is the cover for a knob.

Since the new owners took over the cleanliness an service is the worst I've ever experienced at any Tim's. They charge you for a double cup 10 cents therecold drinks they fill it with mostly ice if you ask for a little ice the ignor your request. They have mouse traps under the booth.

Hi,

We did an order for an office breakfast and there was a couple of missing items.

1 was a breakfast bagel with sausage and the other was a hash brown.

This is was today (05/08/2022) and was around 9am at the new plymouth branch at derriford. There is no contact number to call the branch and request a refund.

I am shocked and dismayed that your company is insisting children be vaccinated with poison in order to attend your camps... I have informed my entire family and they have agreed to never buy anything or any of your products ever again. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Never did like your coffee anyway.

I buy a coffee every single day from your establishment, and every coffee I buy the coffee drips from the lid all over my hand.

There has to be a better way for your lids to make a better seal.

If this is not fixed, I will be buying coffee from a competitive company, ie... Starbucks, McDonald's.

Tim Hortons at Strawberry Hill , 72nd Ave & 120th Street, Surrey ,B.C.

I have made numerous complaints regarding having no air conditioning.

If this not addressed I will take it up with Worksafe B.C., and they will issue fines. Customers are not staying inside see photo because of heat.

The staff at the drive thru window gave me my coffee doubled cupped. When I drove away and took a drink of my coffee it was ice cold! WTF! This location has definitely went downhill after new owners/management! Always messing up my orders and finally today had enough of this B.S!

I ordered a medium coffee in drive thru and she gave me a small by mistake. So, I come inside apologetic about it and i asked her to make me a medium she gave me the dirtiest look and embarrassed me in front of other people. Very unprofessional service.
