Tim Hortons service by manager

Canada day sunday at approx 1130 am I walked into the didsbury alberta location where there was 4 customers ahead of me and one young lady working the till getting coffees getting food pretty much doing everything she was suppose to. The wait was getting long and longer to the point that it took me 23 min to get a coffee. I could see the poor young lady was getting frustrated and nervous over the amount of work and ppl for 1 person. This location ran out of hash browns no communication was said to the young lady and so she was going her job and sending the order to the back to be prepared. When Jen the manager was asked to give a refund to a customer who was tired of waiting for his meal. Jen instead of asking the customer the issue or explaining the issue to them took it out on the already nervous young lady yelling at her and saying she was the reason for the line up and if she dont hurry up they are going to lose money. I just want to express my lack of professionalism of jen towards her staff and customers. The wait will not be the reason I never attend a tim hortons again it will be because of people like jen who belittle her employees in front of customers and can't even see or jump to a till to help. Jen requires more training and some sensitivity training. It's awful to see that and feel nothing but sadness for the young lady for having to be treated in such away. Please take this seriously as this is a for of harassment and bullying that does not need to be pushed aside.

Online shows buy one get one. You click on it and it even takes you to the official Tim Hortons website. But taking my family there you resteraunts are not honouring it. This has pissed me off enough that I am willing to change my life style and go somewhere else for my daily coffee. Witch I know I maybe one person but when I myself drink at least 5 XL coffee a day plus what ever friends and family are with me and treats. Might just start a ripple. Tim Hortons manager-naomi-rude and belittling to customer.

Hello,

I entered the Tim Hortons at 120 Ottowa st N, Kitchener Ontario at 10:55 am on July 1st 2018.

I saw a promotion on Twitter for buy one get one ice caps. I asked the cashier about the promotion and she brought the manager. I told the manager and showed her the promotion on my phone.

The manager at this point was rude, sarcastic, and belittling. Even if the store did not offer the promotion I would have purchased an ice cap. I was so offended by her deminer and tone I left without making a purchase.

Tim Hortons general overall experience

The Tim Hortons at Harwood and Bailey is by far the worst I've ever been to. The staff is unfriendly, the restaurant is overly hot most days and always smells of Burning toast. Regardless of drive thru or inside the service is the same. Poor. No smile and a general lack of interest in being there. Why take a job in customer service if you have zero interest in dealing with the general public?
Although my order has never been wrong I would rather go to the Tim's on Salem Rd and 401 BC they are always friendly and helpful.

Tim Hortons they can get the product right, and it was stale

I ordered 1 Blueberry Muffin, 1 Banana and Pecan, and one slice of poppy seed loaf. What I got - STALE Lemon poppy seed loaf (straight to the garbage), 1 to raisin bran Muffin, and Banana (no pecans).

Clearly the attendant did not know their product, the location did not enforce and "always fresh" approach to their product, and thus I am passed off! Starbucks and McDonald's have it mastered, and Tim's used to, but let's be real, Tim's is NOT what it used to be!

Signed disappointed customer - Meg Goodman

Tim Hortons customer service

I had pulled up to the speaker at the 5 mile telegraph and asked for a plan bagel with sausage cheese and bacon... She repeated back the wrong breakfast sandwhich so I then repeated it 3 more times... And she yelled at me and said I cant hear you when she clearly heard me the 2nd time and was laughing with the employees in the background... Then I added I wanted the waffel sandwich she then again said I cant hear you in a violent and rude tone and then she proceeded to say "we out of waffles" and proceeded to tell her okay I want a sausage and cheese croissant well then she said "u want an egg and cheese croissant, I said no just cheese and sausage! And proceeded to laugh. Im not racist but this is the 2nd time ive gone to this one and they act like [censored] to the white! This is an outrage! I cant believe this is happening with tim hortons

Tim Hortons steeped tea pods

I purchased a box of Tim Hortons steeped tea pods. When I opened the box, there was a hair hanging out of one of the pods. It was not just sitting in the box. It was actually partially inside the pod. I have pictures of pod and box it came in. I was quite disappointed and disgusted by this. Please contact me at:

Tim Hortons coffee with flavour shot

Today was the third time I've purchased 2 decaf coffees with milk and a caramel flavour shot added to both and have not received the flavour shot in the coffee. I know it's not a lot of money but I'd like to get what I pay for. This has happened at the same store in st catharines. I usually find out the flavour shot is missing while out of the city travelling on the highway. Seriously thinking of changing to different coffee shop.

Tim Hortons ask for hot water

Re: Tim Hortons at 25 Woodstream Blvd. Woodbridge Ontario
June 26, 2018 around 3:30 pm.
I ask for a cup of hot water (for my prescription) with my finished Tim's cup (didn't ask for new cup). Front counter staff refused (and turned around asking other associates with the same result). She told me I have to buy a tea to have the cup of hot water. I don't know why she refused me, I was not asking refill of coffee, pops or other drinks.
I left this Tim and went to a nearby McDonald's at Hwy 7/Pine Valley having a cup of hot water without buying and no question asked.
This is a bad experience for a customer like me who buy one or two coffees at Tim everyday.

Tim Hortons manager/supervisor's attitude towards employees

Tuesday, June 26, 2018 was the last straw for me. I held a lot in until tonight when my daughter was written up for something that was not her fault at all. The verbal abuse and mistreatment from the supervisors and managers at this location are beyond ridiculous. I am not stopping here as tomorrow morning I will be calling the labour board. No employee should have to been talked to in that manner and treated with disrespect. There are two particular people that I am specifically referring to (Jen and Marianne) and I want them to be dealt with as this needs to stop. That location needs to be retrained as they lost their skills. Maybe they are short staffed because they don't know how to treat them properly.
The location I am referring to is 12596 Hwy 50 North, Bolton, ON.

Tim Hortons 50% seniors discount

This is a true story and one that is not that news worthy but this will just make me feel better if I can vent.
In the past week I visited my favourite coffee house and noticed that seniors were being offered 50% off! I am a fairly new senior and was delighted that I would receive a 50% discount! My husband and I ordered two bagels and two coffees and then went to pay. No discount! Thinking that the girl behind the till didn't think we looked like seniors we quietly told her she forgot to give us the discount because we really were seniors. She informed us that the discount only applied to "baked goods" not wanting to argue that bagels were "baked" we took our two coffees and bagels and sat down. The 50% advertisement was on each table so I read the rules!
The next time we went to tim horton's we ordered two coffees, two soups and two bagels. After eating our lunch we decided to buy two doughnuts to take with us, since they would be 50% off! The girl explained that we had to buy two more coffees if we wanted the deal because you had to buy coffees and doughnuts at the same time. Now I am getting a little perturbed! Our next visit to tim hortons we were at the shell gas station with a to go tim hortons. I run in to get two coffees and 20 timbits knowing that this time I will finally receive the 50% discount only to be told that the 50% did not apply to timbits!
I have had the most exasperating senior's week!
Please do not offer 50% off when you really don't want to give it!

MacDonalds here I come!

Update by sandy morton
Jul 04, 2018 1:26 am EDT

Well the never ending saga continues! Today we went to Tim Hortons knowing the game plan was to get two coffees and two muffins and THEN GET THE SENIORS DISCOUNT! Yea! but you are not going to believe this! We went through the drive through and were told that we could not receive the discount in the drive through@!#%$%$%%$%^
I am ready to pull my hair out! I don't want your senior's discount.
I have been told that "bagles" are not baked goods, I have been told that even though I spent money on two coffees, two soups, and two sandwiches I was not eligible for two discount doughnuts because I didn't buy them at the same time as I bought the coffees. I have been told that the discount does not include Timbits and now I can't get the discount at the drive through! Are you kidding me?

I am amazed that I have not received a reply from Tim Horton's complaint department! Do these complaints just go into cyber space or does someone actually read and deal with them. If you have a department to handle complaints why haven't I heard from those employees?

Tim Hortons food quality

I just returned from a shopping trip to Buffalo. Stayed at the hotel on Grand Island for 2 evenings and decided to have breakfast at the Tim Horton's on Grand Island on June 22, 2018. We ordered the breakfast sandwich since neither had tried it before.
HORRIBLE...it was like eating styrofoam. The english muffin was not toasted nor fresh and the meat and egg mediocre warm. I ended up discarding my sandwich.
The lady taking our order was clearly not enjoying her work that day and her disposition was arguably miserable. She neglected to give us our receipt so I am not able to give more details.

Tim Hortons coffee, ice tea and lemonade

My daughter & I were traveling on Friday, June 15th and we needed to stop & get something to drink. We stopped at the Tim Horton's on Peach St. in Erie, PA around 9:15 p.m. We were in the drive-thru and my daughter asked for an ice tea. We were told that they do not have any because they are closing at 10:00 p.m. She then order a lemonade and I ordered a medium coffee. We left Tim Horton's, jumped on the thruway immediately. I opened my coffee to drink and it wasn't even warm. The lemonade was just water with a slice of lemon in it! We ended up not drinking either of them because they were disgusting. As for the ice tea...it's just hot tea with ice in it. You mean to tell me that with 40 minutes left to their closing that they didn't have it? We were EXTREMELY disappointed. We both told our friends about this experience and they were shocked! Maybe if you didn't hire the teenagers that were looking to hurry up & get out of work then people would be able to get their orders!

Tim Hortons sexual harassment in store

My cousin who is employed with Tim Hortons Defiance, Ohio location. Store manager name is Jennifer and Owner is Elias. While at work my cousin was bombarded by sexually explicit conversation from supervisor Casey Wolf and co workers. My cousin informed me that Casey was talking about my alleged sex life with her best friend. She has also approached my cousin about her ex boyfriend and making reference to seeing my cousin naked. I have reported this behavior to the Store Manager Jennifer who was kind and sympathetic to the situation. The owner however was not so professional or kind. In fact the owner tried to cover for this disgusting employee which leads me to believe he condones this type of behavior. This is definitely sexual harassment and corporate needs to be made aware of how there chain of stores are being represented. My family and I are faithful customers of Tim Hortons and I am appalled by this type of behavior going on in the workplace. Casey also went on to threaten my cousins job which is also against the law. I have proof that this conversation took place from Casey because she was stupid enough to admit it over Facebook. This really reflects poorly on what I believe Tim Hortons stands for, and I believe that is to provide a healthy and sustainable work environment for employees and customers. I would hope the owners are also instilled with core values that serve the people of our community not try and cover up perverse behavior and sexual harassment in the work place.

I went to the restaurant right-away after work and asked for the manager
A young girl came and took me he is not available now and offered me help
After telling what happened to me she said sorry 😐
Really! And I will give you a refund ?
Do you think it's enough for that brand that i always trust and let my kids eat from
