Tim Hortons employee service and sandwich

Your employees gave me a sandwhich i bought with my last 6$ i ordered a chicken ceaser salad they gave me a chick3n sandwhich. My wife briught it back to the front they said theyd fix it half hour goes hy i go to the front ask for manager and she is extremely rude tells me no they wont replace it andd slides the dish back toward me as i go to pick it up it falls onto thegroumd and once again they refused to make anothe free of charge i havent been to a tim hortons since. My wife was very hungry just got off of work and this is how we were treated not to mention $6 down the drain i would like this fixed asap please if you appreciate my business as a customer at all. They had my wife so upset she was crying and in turn was angry with me assuming it was my fault all thanks to your employees i woul like a refundor couponsfor free items if possible. Sent via email . I have never been so disrespected in my life

Tim Hortons donuts display

I went to our local branch in Waterloo at 55 Northfield Dr E, Waterloo, ON N2K 3T6. I went along with my nephew to buy a half dozen donuts. I paid the money using my credit card around 9:00 PM ( few minutes before or after, not sure exactly when). When We tried to pick our 6 donuts, to my surprise I found a fly inside the cabinet where donust are displayed and it was flying from a donut to another. It was, the least I could say, discusting that I asked to cancel my order and the lady gave me chash back.

Tim Hortons coffee and muffin charge me too much

female customer service employee charge me way to much for coffee and muffin by about $2. I found her to be extremely incomptemt, extremely poor customer service and I am a visible minority, I want this reviewed and her fired. employee at Tim Horton's do not like visible minorities coming to their stores because the general public do not like us very much and action should be taken against this. I would like a public inquiry, financial compensation, an apology and justice from Tim Horton's and other fast food restaurants across Canada and USA on its customer service policy and how it treats visible minorities.

Tim Hortons the crunchy chicken wrap

Hello I odered a crunchy chicken wrap from tim horton's in north york ontario on sheppard and just west of bathurst where I always go and boy that wrap was so good but I was saying to myself this wrap either tastes a little hot or spicy but I ate it all. But when I got home 2 hours later I was feeling so sick like my stomach was so upset. So the next day I went to another tim horton's here in woodbridge, ontario where I live and I asked them what exactly is in the tim horton[s crunchy wrap and they said you get lettuse tomatoes mayonase or ranch dressing and or anything you want to put in it and I also added bacon and I asked them if the bacon they use if it is spicy and they said no it is regular bacon but the chicken in the wrap you can get it regular or spicy chicken. Then they admitted to me that maybe they gave me the spicy crunchy chicken wrap instead of the regular crunchy chicken wrap that is why for a day and a half I was in lots of pain in my stomach and I can't eat spicy or hot food because it affects me in big ways giving a very bad stomach ache. So what I want to know from you guys at tim horton's is that if I go there today which I will is that if I can order another crunchy chicken wrap that is the regular one not the spicy chicken wrap and get it for free for their mistake and suffering I went through. That is all I am asking for. Thank you tim horton's and congratulations on all the good food you're serving today compared to before you only sold donuts. Keep up the excellent work!

Tim Hortons cheese bagel toasted with butter and herb and garlic cream cheese

Today at approximately 13:30 my son and I ordered some lunch at the Dunlop and 400 store.
I finished my bagel and my son with ADHD saw a dead fly in his bagel and completely lost it with screaming and crying. It took me 1/2 an hour to calm him down. Not to mention he threw up in the vehicle. I do have a close up picture if for some reason you don't believe me.

Tim Hortons free coffee after purchasing 9!!

I recently participated in purchasing 9 coffees where you receive the 10th one free! I am a faithful customer at the Tim Horton's Chili Avenue location in Gates, NY and was told by another Tim Horton's representative at a different location that it would be honored after the June 30th date. Well 6 days later, I went to the Chili Location and they did not honor and said there was a deadline. I was so mad I handed the card with the free coffee notice and said just rip the card up! I go there just about every morning. Very dissapointed! Not sure what your response would be but I had to send this message. Thank you for any comments and help! Free coffee coupon? We came to visit the above location as tourist from Ontario but we are very upset and shocked to find the rude and disrespecting behaviour from one of the employee of the Tim Hortons. They did'nt took the correct order and when asked to rectify it the man just showed us rude behaviour. He just throwed away the coffee cups in attitude and just denied to give single extra cup too. He did not give us roll up cup for our 3 coffee order. The person was seems to be around 45-50years old. This is quite disappointing as we expect their co-operation as a tourist. Tim Hortons no breaks for employees

Something is going to have to be done about staff on duty. All employees should by right have a break after 2 hours but to have no lunch/dinner after working a 9-hour shift with NO breaks and NO lunch or dinner is not acceptable. That is totally disgusting. Employees are going to have to be treated better in order to keep them. By law, an employee needs a break during their shift. Management is not doing a very good job in ensuring this happens. It is no wonder why Timmies cannot maintain a happy staff. A happy employee promotes happy customers. An employee should NOT be on their feet for 9 hours straight. Something needs to change.

Went to crosbys, tim hortons on wherle dr. Cheektowaga, ny. Placed an order for a coffee at 7:45pm 07-01-17 was given the incorrect coffee 2 times and the employee said "quit [censor]n with me"I said excuse me he then said get the"[censor] out of my drive through". I was in complete shock I go to tim hortons 5times a day and I never had someone speak to me in such a disrespectful way. All I asked for was a medium coffee. When I asked him who he was speakn to he said me. Im just shocked I wanted to call the police, i've never had this happen. My number is [protected] please feel free to call

Tim Hortons acting manager extremely rude behaviour

I went to Tim Hortons and ordered my usual then before it was made I changed my order to an extra large cappuccino. I was then berated with unreasonable comments. I have a Brain Injury and sometimes I'm a bit slower, I have an invisible injury but after that everyone knows. I do not have a car so I am forced to go to that Tim Horton's. I really hope that something is done and that this won't be for nothing.

I went in as usual to get my free coffee and I asked for a large latte. I quickly changed my mind and asked for a Extra Large Cappuccino and I received a boat load of attitude and a medium coffee. Just wanted to make you aware of this, thank you,

I brought my roll up win for a free coffee and asked for a Large then changed to an Xtra large within seconds . I then received a lot of attitude then received a medium coffee, then instead of an Extra Large of cappuccino like I ordered. Me and others have stopped going to that Tim's on196 Cedar.. It is very inconvenient for me since I do not have a car and live 3 or 4 blocks away, I work with a lot of people with various disabilities and they refuse to go there now. It is also the dirtiest Tim Horton's I have ever seen.

Tim Hortons poor service, even worse out of what was ordered n screwed up the order twice at tim hortons in essex ontario

Verry poorly staffed. Worst tim hortons experience ever. Ordered. Charged for what i ordered, then they said they wer only goin to charge me for the coffee. After i had paid for everything already. Then when i said they charged me for more then the coffee the clerk asked to see how much i got back so she could figure out her mistake. Seriously. So confusing. Verry poorly run. 😝😠☹

Out of 10 times 6 times they make my order wrong on driveway and I do not have time to come back again as generally visit during my breaks. I always say no ice and 3 extra sugar beverage bas they enter in system but when I get th order it is always in correct. I am really frustrated and would never goto this store ever again. They are always in rush to complete the order and does not care about what they serve. I really want my money back for whatever I have purchased incorrectly. I am really going to file a complain regarding this store. Hope you would understand my situation and do the needful.

This past year I found out I was pregnant became homeless and now didn't have a place to mail from or finds really at all. I haven't taken in my pin to Tim Hortons Canada . Tim Hortons did not get what I wanted

27 June 2017 at around 630 pm I went to my local Timmies to buy dinner and a drink I was supper hot from working in the sun for 3 hrs and i started my order i asked for a large Ice lemonade and then asked for a large Ice water to with it and I was about to order my food but then I was yelled at from across the store WE DON"T GIVE ICE WATER! I was shocked and I looked at the girl taking my order and she was shocked. I then said if I can't have my ice water then i will cancel my order and go somewhere else. So I did I went to a local McDonald's and got exactly what i asked for. I did try and speak to the manager and owner in the end i was lied to and given the wrong number to the owner and then I was told that for them to give water it would be a health code violation. So please don't drink there stuff made with water it must be bad.

Tim Hortons timmy's not thinking on it's feet.

I am a Proud born and bread Canadian!
I am also very Proud to represent Timmy's and to announce that we are the greatest.
But you guys have missed a big opportunity.
As this is Canada's 150th Birthday this would have been a good time to shine BIG.
Instead of rolling up the rim and seeing Happy Birthday Canada 150th, it would of been such a nice gesture to have at least won a donut or coffee and not go away with nothing.

Tim Hortons product, service, general experience

Good morning. I honestly wasnt going to send a message like this but it has gotten so out of hand I feel I need to now. I live in Wyoming Mi and I was going to the TH on the corner of 28th and Burlingame from day 1, since it opened replacing Boston Market. The place was fabulous! i held all my church meetings there inside 2-3 times a week, and I picked up multiple coffees 4-5 days a week in the morning thru the drive thru for myself and co workers. In fact i was there so much they almost always knew my order whether i came in or drive thru...But i would say since the beginning of 2017 or so, it has severely declined. they consistently get drive thru orders wrong, run out of proper lids and carriers, and get offended when you ask how your going to drive with 4 coffees and no carriers. I have stopped going there anymore about 2-3 months ago because I got sick one day after drinking some of the coffee i recieved, and continued to be nauseous all day.. when I opened it I saw what I assume was curdled cream or some junk from not cleaning properly (I attached 3 pics of my coffee). In addition, another reason i have stopped going, i regularly took my daughter there for ice cream that we pick up thru the drive thru...I was handed what i ordered...over filled and some improper small tops jammed on the ice creams, and the outside of the containers covered in dripped product, it was all over the side of my car and on the seats. When i asked the guy at the window to clean them up for me he handed me a 6 INCH stack of napkins and told me that was the best he could do ( I have attached pics of the ice cream and napkins also. I will not be returning to that tim hortons, and possibly the other tim hortons, because the new one on 44th and clyde park that I go to on my way to work consistently get my order wrong at least once out of the 3-4 times Im there each week, and its hit or miss on customer service, with a rare good attitude or thank you. I will be posting this message and the pics to the Tim Hortons facebook page also. I hope to hear your thoughts on this soon...thank you.

Tim Hortons discrimination

I was in line ordering at the Tim Horton's located just inside St. Andrews subway station by the office building. I have been there several times and noticed all the Tim's workers had practically memorized the regular customers (probably the workers in the office building above) and this time I had to practically yell my order several times just so the cashier would 'hear' me. And she still didn't do her job as she didn't even know what I was ordering the the 3rd time. Meanwhile, the lady after me (Caucasian woman who probably worked in the office building) practically whispered her order on the first try.

After that, the cashier who was previously serving me had the guts to tell me to move over in a rude voice.

I had had enough of this 'subtle' discrimination as the lady who ordered after me was also staring at me as if I was 'rude'.

I calmly said no and decided to wait where I wanted and calmly picked up my order when it was ready.

Usually the coffee is fresh here, but at this time the coffee didn't taste right and they called out the wrong food order I had repeatedly told them at the cashier.

I don't like being treated like second class. It's because I am not Caucasian and it was very obvious I was discriminated for my looks. I will never allow people to do this to me and I don't care how 'rude' I look to others. Treat EVERY customer with respect and treat others how YOU would want to be treated.

Tim Hortons bad service

I went to my local Tim Horton's in Salem Ohio 44460 and ordered 2 ice coffee one black and one with cream and sugar, I got to the window and the woman tries to hand me one, I said" I ordered two", she said "you ordered a black mocha" I corrected her on what I actually ordered, she rolled her eyes at me and yelled " what do you want lady" so I left and will never return again I will visit dunkin donut, I'm sure I won't get yelled at there

Tim Hortons service and quality

After so many years of quality product and service much to my dismay I need to report this terrible experience of customer service. While travelling towards TO from London we went to the Enroute just outside Cambridge. Service was slow ( granted the lines were long ) when I was waved to come forward and place my order the worker did pick his nose, rubbed whatever he had retrieved between his fingers then proceeded to ask my order. I simply ignored him and went to the right of him where another worker was waving to the line to come place an order. I placed my order yet did realize the offending smell looming around was in fact coming from him. The body odour was overwhelming and while I stood back with my receipt waiting for my order I did hear other waiting customers comment on this too. After about 15-20 mins the whole Tim Hortons seemed to be in disarray. Customers were complaining on the left and on the right regarding wait times and wrong orders. I received mine about 20 mins after I placed it. When getting into the car we opened the bags...The panini was not cooked at all ( white bread a slice of processed cheese cut in half. The bagels we ordered were wrong and one was not toasted...the muffin was missing. I closed the bags ( by then tired and quite disgusted at the whole scenario ) I returned the bags and asked for my monies back . I was asked to wait and could see a manager/supervisor ? discussing other customer problems to the left of me. The place was in a mess people angry etc. After more than 15 mins another manager/supervisor ?/ came out the back to me and gave me $ 8.55 ? I know my bill was more but byt then I just took the money and left. Total disappointment of the way things were run that day. Very poor worker personal care/hygiene, poor quality of product and poor service.

Tim Hortons owner illegally making copies of licenses for purchases with a debit card

On 6/15/17 I went thru the drive thru at this location ordered and then wanted to add $10 on my Tim card...the associates were not the ones this complaint is about they proceeded to take my debit card than asked for id which I gave them then much to my dismay they took a photo copy of my licences I immediately said I wanted that copy which they refused to give me. They said the owner of this franchise is requiring this. I immediately stated that this is not a lending institution and has no right to my licence information to keep on hand..This would in fact and could lead to identity theft which their owner and Tim Horton's would be liable for.. Unfortunately I have made several calls to their corporate complaint department to no avail...only Promises no results...I will now seek legal restitution to get this matter resolved
