Tim Hortons management

Horribly rude manager named Darlene in new Jarvis, Ontario restaurant. Customers and staff are tired of her. Has fired staff just because she doesn't like them. Owner has been told of her incompetence and bullying tactics before from different concerned customers. The restaurant is always dirty. Never a clean table to sit at. It's just an overall bad experience going in there. And people are left feeling uncomfortable because of the way she treats them or the staff. So many people are baffled on how she has a job... let alone got a promotion!

Tim Hortons unfresh food being served: bad service

This has been an ongoing problem and has occurred several times. There was a time in February when an order of potato wedges was given. I ended up receiving soggy, hard and stale potato wedges that were not crispy and fresh. I did not purchase them until again in march, I had experienced the same quality again. I also recently had given an order for a four-cheese bagel with cream cheese and received a bagel with butter (which did not taste fresh either) . I rarely visit Tim Hortons but I am repeatedly experiencing issues with customer service and the freshness of the food more often.

Tim Hortons cleanliness. contamination of product.

Hi.
I love my "timmies",!... But...

I recently took a take out coffee only to find an insect in the bottom of my cup. The cup was a winner (Roll up the rim) for free potatoe wedges, but I was absolutely sickened to find the creepy crawler at the bottom of my cup. I do have several photographs of the cup and culprit. I'm trying to let it go... But now i'm hesitant to visit that location in burlington ontario, as I fear it is hygienically unsafe. I am not the person to cause a fuss, but I fear that this has really put me off.
Do you have a website that I can post my photos? If I post on facebook... You will lose many loyal customers. Sadly, free potatoe wedges has not done anything to allay my fears.

Tim Hortons an employee

I come to Tim Hortons on a regular basis, an I have noticed there is one particular employee (whom has blue colored hair) who is very unprofessional an speaks to the staff in such a manner that is horrid. I have over heard her swear an be complete an utterly disrespectful to the other employees. In my opinion she should be fired. Employees don't deserve that treatment. An as a paying customer, I come to sit an enjoy my coffee, with her there i have to leave. I am so appalled that she speaks in such away, an its allowed by management. Hopefully things will get better.

Tim Hortons coffee

I stopped and got a large coffee this morning 7 am midland mi. Went to pick it up to tak sip (drink) the cups seam was coming apart leaking coffee everywhere... I burnt my hands and leg ... it got coffee everywhere as I am like crap only few other words on what to do mind u driving 73 on high way I throw the cup out the window ... and when I can get somewhere to clean myself and car up is there anything u will do or is this like every normal large co and u have to get a lawyer to do anything? I do have pictures

Tim Hortons make it right policy

I was travelling and had a breakfast sandwich made wrong. The Tim Hortons in Ads Cove, NS had a staff member working that refused to remake the sandwich or refund me. She was also rude. I never had such a situation happen before and I called another Tim Hortons and they said they definitely would have made the order right. I called the owner to notify them of what happened with such poor customer service.

Tim Hortons horrible service, got sick from iced coffee

I went thru the drive thru today at lunch time i had 2 separate orders the first order i asked for potatoe wedges and they didnt have any so i couldnt get that, then i ordered a medium iced coffee with 2 sugars 2 creams and a shot of vanilla, and a breakfast croissant with sausage egg and cheese. The iced coffee had no sugar in it and im pretty sure it had 4 creams because it was almost white...and i didnt taste any vanilla at all. Then for the second order my friend got an itailiano bagel sandwich, the lady proceeded to tell us they were out of that type of bagel so she had to get a different one, then she said they were also out of the pesto that goes on the sandwhich so she didn't get to have that either, then she asked for a side of mac and cheese. We get up to the window and they didnt what my order was i had to explain everything over again they messed up the coffee, and then when my friend was about to pay for hers they told us they were out of mac and cheese so we couldnt get that either. Such an inconvience. And ever since i drank the coffee ive felt nauseous. I dont know whos managing these places but the staff are so unorganized its ridiculous. This isnt the first time something like this has happened. Everytime i try to order something they are always out or my order is wrong.

Tim Hortons cleanliness, very poor customer service

Sadly, the only thing open at Etobicoke General Hospital is the Tim Horton's. In all the Tim's I have ever visited, I have never seen one as dirty. Or grossly disorganized. The cashier...only one...told me I'd have to put my own cream cheese on my bagel. There is no counter to do this...it was just shoved in a bag and handed to you. There was another woman wondering around behind the cashier, doing nothing to help with the very long line of tired and anxious visitors. Is what we are to expect at Tim's at the hospitals?
This is owned by Morrison? Server was Harshil P. Mar. 28th at 19:05. Please advise what can be done to improve the brand?

Tim Hortons customer service needs to be way better

I just walked over on my break from work to the Tim Hortons in the Arena District of Columbus, OH. I walked into the building and there was a group of people standing by the register so I waited because I assumed it was a line but then a moment later I realized they had already ordered and they were waiting for their order to be filled, the girl behind the counter literally just stood there and looked at me - I had to ask her if she was available to take my order! When I did ask her all she did was nod her head...didn't say a word. While I was ordering she had no smile or any kind of expression on her face which is very annoying to me because I feel like I am being ignored. This isn't the first time I have had to deal with this girl - it seems like she is always working when I go there and she ALWAYS acts like this. I need someone to change this ASAP. It is a customer service role that she is in and she needs to realize that and do better at her job. (BTW her name tag said Dasha)

Tim Hortons drive thru

Yesterday, I went through your drive thru window in Innisfail AB, I ordered 2 large green teas, that was it. After I ordered I waited 9 minutes to get my 2 teas and there was only 1 car in front of me who was up at the window. I had a very important board meeting to attend and here I was stuck for 9 mins. Apparently your supervisor who was on during that time decided that there was no need to rush or hurry with any order, meanwhile this line up was growing with very dissatisfied customers. I strongly suggest that someone pull this manager aside and explain to her, that just because shes doesn't have to be anywhere in a hurry, some of us are, and if it continues, you will lose alot of business.

Tim Hortons cafe mocha/ hot chocolate

On two occassions I have attended at a drive thru at two Tim Hortons locations in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario.

The first location, John Street Sault Ste Marie, approx. end of February 2017. I ordered a Cafe Mocha at the drive thru. Upon being handed my beverage at the window I commented that there was no whipped topping. I was told that cafe mochas do not have whipped topping. Thus after paying I drove away.

The most current unsatisfied drive thru experience occurred today, March 29, 2017 at the Tim Hortons location on Farewell Terrace, Sault Ste Marie. I ordered a cafe mocha and a hot chocolate plus Timbits. When I arrived home both beverages tasteless and severely watered down. Like drinking brown colored water. Again there was no whipped topping on the cafe mocha. Since I live approx. one half hour from both these locations it was not worth my time or gas to bring them back.

My family have been Tim Horton customers for many years but we are looking at changing our drive thru experience to a competitor. In one instance this competitor is only a block away from one of the above locations.

Tim Hortons customer satisfaction

yesturday I went to tim hortons in burks falls ont. I ordered a plain Ham &swiss . what I recieved was two pieces of white bread one piece of cheddar cheese and mustard . When I complained I was told thats what I ordered and there was nothing more to talk about . I will say my family are frequent customers to this store and have many issues that are always met with negative service .

Tim Hortons service and training

2pm march 26/17 Well heres for starters we were out today and when to a tim hortons to grab a coffee and the cashier didn't know how to run the cash had no clue. we had to repeat the order to the staff member 5 times and barely got it right. Montreal rd and Ogilvie . Then this evening at a totally different location blair rd 11pm tim horton another staff member didn't understand the order which was verily simple. 10 mins explain 1 milk 1 cream two sugar.
it's a bit different but not difficult .
The biggest problems is where we work at the general hospital ;location .
service is very slow long ups for most staff its there break time when they go ad and they burn up all of there break in a line up to grab a coffee which should take all of a few mins at most . Express line would be nice and more staff that are trained. tim hortons makes a lot of money at this location and should be working to keep line ups running quick and efficient especial in a work place. where workers rely on the products and service .

Tim Hortons employment - racism

On 23rd -March-2017, my supervisor (Reyhane) harassed me by asking rude questions and forced me to Punch-out and go home right away. She is one week old supervisor. Incident was, why you went to the washroom, Permission should be asked to go to the washroom. After I came from the washroom, she asked why you took time to come from the washroom. To be honest, time consumed to go to the washroom less than 5 minutes. She harassed me by asking rubbish questions, why you took 5 minutes for washroom. I started crying, I was so embarrassed in front of all co-workers and customers. She repeatedly threw the words on me; she forced me to go out of the job. I was so threatened as a family women, I have been working in that place more than 4 years. This is the first time, my supervisor behaved with me as a ferocious manner. I went to the home by bus, but I didn't have enough change and bus timings, because my husband usually take me at 10 pm by car. Now I am out of job, sitting at home with lot of mental agony. I informed to owner, there was no satisfactory response. Because I am an Asian woman, I hope you all understand the situation, kindly take the action and I like to know, in Canada, Are we allowed to go to the washroom if it is emergency? Now, I am so scared to go to any job and i am sending this letter with full of scarceness. Please do the needful.

Tim Hortons service/products

At store 290 downtown trenton the afternoon customer service sucks! 90% of employees are rude the coffee I buy is never stirred or wrong coffee.

At store 857 the afternoon supervisor joe is very lazy will stand there and look at you before he decideds to come to the counter and serve you. And most of the other employees are very lazy as well! I used to enjoy going for coffee everyday but as of the service out of these tim hortons I am seriously considering going to mcdonald.

Tim Hortons drive thru attendant

This evening I attended the drive thru at Jane and Wilson location (Falstaff and Jane to be exact) at approximately 11:10 pm. I ordered a medium peppermint tea. As I approached the window I asked the girl if I could add to my order - she looked annoyed; I asked her for a boston cream donut and without even looking or asking anyone she said "we don't have any boston cream"; she started to give me my tea and it was a chai latte, I told her that is not what I ordered and she gave me attitude. I then proceeded to hand her my debit card and she dropped it. Now I am sure you are aware as to how tight those alleyways are, so as you can appreciate it was difficult for me to open the door and retrieve the card. Not only was no attempt made in asking me if I needed help but she LAUGHED IN MY FACE! How rude and disrespectful. I will NEVER go to that location again and will tell whomever asks me the same thing. I cannot believe that individuals like this are hired as customer service representatives. I am utterly disgusted and upset. I want an apology for being laughed at! This behavior should not be tolerated and this employees should be reprimanded.

Tim Hortons poor customer service

Location: 5869 Airport Rd., Mississauga, ON

Yesterday, March 22, at around 5:30 PM, I waited in the drive-through, placed my order for a small decaffeinated coffee with milk, and a raisin bran muffin. My order was accepted, but when I arrived at the pick-up window, I was told that there was no de-caf available and I could take dark roast or regular coffee.

This is very poor customer service! I should have been told at the order panel that there was no de-caf, or even better, the moment my order was placed, a new pot of de-caf should have been started, so that by the time I reached the pick-up window, my order would be available.

Tim Horton's CANNOT accept an order and then be unable to fulfill the order by the time the customer reaches the pick-up window. I should stress that there were many cars in the line at that time, which gave plenty of time to brew some de-caf.

I cancelled my order when I was told there was no de-caf.

I respectfully suggest that this location needs some real staff training.

A desirable resolution of my complaint would be a coupon that I can use at a local Tim Horton's in my home area of Oakville.

Real resolution is not about recieving freebies. It is about preventing the problem from presenting itself again by improvving the service.

If a single coffee or donut were worth something, they would not discard anywhere near as much of these things as they do.

It is a little disappointing that you volunteer to be bribed into shutting up about a legitimately bad service experience for about 7 cents worth of coffee.

Tim Hortons contests

As a frequent patron to Tim Hortons Store #1954 (at least once a week), it grieves me to report several incidences involving your "Roll Up The Rim" contest which we think is fun.

On Monday, March 20 of this year, I purchased two medium dark Roast coffees and was advised that no "Roll Up The Rim" cups were available. The exact same excuse was given last year during the contest. The contest is not over for 11 more days. Further to this, last year during your "Hockey Card" contest, I was again told no stock left. In all cases it was necessary to patronize another of your franchases to acquire the cards which constituted another coffee to get the cards.

It is regretable that the only thing this Tim Hortons doesn't run out of is excuses.

Tim Hortons store cleanliness

Incident date: 3/18/2017
Store location: 13843 Northline rd. Southgate, MI

Several occasions have stopped with friends or family at this store to get coffee and or something to eat and have found almost all tables filthy. Today we stopped again at 13843 Northline rd. Southgate, MI just before 3 pm ordered coffee and donuts, looked for the least dirtiest table to sit at. There are times when I have stopped at this store in the past and most of the tables are somewhat clean. What I do not understand is how there can be six people behind a counter and only three customers in the whole store. We were at our table for at least 45 minutes as I watched some of the workers clock out just before 3 pm and leave at 3:05 I counted six people behind the counter and two of them were working the drive thru window. As I said, I have stopped at this store in the past and most of the tables are clean but not most of the time.

Tim Hortons faulty cup

My daughter goes to tom Hortons in derby my every single day before work. She got her large coffee and went to work. As she put it on her desk, it split open on the seam and spilled coffee all over her desk. When this happened it not only ruined important paperwork it also burned her leg. I have a picture of the cup and I am furious that this happened. I went to speak to someone and a young girl just laughed and said..."sorry". Unacceptable!
