I have been charged 11.99 since May of this year for something that I have no record of. I am getting the runaround from phone conversations, etc. I do not understand this charge and think it is some sort of scam which I will fight with every means at my disposal.

On three separate dates in august 2015 unauthorized charges were made to my husband's debit card in the amounts of $19.99. When we called the number on the back of the card, we were told that the charges were made by an organization/person/party named tlg*fye VIP. We looked it up on the Internet & found several sites complaining of similar unauthorized charges. We had our card discontinued & were issued a new one & hopefully will have no more problems, . This is apparently a large scale internet scam, largely in Florida. My husband does not use this card except for renting Redbox movies outside the grocery store. We are glad we caught it before the charges mounted even higher.

On three separate dates in August 2015 withdrawals were made from my husband's debit card without his knowledge or authorization. We traced the charges to a company called TIG*FYE VIP. Apparently this is a large internet scam. You will not get your money back. All you can do is cancel your card & get a new number. Requesting return of $80.
