Tiffany Co Shop / Non receipt of item

Ordered a necklace from the company on 2nd December and paid for next day delivery. Received a confirmation e-mail of the order and that a dispatch/Royal Mail tracking number would be issued later in the day. My account was debited for the correct amount immediately.

Not had anything further from the company, the telephone number for the customer helpline goes straight to voicemail and all of the e-mails sent to them have gone unanswered. The guestbook does not allow comments asking tricky questions to be uploaded.

Checked the domain registration and it is to a man in Leicester, UK but the telephone number on the registration doesn't work.

    The same thing happened to me - I ordered an item on December 6, paid GBP30, and never received it. I got no answers when I complained.
    I have no hope that I will ever get my money back .
