I booked a room through them and got a confirmation letter from them. With these papers, I tried to check in at the hotel where I was said that there was no reservation on my name. I thought it was a mistake. With help of the receptionist, I found out that my reservation was confused and they booked me a room, but at a different hotel. What a shame!
DO NOT book anything with tickets at work and I will also let my fellow co workers know as well they basically took my money I made a mistake and book a room on the wrong date was home for a funeral FOR ONE DAY and needed that day and not able to get my money back i end up pay basically twice this is a scam
I tried to get a refund and they never provided. The hotel reservation was refundable and I still fighting for it.

Rude unhelpful company called airline and they told me to contact ticketsatwork because I purchase through them. Tickets at work was very rude and unhelpful. Now I have 300$ going to waste for nothing.
I purchased a flight 8-15-22 thru tickets at work it was booked for delta the flight got canceled and I never got my refund they said it’ll take two months when I call they always have a different lie since then I have been hearing a lot of bad things like they are scammers my trip ID number is [protected]
I found TicketsAtWork through my TriNet benefits. Booked a three day/two night stay, but after checking out soon realized the hotel fee was $300, while TicketsAtWork charged me $420. Their customer service told me I should have checked the hotel website before booking through them. SMH!
This exact same thing happened to me last night. They did nothing to rectify the issue.
