TicketOption / Very rude and unprofessional people!
I bought 2 tickets for the college football championship game on January 5th. But the whole booking process was a real nightmare! When I called the rep was very rude and told me to send him a copy of my driver's license and credit card along with a signed copy of the credit card authorization form! When I asked why does he need all those things, I was told that was his policy and if I wanted my tickets I had no choice. Several days ago I received an e-mail with the tickets attached to be printed out. Well, this company is not that bad, but they definitely need to do something about their representatives. Very rude and unprofessional people!
