TicketCabana / loss of goods without reimbursement
Ticket Cabana stole my money!
I bought Red Sox tickets 3 months before the game from a seller on ebay called ticket cabana. This person appeared to be a legit seller, so when the tickets had not arrived, I calmly messaged the seller. He insisted they were coming until the reimbursement window through ebay expired. Then he became completely unreachable. His telephone was disconnected. He would not respond to emails. And I never received the tickets that were supposed to be a birthday present.
Even though he has several good review, avoid ticket cabana. Or, report him immediately if there is a problem. I wish I had known the guidlines for reporting someone before this mess started.
