Tick box not receiving my refund

I have not received my refund yet from you for the return of my tick box, I'm not very happy about this, Ive emailed you Ive emailed Tick Box several times it has gone on long enough You said refund in 30 days that has been over 2 months ago. I think I have been very patient about this. I am a Senior Citizen and live on a fixed income, I don't think you would like it if someone did this to you. This is not right.

Same for me. I have been waiting for a month now and when I call they tell me they have already credited my account (which is a lie). Then they give me some talk about emailing to jon@sidekicks.tv, whoever that is. I sent the email and it came back as undelivered, unknown address (which was no surprise.) I was stupid enough to order that piece of crap which never worked correctly from the start. I re-installed it about ten times and finally got feed up and called them about this. I told them I wanted a refund and they kept arguing with me that they could help me fix it over the phone. There is no way they could fix it. The picture quality is horrible. Like you were watching tv in the 70's. I doubt is I will ever see my refund. They are ripping people off.

THE SAME THING HAPPEN TO ME AND MY FRIEND WE BOTH RETURN ARE TICK-BOXS THE SAME TIME IT BIN 4 MOUTHS AN NOTHING.

i have not recieved my refund either from tickbox, , , been about 4 months now, , , ever one shold contact a well known lawyer firm and file false advertisement charges against them, , , just a scam to get peoples money

Tick box payment not received

I sent my tick box back almost 3 mos. ago They said full refund, so far all I have gotten is a bunch of run around from them and you guys, I contacted you all you said I wasn't on the refund list yet, , this has been awhile back, all I'm hearing is that's its the other ones fault, I have sent everything they wanted and still no word from no one . I have been very patient in this matter, all I want is for my money put back in my accy

I am having a problem receiving my money back from tickboxtv also. It has been since Feb, 2016. I received an email on the 10 of Sept, 2016, that I was going to receive my refund in 5-7 days. I just found out the company is in Costa Rica. I feel so stupid I ordered this on the advice of a friend.
I am a senior citizen and on Social Security. This is shameless.
