What's worse, they have been using the customers' characters to farm gold no matter they powerlevel the character manually or by making use of bots, and finally sell the gold to other customer. That's why their prices are cheaper than others and you got nothing while your character have been leveled up! WMFG!

On 3/21/2007 I got the crazy idea to level a warrior to level 65. I currently had one that was 33, and did not want to spend the time going from 33 to 65 myself, so I was tempted to pay someone. I did some research, found a website called, thsale.com. They charged me 165.00 to level my character for me. Having not done this before, I was unaware of the consequences, at the time, of getting caught doing this. So, as of 3/28/2007 my account was banned. I had my 70 Rogue, Ahloysis, on the account. Probably not the smartest idea to have my main character on the account that I planned to have powerleveled, but live and learn.

Blizzard sent me an email:

This account has been found to have employed third party software designed to automate many aspects of the World of Warcraft game play experience. Such software runs contrary to the essence of World of Warcraft and provides an advantage over other players. In addition, use of this software can lead to exploitation and destabilization of the World of Warcraft server economy. As such, this account has been closed and will not be reopened under any circumstances. The recurring subscription on the account has been disabled to prevent further charges.

Immediately after getting this email, I was shocked and stunned. I have never done anything wrong on my account ever before. I've been a active person in the WoW community since day 1. I sent a "dispute" email to Blizzard attempting to get my account re-enabled. However, apon them doing further research, the company I paid, did a lot worse things on my account then I could ever imagine. They were spamming people to buy gold, they sent mail out to people asking them to visit their website. When I was told this, I remembered, I visited this website after receiving an email in game. Again, the company name is " thsale.com " I strongly urge everyone to never pay for powerleveling, make john do it.

So, after spending 165.00 on a powerleveling, losing my level 70 rogue, and all my gold on that account... I learned my lesson. Still what bothers me most, is that I was unable to get a refund from the company, they were a scam. They used a bot to level my account, and used me as a tool for their advertisement. Please take what I am attempting to tell you right now seriously. A lot of people are getting their accounts banned for buying gold, powereleveling, and much much more. Blizzard is making it a point of anything costing money outside of the game, is going to get you banned.

I have used www.power-levels.com on two occasions:

First time it worked kind of okay, I ordered 16hours of leveling and they delivered. But they took about 24 hours to do so. But anyways they grinded 4 levels for me (29-33) so I was satisfied.

Then I made the terrible mistake of ordering again, this time for 19 hours. And after they had my account for 2 hours or so I got the mail from Blizzard saying the account had been suspended due to Third Party Software. So Im out 20$ and I do not have the option to use ANY leveling service anymore as it could end up closing my account if some other company is cheating as well...

This really sucks! I hope that I can persuade them to give me a refund in gold to compensate so I at least get something out of it...

I was a fool - regular IGE customer and I saw that ThSale had gold at lower prices, so I tried them. They delivered *some* gold from my order - it came in bits and pieces (100 here and there).

After a few deliveries they stopped sending... They shorted my order by 2/3rds. TWO THIRDS of what I paid for was not delivered. That means the money I supposedly saved by trying these guys was actually money I lost.

Do the math - no gold delivered or 25% delivered means ThSale has the most expensive gold on the web -- since you get nothing and they cash your payment right away.

One more thing -- look at the dates of these complaints and you'll see people CONSISTENTLY get screwed by them. This is not a supply issue or the game company confiscating your shipment -- this is intentional fraud by a business that knows what it is doing.

WAKE UP. I'm not against buying gold, but don't join the group of us here who learned the hard way that there are only a few businesses -- like IGE -- that do what they say. ThSale will take your money - it isn't worth it.

THSale International Stay away! They said that i would get my gold in 12 hours, 12 hours later no gold, They told me to wait 5 more hours, Still no gold i went to sleep. I woke up and they said wait another 4 more Hours I did, Again wait 12 more hours. Hours i did. These guys are CONS Do not deal with them in anyway! They have “Sub” Websites Which don’t have there logo on it so be careful!

Here is my story of dealing with them:

I placed my order on 1/27/07 at 7:25 am. 24 hours later... no gold. I contacted them, they say be patient... O.K. I patient. 48 hours later I contact again. They said they sent the gold 60 hours ago. Now THAT would be neat, sending an order BEFORE I even placed the order! 72 hours later... still no gold. I asked for a refund, they refused.

Thsale.com is not trustable, they abused a close friends account, stole other characters gold and items from bank as well as all his bags, botted while powerleveling, and botted his other characters, thsale.com gets a thumbs down in my book!

Well, THSale is really a joke, with poor english and helpless service. I have some deals with them, although nothing happened, but personally I would like to order from Ige or Trade4Game, much more better service and more helpful.

Thsale is by far the most incompetent pos company to ever come into existence. I ordered a powerleveling from 40-50, which was like $40. My account got banned at 41. i asked for a refund, they only replied saying "try to get your account back", but what they didnt know is the reason i was banned is because they used hacks/exploits w/e to level quicker. long story short 4 months later, im still out all my money and even though i followed their advice word for word i dont have my account either. Filing a complaint with the IC3 asap.

Bottom line: Stay away from this company at all costs.

Thsale will loose your account for you. as someone else wrote... if you want to loose your account... have thsale power level for you. They do not do this in any way that will remain undetected. I lost my account, my main character, my gold... everything and there is nothing that can be done. I have written blizzard many times and they will not change their minds. They have figured this company’s methods out.

ThSale.com - and they're non-existent too. Their support address is bouncing. So here's a good tip before you buy: send an email to the support address. If it bounces, you will know you're being scammed.

I've been having the worst experience with buying gold. As people before me, I've made a "habit" of doing it. I don't play a lot but I do have money to spare, so I buy gold. There's my excuse. Two years ago, I was buying from Thsale.com with absolutely no problem. So I went back a few months ago. I put in an order for 1500 gold. 2 weeks later, a hundred "live help" sessions, 50 emails, and 3 phone calls later, I get 501 gold. I go to live help again, they say they'll get money to me as soon as they have it. about 1 week later, they send me an email saying they delivered 150 gold. It never happened. I finally go to PayPal and open a dispute. Within hours PayPal sends me a letter saying the case has been closed because they don't deal with customers that are simply "unhappy with services". I'm flabbergasted. I email PayPal back trying to let them know it's about NOT receiving a paid for product. I email them a few times. Each time it's ignored. The bottom line is; there's nothing any of us can do. Who do we complain to? Blizzard? Angry Elf!

I have been unable to contact anyone, so I will be calling my credit card and reporting these guys as a scam to paypal. I am hoping enough complaints come together to get these guys paypal account removed and credits back to the people that lost money to them. $29 for me, and I'm not going down without a fight.

Do not order from thsale.com they are a company that just scams customers... I lost 22.00 from them.

Its true thsale.com got my account banned after 2days of leveling. Their site does not even work anymore. Has anyone been able to get their money back through complaints from paypal? They offered a service and did not complete the service but when dealing with virtual services paypal doesn't care.

THSALE.com is the one place to avoid i placed a order for powerleveling from 1-60 paid $145.99. They started to level my account 2 days after like many other people i got my account closed because they where using a third party software (botting) So contacted THSALE.com asked for a refund as they got my account closed. All they could say is asking blizzard for your account back. Well in the email from blizzard it says this account has been closed and will not be reopened under any circumstances. So i make a point of this to THSALE.com so they say make another account for us to level. Yeah right make another account to be banned. This company makes its money from getting ppl banned so they dont have to level. So i wouldn't ever buy from them again unless u want to give away your money.

Just wanted to let you all know out there that THSALE definitely uses third party software to level up your character. Upon completion of them leveling up my hunter to 70, I was promptly banned by Blizzard for third party software/hacks. Their (THSALE) claims they absolutely do not use any illegal methods when leveling your character but they obviously do. I never had a single problem with Blizzard about ANYTHING else before this happened to me. So I'd strongly suggest not using THSALE for any of your power leveling needs!

THSALE is a scam. Like others, they promise 95% Instant Delivery until AFTER you order and they have your money. The entire time (2 days) that my order was with them, their On Line Support was Off Line. The ONLY promise they make, after receiving your money, is "We Cannot Estimate Any Delivery Times". They can't even give you and Estimate.

Dont use thsale.com. Took a whopping 2 days before my account was banned after buying the powerleveling service. No they keep telling me to contact blizzard and dont respond to emails. They are horrible. Dont trust them!

I ordered 330 gold a week and a half ago and they have not delivered. They are also blaming Blizzard, and told me to contact the game master (which you know we can't do!) Unbelievable. Has anyone had any luck contacting any supervisors or any real person at THsale?

THSale is a joke! They blotted my account to a ban and then totally screwed me including not even refunding me for the service they never even provided. Ie, the leveling that they couldn't perform since they got my account banned. Thank god I was early in the first place and setup a totally separate account to test it out. DO NOT USE THSale. There customer service will lie and they will never give you a penny back no matter how they screw you...

I must say in thsales defence, I have dealt with them on a few occasions now and have found their service to be second to none. (and i have dealt with other, not so great companies too, like IGE)

Regarding the person in the previous comment - It really is not thsales fault that someone hacked your paypal account. The only people who could ever possibly be held accountable is paypal.

Just because thsale was happy to accept the payment does not mean they should pay you back the money, how were they supposed to know it was someone committing fraud? The sold goods/service to someone who paid in full, if they gave you back your money, who is going to give them back the goods/service they provided?

Did you know your account had been hacked before this took place and had you notified paypal about it? If you had, then maybe paypal would issue a refund? (I am not sure though, but this is usually how it works when your credit card is stolen - you are liable for all charges up to when you tell the company it has been stolen.)

Other than that, good luck trying to get your money back.
