First off, I just like to comment on alisa's case regarding the incident with THsale.com... I must say, it's your fault for not having your computer being checked for keyloggers or whatever. Their company got paid and delivered the gold exactly what they're suppose to do. They don't care who you are as long as they get their money. In addition, I find it very funny how you keep consistently demanding them to get the gold back to the hacker when there's no way they can do that because 1. THEY ARE NOT A GM and 2. THEY DON'T KNOW THE CHAR> PW. So it's pretty stupid to ask them for a refund...

And to the people who comment on THsale.com about being a scammer, thanks for letting me know as I was going to purchase it from them. Whew~~

THSale got my alt account banned after just one day of trying to level it for me...they are not careful and they are not confidental. They got caught by using bots for "exploitation of the World of Warcraft economy" and Blizzard also said "for being associated to accounts which have been closed for intended exploitation." . They sold my info to another company that keeps trying to get me to buy gold while I play on my main account.

They have not responded to my emails over the last 4 days.

Stay Far Away from this Company.

Actually I ordered ~4000g not too long ago and I'd say it took about 15m before they contacted me ingame and we arranged a meeting spot in SW for them to give me the gold.

I used thsale for power leveling lvl 50-60 and they did it and didnt scam me or anything, i didnt even get banned and to top it of i got 700g from selling all the stacks and items i got.

I have bought from them 7 times now. I only had a problem once when they asked for confirmation that I was indeed older than 18 and that it was in-fact my credit card. Other than that one time, no delays and got all my gold in less than an hour...

this company is rubbish, buy from them and you are just throwing money away. They don't deliver on orders or refund for orders they screw up. They don't warn of the risks either, even covering up the risks of using their services, more professional sites don't even accept certain accounts for power leveling because of the risk

Well...Finally got it

Went on to ask if they had it and the said no but after threataning them with withdrawiong my order 4000 gold miraculously showed up...Wierd to say they said they was out of stock.. Just stay away...Been so frustrating talking to these idiots.. Especially Feel...wat a tard!

Dont use THSALE!

Well ive paid 50 dollars to thsale hopeing i would get my order. I wait one and a half weeks. I dont get it so i go and ask they say "Please be patient". So i say ok whatever and the next day i figured i ll ask again. They come and tell me in order for me to get what i pay for ill have to pay in extra 62 dollars. Even though i didnt get it in the time frame they said i would get it in i still have to pay the money even if i want to get a refund. So honestly i dont know what i should do.

Ok for account lvling, personally I would never give a third party business my account info, thats just too scary knowing how many pple have access to that online info. Some MMORPGs to ban from the IP address so its not something fun to fck around with.

As for Thsales gold service, I pretty much have no complain about it. Been buying the last year and a half or so, nearly 5000$ in RL and have not had any problems at all. The mistake pple make in ordering gold which makes them frustrated sometimes is that they just go ahead and click 'BUY' without confirming anything. What I do and what I suggest is this:

1) Go on live chat, confirm the game, the server, and the amount of gold you are PLANNING to buy. Ask if they have that amount IN STOCK. They will actually tell you if they have it in stock or not. Ask how many days or hours it will take to get that amount in stock. In my experience, this ranged from 'currently in-stock' to '5days till next stock' or so.

2) Check back again when they said they would have the gold available. Go to the Live chat again to reconfirm the same information. When they do have it and you make the payment for it, (MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EXCESS GAME TIME) it will take 30min to maybe 3hrs at most for delivery.

I do this everytime when ording gold from them and have not had any problems at all. Delivery was pretty speedy, it just took some time on MY behalf to confirm things with them before I ordered my purchace. :)

I wish I had read these complaints before paying these ### to power level a character for me. 4 days into it and my account is now permanently disabled. Goodbye to the lvl 70 warrior I leveled myself. Goodbye to all that gold I had. Oh, and no account means that if I want to play WoW again I have to buy the game...again. Will they reimburse me for any of what I've lost? I SERIOUSLY doubt it.

THsales is horrible. I ordered 500g yesterday afternoon. I figured I would have it in mail by the time I logged on that evening, but it wasn't there. So I contact their online chat help person. This person tells me I must go to ogrimar to receive my gold... as a level 5 this was pretty inconvenient but I figured it out.

I get there, and he says "just a few minutes our delivery person will contact you"... 2 hours go by and constantly he says he is hurrying, and that the person must be busy. At the end he says there are 24 people ahead of me in line, and that they will phone me when its my turn so I can login. They refused to send by mail.

So I say fine, go walk the dog, come back in 40 minutes and login. Still no gold, contact their IM person (different name this time) who claims my gold has already been delivered and status is complete. Pretty interesting since I never got the supposed phone call, had waited 2 hours online, and there is no way anyone else would be on my account (plus my char had 2 silver still). Argued for a while then he says it will take 12 hours to resolve.

I call the 800 number. The guy can barely speak english and tells me to wait a few minutes in ogrimar and someone will msg me. Wait 15 minutes, nothing. Call him back to ###, he says there is a problem with the system and they will tell me when its fixed. I say ### and he can stay on the line with me until I get my money.

Meanwhile I try the IM again - the person says that the guy who will handle my delivery won't be on for 5 hours.

I go to bed, wake up in the nigth and PM again (more than5 hrs have passed). Am told the person won't be on for 2 hours.

Message again before work. Am told to be patient and that they will call me when my gold is ready (again).

Needless to say contacted my bank to have payment rescinded, they advised if I don't have my purchase by Thursday to call them and have it taken care of.

I mean if they just don't have the gold I wouldn't care. Tell me "we need 3 days to collect your gold". Or if they just can't do it, refund me. But this is BS. Never trying them again. Nobody else should either

Maybe I just got lucky, but I have never had a problem with THSale.
I had them power level me from 50-60 and they actually had it ahead of schedule. The only complaint I had was that I got kicked from my guild cause the guy using my character kept bugging them for help, but I didn't mind all that much though it did get my account locked down for a total of 4 days. As for the buying of gold, I haven't done that in quite some time, but I do believe that there was a problem with the blizzard mail system that got them caught which is why they do it via AH.
And one more thing, my account did get hacked about a month later which could have been coincidence, but I didn't mind at all seeing as all the items deleted from my guy were returned by blizzard, and the guy who hacked my character made me a bunch of gold cause he spent the whole time farming.
Once again, this could have just been my luck.

I had a similar problem with THSales. I bought an account (which they or the original owner took back) and paid for their S3 gear service. Even though PayPal closed the dispute because the services were virtual, I kept sending them emails warning them about THSales dubious operations. As everyone probably knows, PayPal will not get involved with virtual services sold through them. However, I carefully explained to them how THSales uses this policy to openly steal peoples' money. This wasn't a question of whether or not I did or did not receive the service I paid for. THSales took my money, didn't perform the service, admitted it, and told me I would not get a refund. That is blatant fraud.

I didn't expect a refund. I just wanted PayPal to either de-list them, or force them to honor transactions. However, after a rough start, PayPal finally got involved, and forced a full refund on both transactions. We'll see if I get it or not.

Even after PayPal worked this issue with me, THSales still sent me an email asking me if I would accept any account as settlement. I was more than delighted to tell them what to do with their accounts.

I learned the hard way to never trust such online companies. I am done with risking my hard earned money on shady Chinese companies. I'll keep my money to myself and grind all the gold I need and gear my toons myself.

I ordered a power level in EQ2 72-78 in which they quoted wold take 5 days.

The levelliug was completed in 14 days, (that i can bare with), But when i logged on i only had 46g on the account, I checked the broker sales and the account made 150 plat during the PL time.

When i asked anonymously about the plat made uring the PL they said we the customer keep it all. So when i asked about the money made and taken during the PL they denied it all, despite te sales log showinw it clearly.

I tried to speak to the chat services, One would tell me they would log on and refund the platinummade, and others saying i am lying and just trying to get free gold.

Avoid, unless you don't mind losing Items and money

I got my Adena within 3days by continuaslly reminding them to check their supply. When I asked, they checked, they had the adena, went online, person whispered me, we went at the gatekeeper in elven city, and I got my gold. So all in all I didn't get scammed! Go me ^____^

At the end of this conversation I was stuck with "sure not" in my head. The suppliers were banned because they used accounts to powerlevel the gold, get the accounts banned after getting the stolen gold to other accounts. I just hope they aren't really doing stuff like this... all I want is more adena... and lots of it, and perhaps these guys can get the job done.

I have made purchases from Thsale.com. then one day I ordered a Power Level for one my characters up 10 lvls and it went fine besides that it was short by 2 lvls. Then about a few weeks later my password wasnt working so I reseted it and the next day it happened again so I reseted it again. Then 2 days later I went on and it said my account was temporarily banned for 7 days. I have contacted Blizzard via email (phone service doesn't work) and abt 3 days later they reopened my account. People need to understand that when purchasing services from these companies, your taking a risk of losing your accounts.

Today i was going to buy some money for wow. I was looking for a good website to buy from and this one looked the best and it turned out that it was the worst. LMAO I find these complants funny. THSale is a complete scam. I've been asking daily for 3 months now to speak to a manager. In email they say hes on vacation. In live chat they say hes in a meeting.

Umm I've used Thsale.com before and I never had a problem. I got the site info from a friend who used them as well and he didn't have a problem either. As soon as I paid (I selected in game transfer) I got a tell which told me to put an item in BB for the amount I had ordered. I did and about 30 min. later I was 1200G richer.

Now, I must say this...Since then I have had 2 friends been ripped off by them. Yeah, they got their money back, but they were completely frustrated.

And another thing. Once you buy gold from anyone, ALWAYS and I mean Always change your password. I change mine like 2x a month.

After being tempted by their competitive pricing and "delivery in 10 min" advertisement posted on their site, I purchased in-game currency from thsale.com. Twelve days later they have left me disappointed and $80 short. I initially spoke with one of their online representatives a week after my purchase which stated they hadn't fulfilled my order and would refund my money if it wasn't done soon. Five days later I contact their online reps which stated they had filled my order (which they clearly hadn't) and it was to some character name I had never heard of. After re-iterating their failure to 20 minutes with no success, I revoked my PayPal transaction. With shadiness such as this, I am relieved that I did not provide them with my credit card credentials.

THSales.com is the bigest scam I have ever come across! It has been a few months agao, but some one hacked my account and paid for over 10, 000 gold, (nearly $800), My account ended up being banned as well. I contacted THSales, as this was the receipt from paypal, and try, with out sucess, to get a refund of money that was not thiers. I got alot of the same BS that people have posted here, Contact Blizard, create new account for them to delivery money too...ect. I was not in the mood to listen, (it had taken over two hours for them to finialy talk to me), so I contacted Paypal, and filed a complaint, and right after I hit the send button I got a response from THSales trying to blame ME! asking why would I complaint, when they sent me gold...(which I understand it is NOT thier fault when some one hacks your account, but it is very funny after reading these posts, and I read them all, that 99% of the people posted here have used THSales and gotten a hacked account.) At any rate, to make a long story short, Paypal, froze the funds from THSales, ($800 worth anyway), until the matter was cleared up, which I won my money back...thanks PayPAL! Reguarding the hacked account, I sent every shread of email from THSales and PayPal to blizzard and after about a three month invesigation, my account was returned to me...so I did not lose anything but about four months of heartache...bottom line is, THSales is a fruad!
