Thrive Market / unauthorized credit card charges

Review updated:

I cancelled the membership fees november 2016 via email (ticket number 1404178) and I am still being billed annually. I need my refund immediately.

Not good business practice, I am very disappointed.

To make matters worse thrive market representatives do not respond quickly to emails nor do they have a 24 hour help line.. Will never do business with this company again.

    Yeah, first order with this company...very unprofessional group. They sneak that "oh yeah we're charge you $60 to shop in our online store"...they play games! If you have problems with them file a complaint with Consumer Affairs and The Better Business Bureau AND go to your Credit Card you used and report what they're doing. Haven't even got my first (and probably only) and I already so dislike these outfit! They're SNEAKY! What them!
