Three Unethical Behaviour, Lying salesman

I have just had my third bill in which was over 3x my contract price! I investigated it and spoke to three about it, to find out that i have been charged for all calls to three! Apparently it is not in my contract that i get free calls to other three customers!

Be carefull! They are very misleading and will tell you anything to get you into a contract!

I fell utterly disgusted with the 'service' that i have provided me, upon complaining about this i have been told i have to wait 72 hours to get a call from the complaints team! They obviously have a lot of complaints to get through!

The low contracts and 'free data' just isn't worth it!

Three Phone replacement

I never thought that I'm going to use word hate towards anything. Maybe disappointment probably but not hate. I'm going through a really tough experience with Three network and the reason why I'm writing all of this it's because I want them to hear me out. Let's say it's a one women campaign against the corporation. I was nothing more then a loyal customer to Three for the last 4 years. I renewed my contract twice with them and never experienced any issues. Recently my boyfriend bought me a new iPhone 6s as a present directly from the Three store. After 6 months of using it my battery started dying really quickly because it was on warranty we brought it to the store on 12th of March. Promised time of fix that the customer service representative gave us at the start was 7 to 10 working days. Today is 13th of April so it was 20 working and 32 calendar. You would believe what I went through with them for the last 20 working days. Number of times I was trying to talk to customer service, to their outsourced company that organise all of the repairs and also shop assistance. Majority of the people who I was talking to from Three wouldn't know when I will get it back. Today I went to the store on Grafton street and customer service guy said: "Sorry I cannot help you". I'm not sure what to say. I spent hours at this stage trying to communicate with them. They all give different information and nobody knows what's going on. How is it a good customer service? I personally would like that CEO of Three in Ireland would read this post. I'm officially running campaign agents them #hatethreenetwork #findmyiphone6s
The goal of this message is to share my experience with people up there who are considering to use Three network. I would like to be heard by Three. I asked several times who should I complain to they all saying call customer service but they are not providing me any information there or giving any options of what can be done. I'm standing against the corporation as an individual client, their client. I have been with them for four years and want to know that they care about me and value my input into their business. Shouldn't they do it? I'm ready to stand up and talk out loud because if I will not do it. Who will?

Three false and misrepresentation - internet service provider

I am extremely disappointed and upset by "3" australia.

I signed a contract with "3" based on the representation of the staff of "3" store telling me that i can use about 8 hours a day for internet service as well as mobile phone service if i joined a cap plan of $69 a month.

Since i have never used internet service at home, i believed "3" staff and signed the contract. I have repeatedly asked that female staff would i be charged more than $69 a month if i use 8 hours a day internet service. She told me that "3" would not charge me more than that amount if i did not download the movie but only for browsing purposes, i could use 8 hours a day without exceeding the limit.

There are 2 friends going with me witnessed that i have repeatedly asked this question and got "3"'s answer as described above.

After a few days' services, my internet services were suspended.
About 7 november 2008, i have called the customer services for reason of this suspension. And i knew that the reason of supension is due to overuse of internet service. I was so shocking and upset at that moment, i told the customer service officer the same thing as i did above. The customer officer asked me to wait and he would talk to the management and gave me an answer.

Therefore, i wait and wait...

Nobody answered me instead of my keep on calling to customer service and three's area manager "mario". Somebody just called me to tell me if i did not pay the bills, i would be black listed... And it would show on my personal credit rating etc.

I really do not know what i can do? Would somebody good enough to teach me?

Keep calling and let them know you are the boss ! Don't take no for an answer ! Remember the squeaky wheel gets the grease ! Lean to the left, lean to the right, stand up, sit down and fight, fight, fight ! Don't give up ! You can do it ! Yes !
