At 1:02 a.m. today Friday, November 3, 2017 I visited Thorntons #56 at 8400 Dixie Hwy / Louisville, 40258. My friend and I entered the store which was empty of customers and Atricia, the cashier, didn't acknowledge our presence at all, she didn't look at us or even say hello - I'm assuming she was on her phone. We had previously purchased 2 refillable coffee cups (for over $6 each, might I add). Now as the "customer service" representative wasn't visually registering our presence, my friend pulled our PRE-PURCHASED cups from her bag she loudly announced "Here Shannon, take your cup so they don't think we stole them."
We made our drinks deliciously and were just in a fantastic mood, smiling and laughing. Then we got to checkout and were "greeted" with silence and a look of annoyance by Atricia. I must say, I've built a small level of rapport with the 2nd shift guys and a couple 1st shifters, Atricia was hands down the most rude employee that I have ever encountered at that store, I even hadn't been treated like that in any other establishment in years.
We placed our coffees on the counter and told Atricia that with those cups we just pay for the cost of a refill, she then said with a rudeness that shocked me "Well you have to pay for the cups, I just saw you take them off the shelf." To which I replied that we came in the door with them. Still with that thick accusatory attitude she said that she'd seen us take the cups from the shelf. I told her since she hadn't been paying attention to anything but her phone when we walked in that maybe she should check the camera to see that she was mistaken.
Just when I had thought that her level of rudeness couldn't be surpassed she responded to my suggestion to check the security video by saying "I ain't doing this, my manager will look at the video when they get here." The way she said it was so incredibly condescending that I could hardly believe it. When I asked for her name she rolled her eyes and said "Atricia, " with such an attitude that it was beginning to make me angry. I asked for a receipt so I could have all the store information as well as her name so I could register this complaint. She even did that with an attitude!
I have never been so offended by a cashier. She not only accused me of stealing, but she did so having paid zero attention from the moment we walked thru the door. If someone spends right about $15 on two cups that are supposed make things more convenient the cashier should be a little more competent, or at the least even just a little observant before she tries to accuse a regular customer of stealing something that I obviously came in the door with.
This incident is exactly why I never bought one of these cups before and why I never will again. I've only had the things for 2 weeks, this was the first time I refilled them and it was a terrible experience.

I seen a male team member at store 367 sell cigarettes to a 16 year old . Management even knows about it. There is also video of it. They done nothing to the guy that did it but a favorite worker was fired over a rude women yelled at her and she yelled back at the customer. I think
Franki should get their priorities right. The only thing I know about Philip is he is a lazy worker. You fired the wrong one this time.

I come to this location every week.3590 Madison ave EDGEWOOD Ky [protected]. It doesn't matter what pump I use they are always out of paper to print a receipt . That's the whole idea of using my card so I don't have to come in. The workers are always out front smoking cigarettes . It is just ridiculous . Thanks chuck patton [protected]

As a regular customer of the store (Poplar Level) I am tired of the store being unclean, their "regular"supplies being out of stock, the long lines to wait in, while employees are standing in the store talking amongst themselves.

I was in Thornton located in Speedway Indiana were I was accused of stealing in which an employee of Thornton called friends or associates in which I was attacked and assaulted and items was stolen out of my car this incident was recorded and the tape was reviewed by local manager and the local police

9/13/18 around 7:15. price at the Thortons on 14805 S Cicero Ave, Oak Forest, IL 60452 why is the gas price $3.16 when Mobil just down the street is $2.87. 47th St, Midlothian, IL 60445. I used to always stop at this gas station above all other gas stations when i need gas in the morning before going to work . never again email

I put 89 octane in my car on Friday September 15. It was $30 worth. My car started spitting and sputtering about a mile out of town. I had to have it towed back to town. I put a $179 O2 sensor on it just to find out it was water in the gas. I missed a whole day of work. The vehicle is the only one I have.

My mother is 85. Thorntons built next to her house. Now she has water runoff and lots of trash in her yard. Complaints have been made at store many times. If this is not taken care of and a permanent solution, the next step will be pictures and story on social media.

I haven't had then 6 cents off and I fill up th fill up and never get a notification for it like i do the others one like the free reward. I just wish I could get my 6 cents off reward

Bought bad/watered down gas from Thorntons gas @ 2451 S Cicero Ave, Cicero, Il on Mon damage to fuel pump & fuel lines(8)..went back there Mngr. wasn't in Clerk gave # to Corporate but said they not gonna take responsibility nor pay for it, was right..taking them to Court now for the damage & never buy gas there again nor family & friends

The price advertised is $2.71 but the pump is charging $2.99. This is very unfair! I usually like this station. Can you offer some type of compensation ona future purchase. Obviously, the clerks were unable as their hands were tied as well. Thank you!

A girl named jessica on 2nd shift in east peoria, il just screwed me out of my 3 cents off a gallon i was getting my card out to have scanned she didn't even ask me if i had one just put the pocess threw then told me it was to late i was out of luck i am quite irritated and need every cent i can get in gas

I prefer paid for 20$ worth of gas .
The price is 2.819 per gallon .
I gave the cashier my rewards card to scan .
I pumped 7.11 gallons of gas .
With 20 dollars worth of gas it came to the exact advertised price .
My receipt shows I should have saved .03 per gallon .
I did not save .03 per gallon

This man needs to be fired immediately! You can not be a racist and work in costumer service. Hopefully this is not the type of people your company wants standing behind them. Especially if he's"part owner" of the store
