this man, working as a financial advisor without a NASDAC license or any other trade and investments licence
and working for Cardinal Capital, convinced me to invest all my life savings, $150, 000.00 (YES, ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS) in Cardinal Capital, .net stock, what he did not tell mne is that Cardinal Capital.net, property of Hershell F. Smith of Ponte Vedra Beach, Fl had lost thier trade license as well, so I started receiving stock of various companies that resulted in wasted paper because these companies never yield as penny.Mr. Pronesti told me that they were going to merch with Sky Capital, but it was never true.

I've contacted a few people in the same boat and Mr. Pronesti has sold them stock in companies like U-karma, X-treme beverages, etc. and they've never recovery a penny.

You have been advise, doign business with this man could be dangerous.

If some body has had a good experience with this guy, please let me know.

I hope my original posting prevented other people from loosing any hard earned money to this guy, one of the people he was associated with, Hershel F. Smith, was indicted for scheming the Archdioceses of Miami, and as a result he died from a heard attack. Oh, well I hope God has him where he deserved, but is a pity that he escaped justice.

My company contracted with 5-Star Reviews to improve our online reputation. They claimed they could solicit reviews and get them posted our Google page. after 4 months $1000 and one review we wanted to cancel and disputed the charges to our corporate card due to our lack of trust. When I emailed Mr. Pronesti to inform him of the cancelation this was his response:
RE: Tri-State Creations

I can document everything I told you we have all the records so you can dispute what you want because you are an [censored] and can go [censored] yourself!

He is clearly a class act.

He comes across like he cares about your investments. A credible, professional, financial representative with any integrity at all, that is trying to get you to invest in something should have your best interest at heart. next friday next friday call me next friday and I'll have something for you then. Sound familiar?

OK, I know this is almost 2 years after the original posting, but trust me, he is still the same. It is unfortunate that there are people like him out there, but I guess that's life. His nastiness at ANY questioning of his claims is classless, in my opinion. Oh well, live and learn :(

The ### now works for Cross Street Partners out of Florida. Prepare for another round of rip-offs. Do NOT invest with him or Cross Street Partners as skunks don't change their smell by switching companies (yet again!)

WOW! Someone else has encountered this (don't want to use any words that could be used in court) person who is so very adept at "misrepresenting" things.
Endless promises, endless requests for more $$$, endless "just wait until next Fridays." If you give this man money, you WILL be ripped off.
AND, he gets really, Really, REALLY nasty if you even infer that you are going to the authorities. If you are a legit businessperson, do you care if your clients inquire as to the legality of your actions? No, of course not.
Sending himk $$$ only results in ever-increasing pressure to send even more money with more promises.
DO NOT TRUST THIS MASTER OF STOCK CONFIDENCE SCHEMES!
I have endless recorded conversations and copies of material from Mr. Pronest...I have nothing to hide, unlike him!
