ThinkGeekDid not receive my order

I received only 3 out of 7 items I ordered from them. No one can answer where the others are.
I don't know what to do: either ask for a refund or wait for a little longer. Even though I have been waiting for 6 weeks and all other items were supposed to arrive.
I am very disappointed that I became one of your unhappy customers who were unlucky enough to deal with you. It's terrible.
