Although I received (most of) my order quickly, I realized as I was getting the invites ready to go (I purchased the shells form them) that they shortchanged me by 10. I immediately emailed and asked them to overnight the missing envelopes to me so that I could get them in the mail. He (Tim Simpson) apologized for the mistake, but said that it's not their policy to overnight items in this case, and that they'd send them regular mail. I asked him of he could please ask his manager to OK it, since the mistake was on their end, and he told me that he's the OWNER and that it's not their company's policy to do so! Well, who the heck wrote the policy, Tim? I believe, as the owner, you could've made good on this one. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
