they've done it to me too, and i am absolutely furious about! and what's worse, after disputing the first charge and winning, they tried to do it again!! luckily my credit card company caught it shut down the account.

go to http://kelkercs.net/, and go to the bottom where it says to contact customer support. fill out overything as fictituous or anonymous and send them the most hateful message you can come up with. i did it and it felt GREAT!!!
...oh yeah, and I find it ironic that if you click on any of the "Why was I billed?" links, it asks for your credit card number to give you an answer...yeah, real slick guys! we'd never catch on to that!!!
this is so pathetic. we're all going through tough times, but most of us wouldn't stoop to such levels. they're projecting their problems on people with the same problems.
