ThermiteMedia / Bad customer service
Don't purchase from ThermiteMedia through Amazon or Ebay, or anywhere! I ordered my item on Dec 26. It is now Feb 12, and after many correspondences going no where, I still don't have my item. Currently, I had to resend an email I already sent out a few days ago because they said they haven't received the email stating Amazon has closed the claims dispute, which I made, which enables them to reship the item to me. So I'm crossing my fingers that they will get it through their heads that I need my paid-for item now after 2, I emphasize 2 months! I can't get a refund because it's been shipped out already! Apparently it's lost, Hello 2 months!!! But this email with the closed dispute should get them to re-ship it now. But how many emails does it take to help a customer out. 2 months worth?? If this goes horribly, I'm reporting them to Amazon! Spread the word. ThermiteMedia are BAD for consumers!
