I was online looking for a payday loan. I know this is a bad idea anyway but because my son broke his arm and we don't have insurance due to a new job, I really needed the money to take care of it. The info said that it would debit my account $31.98, but that was under the information that a payday loan would be attained as well. Well, no payday loan was received.

These people only caused me more problems because my account was then charged NSF fees of $175.00 because other small charges I made previously hadn't cleared when they put that debit through, which they otherwise would have. When trying to file this report I couldn't pull up the website. I called the number and they have changed their website... go figure. It is now idcard.com.

When I called the company, very irate, they said that I would have to file a police report stating that I didn't authorize the charges and then send it to them in order for the fees to be returned. Well, in order to do that, I have to call the police department, make the report, wait at least 24 hours for the report to be filed, then go to the local sheriff's office, pay $2 more for a report, and I don't have a second car that enables me to do that during regular business hours.

I will be speaking with my bank today. These people are rip-offs, and liars! Payday loan seekers beware! It does NOT get you a payday loan, but charges your account for no services!

I also applied for a payday loan on line for christmas and this id theft support.com also took money out of my account. I have spoken with may supervisors and representatives with this company and they are very rude and also they put me on hold for over a hour and never got back on the phone. The supervisor also told be to file a fraud report with my local police department. My problem is this company that took money out of my checking account without my authorization. There should be investigation into this company .. A BIG BIG SCAM .. DO NOT APPLY FOR PAYDAY LOANS OVER THE INTERNET ULESS YOU CHEKC THEM OUT FIRST..

Unauthorized charge of $31.98 to my account for a product I did NOT sign up for. In addition, when you try to call the # that shows up on your statement, you are left on indefinite hold and cannot speak to any representative!

I have also notice a charge of $31.98 in my account and I have tried to call the 1-866-575-0260 to talk to someone. Noone ever answers the phone and I sat there on line for over 17 minutes. So instead I will go to my bank and dispute the charge and have them remove it. I did not authorize this company to take any money from my bank, therefore since they do not respond to phone calls and will go the other way.

I spoke with a person at Theftprotectionsupport and was told by completing an application for a pay day loan, I signed up for this protection. The services that they're charging you for I'd like to know how do I put in a claim against them because they fraudently withdrew from my checking account.

I was told that the fee is non-refundable and he hung up on me. I'm disputing the charges with my bank and I'll see where it goes from there.

I've learned my lesson about the pay day loans - the sad part about it I don't know which site this is from.

I applied for a payday loan on 12/10/07 and did receive payday loan. However I have dealt with this company previous and no amount of $31.98 was debited from my account.
Well, on 12/11/07 the amount of $31.98 was debited from my account for no apparent reason and when I spoke with a representaive on 12/13/07 to verify reason behind my account being debited she (Kim) was very irate and stated that she had cancelled it and I asked when my account would be debited back the amount that was taken she stated that it was non-refundable.
This has caused my account to be off track and I'm very upset beacause it is a SCAM and they don't tell the TRUTH.

Sincerly,
VERY ANGRY.

My girl also signed me up for payday loans. She said they needed my account number, i was skeptical about that but i dint seem fishy. now yesterday these ppl deducted the same $31.98 out of my account and i didn't give them permision. some one has my money and this person needs to be jailed for fraud, along with anyone who ia affiliated with payday loans. www.PDSSUP.com also deducted $6.67 from my account. Im going to complain untill there jailed and i get my money back along with the rest of these ppl who have been bambozzled.peace

I also was looking online for a payday loan. My daughter had an accident and I have a $1000 deductible, so I needed extra money. I never did receive a payday loan and did not authorize $31.98 to be taken from my account. Now I am in more trouble because that account had only $.15 and the bank charged an additional $22. I also blame my credit union, since I did not have the funds, why pay it. I did call the number provided and the very rude male stated that I had completed an application for identify theft protection. I argued for awhile, but I am calling the Arizona State Attorney General and reporting this company. I may not get my money back, but I sure hope they shut them down.

I also was charged the 31.98 a week ago and then $6.38 today. I would like to at least know WHICH site I applied for that I "authorized" them to do this! Does anyone have a clue??

I'm also disputing the ACH with my bank so hopefully my fees will be refunded.
