Theft Protect Support / Unauthorized withdrawal!

This is ridiculous that I have to resort to trying to find out who did this and still receive no answer.

I applied for a payday loan, read over the terms and did not see anything for this so called "theft protect service." I didn't authorize this nor remember anything about them in the agreement. I didn't receive the payday loan but I did see a charge on my bank statement for them. I called the number on my bank statement and after a 2 minute spiel about theft protection was on hold for about 3-4 minutes. I told the rep that I didn't authorize this charge for $31.98 nor did I want it. He stated that I applied for a payday loan and this was part of it. I told him I didn't get the loan and I exited off the screen so that I wouldn't be charged for anything else. He tried to tell me that I still would be charged so I asked to speak to the supervisor. Well I am on the phone on hold and have been for almost an hour waiting for the SUPERVISOR to pick up!!! They are full of crap and know that what they are doing is fraudulent. I am contacting my bank to have this charge taken off and reporting it as an unauthorized charge to my account! I will press charges is necessary!!!

The above comment could have been from me. I am on "eternal" hold as I'm writing this. I also applied for a payday loan, was denied, could've been routed to other sites, but I exited the site. I ordered a jacket for my granddaughter for christmas and after that charge I would have about $5.00 left in my account. I was expecting the jacket today, however now I don't have enough in my account so I don't know if it has been sent and if it is sent I have over draft protection, but that is $34.00 service charge. I am going to call my bank as soon as I am off the phone with these people. I actually applied for 2 loans, so I don't know which one this charge is involved with. ANYONE HAVE A COMPANY NAME???

Again, same here. I went to my bank, filed a fraud complaint,closed my account, and opened a new one. I know, it's a pain in the rear but you stop loosing money for nothing. It took the fraud dept. at the bank 2 weeks to investigate and return all funds to my new account.
I think this is the easiest and least frustrating route to take,polite people,no hold time, no fake web sites, just your money back with a thank you, can't beat it. Good luck to you.

I applied for a payday loan through Last Chance Loans. I also read over the terms and did not see anything for this so called 'ID theft protection service.' Last Chance was not the only company I applied with. I applied with two others who offered me loans. Last Chance never responded but first thing in the morning I have a charge on my bank account for $31.92. I contacted ID theft protection via live chat and was told that I agreed to this. I did not. They said I wouldn't be charged again but that the $31.92 is non-refundable. The operator terminated the chat session. I tried the main line and was left on hold for two hours. I've closed my bank account after reading posts on the WEB about these scam artists and will contact the FBI Internet fraud department. What kind of website posts on their main page in red 'if you see a charge you didn't authorize ' ... well, clearly that's how they do business. They STEAL from people's bank accounts.

I Shirley Hoops didnot give the authorisation to Payday Loan Center to take out 17.97 out of my Bank Account this money needs to be put back into my Bank Account along with the 35.00 dollar over draft this has happen 4 other times to me and I need it to stop .I have not gotten any kind of loans from this Company it needs to stop. Thank You Shirley Hoops
