Thebestlife.com / Poor cancellation policy

I signed up for a diet-fitness program on the internet at 'thebestlife.com' web site. I selected the option to use the service - and gave my credit card # to be billed. The policy on the internet indicates I have a 10 day trial period and can cancel within 10 days to get a refund. The internet also tells me the ONLY way to CANCEL the service is by calling a toll free number [protected]. I've tried calling the number - which is only available between 10am to 4pm EST. When I call - I'm told 'because of the volume of calls - call back later' and it disconnects me. My credit card WAS billed and I want to be refunded ... but I cannot get to anyone. I have tried emailing - but they do indicate in the policy that you cannot cancel my emailing their site ( COMPLAINTS.COM_FORM_MAIL_61845#). I'll continue to try to get in touch with someone - but this is terrible 'customer service'...and they've charged me for something I want-need to cancel.
