I had a roadside assistance cover for myself which ended on 25.06.15. I also had a joint cover for my wife which I took because it was offered cheap. In May end TheAA sent me a letter (signed by one Bob Mackenzie -Exec Chairman ) that he was pleased to tell us that we 'qualified' for a Silver membership .
From the last year premium of less than £30, it was jumping to £112, hence I decided not to go for it.
However assuming my silence as acceptance, theAA has deducted £112 from my account which was set for Direct debit last year -and for my home insurance...!
I believe that this is a clear case of card fraud.
Can someone guide me about this? thanks and regards
