The Vitamin Shoppe Service by an employee at Vitamin Shoppe #303 approx. 10:14 5/29/2023

I am an IBS patient. There is a 2009 MI. ST. law that says when a customer needs to use the private restroom at a public facility and there is more than one employee on duty, the customer must be allowed to use the restroom. I also have a medical prescription that qualifies me for the service. The lady that denied me the service said it was because of Covid.

Obviously, the employee does not understand the impact to a person with IBS, Chromes or Collides. Employees should be required to understand the state law and understand the consequences of the customer when permission for the need is not granted. Her reason for not allowing me to use the restroom was Covid. When I asked for her name, the person helping me said they could not give it to me. I have been a Vitamin Shoppe customer for many years.

Corporate should inform employees of the law.

The Vitamin Shoppe Store sales representative

I recently visited your store located in N. Ruby Street, Spokane WA (Store #1015). I bought a couple of a couple of SeroVital boxes that were on clearance for a total of $96.98. A few errors processing the items were made and a refund was issued. After getting back home I noticed more than a few transactions hitting my account and I proceeded to go back to the store for clarification. It was the end of the day, and the clerks were eager to leave. After going over the 3 receipts, a Lead Sales named Ian got frustrated with us and told us he did not have time to explain simple math to us, and to leave his store...noticing his lack of professionalism, he tried to apologize. I have been a loyal costumer of your stores for a long time. My family spends a lot of money there, and I don't think I should be subjected to such deamining and disrespectful behaviour from any of your employees. I truly believe that is not how you want your franchise to be represented in our community. I want to give you the opportunity to address this unfortunate event before I am left with no other option but to take this to social media! You can reach us at [protected]@yahoo.com.

Desired outcome: Discipline the disrespectful employee!! He can benefit from some remedial training on how to treat costumers.

The Vitamin Shoppe Vaccine promotion

As a RN of 29 years, having run flu vaccine clinics, knowing full well the incredible dangers associated with them, I am absolutely shocked and disgusted that a health and wellness company like Vitamin Shoppe is pushing the flu vaccine program by rewarding people who get the flu vaccine with a snack. I am utterly disgusted that the Vitamin Shoppe company feels that people's lives are only worth a snack. If we have learned nothing from the whole covid Fiasco that has been going on since 2021 when the vaccines were rolled out, we should have learned that vaccines can cause physical health damage and a health and wellness company should be running as far away from vaccines as possible. I have been encouraging all of my followers on social media along with friends and family to shop at vitamin shoppe. I am now encouraging them to contact headquarters, file formal complaints, and to stop shopping there until Vitamin Shoppe formally removed their endorsement of the flu vaccine.

Desired outcome: Formal removal of endorsement of flu vaccines and any other vaccine or Pharmaceutical use.

The Vitamin Shoppe D3 vitamin opened

Good morning, I would like to make a complaint against the Manager at this store. He is rude and nasty. Today I returned a bottle of Vitamin D3 that was opened, the plastic seal was opened. As I was speaking he interrupted me by telling me "Just let us do what we need to do." Then, as I am standing at the register, he tells me to move over and give the guy a little space. I was standing there first still waiting for the cashier to complete my exchange. So, impatient! I do not understand the attitude. His customer service was awful. I feel so disappointed. The Vitamin Shoppe Rude & disrespectful service

While shopping at the Vitamin Shoppe store located at 10, 201-A Katy Fwy,
Houston, Tx 77024, I got into a discussion with a black male employee who was wearing a t-shirt that said on the front - "Respect has to be Earned".
Our discussion was about the Corona virus & I mentioned that I had heard that people with blood type O were less susceptible to the virus which this employee responded with - "Well that's not going to make any difference because people can still get the virus & give it to others, so I asked for some proof to his statement that would validate his claim, & he said "Oh, you can see that said anywhere you look", so I asked for a particular website that would back this up, & he kept talking over me, not allowing me to finish a sentence & when I tried to finish a sentence, he said - "You're Not listening to what I'm saying!" in a Very derogatory manner, and his next remark was "It doesn't matter what you say, you're Not going to win this argument!", so I replied - "You know what? I think I've heard enough", & he immediately replied - "Well, why don't you just Leave then?" Which is exactly what I did. Apparently the say‌ing on his shirt Only applies to everyone except himself!
(Mind you, I wasn't saying that a person who could resist getting sick couldn't carry it a symptomatically to others, but rather that their not getting sick from it would reduce the total numbers of those who did, Duhh, )

The Vitamin Shoppe Age/Race Bias

I was denied employment at your store located at 1740 Arden Way, Sacramento, Ca because of age discrimination and possible racial bias. I interviewed with the manager during the first week of March 2020. The interview was clearly scripted an abbreviated because the hiring policy at this store is designed to exclude Black employees.There are no Black employees at this location and the manager, Aaron Jasso, intends to continue the "no Black employees" policy. Why does your company condone such a policy ?

The Vitamin Shoppe sales associate

I've been purchasing my Vitamin K from my local Vitamin Shoppe since 2007 usually I get a store brand 100 tablets for $4.99 the Associate(049743) sold me a bottle that was $15.99 for 60 capsules I didn't know they were capsules til I opened them when I got home, I had told the associate that I usually paid $4.99 for a bottle of tablets not capsules I pray this doesn't through my I.N.R. readings I have checked every month at the U.M.M.C. anticoagulant on a monthly basis, and pray this change doesn't effect my numbers, as I travel 60 miles round trip to have my I.N.R. every month and have been therapeutic since my last stroke in 2007, adding the sales associate giggled the whole time I was dealing with her very rude and unprofessional to say the least

I stop almost everyday to get a couple of energy drink but today there was different people working I guess

The lady who helped me greeded me as usual and ask if I am ready to check out so I went to her and she got my phone # since I am a member pull out my name and rang me up it was 5.18 so I gave her $10.00 then I realize I have the change 20c and because I don' t like to carry a lot of change in my pocket I gave her the 20c for her to give me $5.00 back but she start taking out $4.88, I told her no that's why I gave you the 20c I need 5.02 again she tried to give me 4.88 then I hold her calculator and showed her 10.20 - 5.18 = 5.02 she turn back for the 3rd time and try to give me 4.88 then I said you don't know how to count 10.20 -5.18 ? and I didn't mean any disrespect then I guess was her manager or a co worker guy who was helping someone else instead of checking what's going on he told me be respectful I was shocked by his response and I said I didn't mean any disrespect I was just trying to explain and he repeated again just be respectful you telling her that she don't know how to count ... I said you know what I don't have time for that I got to go then he told her give him his money back just like that ... I took my money back with a complete chock since I am a district manager for 5 restaurant and I am in hospitality business for more then 20 years and never disrespect anyone or been disrespected the way I was at your store . If he is a manager that 's very sad and if he is just an associate it's not an excuse

The Vitamin Shoppe authorization hold and charge

I placed an order for an three items and knew the amount of charge would be around $100. The next I check my account and notice the same amount was charged to my account twice. I thought I made an error and submitted order twice but after speaking to rep., she stated that they put an authorization hold before they ship the item and then when the order goes out they actually charge my account.

When I asked why there was still two charges on my account, she said once my items ship, the one charge would just fall off. However it takes 3-5 business days for it to be reversed. Meanwhile, I cannot use my funds from my own account during this time period.

On their website, it specifically says that no charges will be made until the order has shipped.

I was extremely upset to find out about this practice and said I would no longer order from them and they would lose me as a customer. I asked the supervisor what she would willingly do for me as a longstanding customer she went blank. I asked again and the only response was an offer of 10% off yet another order. I told her to keep it and vowed never to order from them again.

The Vitamin Shoppe product was damaged during delivery.

I was promised 10% off with free shipping, instead I see a full charge for full price plus shipping on my case of Bang. I decided to let it slide, but now I get a last minute notification that my product was damaged and the only way to get a refund is to ship back a product, or return it to store, but I don't even have a product to return! I would just like my refund and some sort of compensation for all of this trouble.

The Vitamin Shoppe unethical behaviour of manager

Vitamin Shoppe in Beavercreek, OH. Their manager, Courtney Countryman is rude, unprofessional, and unethical. I thought it was inspirational to have a woman in fitness to be in-charged but I made a mistake. She was judgmental and slanderous to their customers. It's a shame because the products are good. I will not recommend this place with anyone as long as she works there. Especially other females. Don't follow her on social media. And dont fall for her small talks. I don't feel safe here and will never come back.

The Vitamin Shoppe online order not delivered at store. order # wo17380439

I placed an order online with Vitamin Shoppe for 2 bottles of Maitake extract. The order was supposed to be sent to the Pasadena Store, 181 South Lake Ave. Ca. 91109 for pick up.

I called the store several times. In a rude manner I got told by the store manager they have not received any order what so ever. I called customer service 4 times. I got told the order was shipped. In total I have made 6 calls. When I asked for a search based on the tracking number I got told the order number is invalid!

Today, Wednesday the 15 I called customer service again. This time a lady told me the order was never shipped. I can not believe it! The lady offered me a refund.

I am very disappointed. I will never use Vitamin Shoppe again for placing an order online. Due to my bad experience and a rude attention over the phone, I will avoid the Vitamin Shoppe Store as well.

The Vitamin Shoppe shipping

Will never be ordering from this company again. This is the second time in a row having a problem with Vitamin Shoppe and their shipping. I was supposed to receive 2 cases of bang on Friday, June 8th. Instead I never received them and now UPS is telling me the package has been damaged and can no longer be delivered and has to contact Vitamin Shoppe. I want the two cases of Bang I ordered AND I want either store credit or an additional 2 cases for the inconvenience that always seems to come around whenenever I order from your company.

There is a very rude, a very nasty, and very disrespectful manager at this vitamin shoppe who needs to go. I dont like her and shes gonna mess with the wrong person one day. Her name is jessica i believe and someone needs to do something about her. Another person had a problem with her and if you dont believe me look at the reviews. Just a rude person who dosent need to be in customer service. Get her the hell out of there before you lose business!

The Vitamin Shoppe Avoid at all costs

I ordered an item with in-store pickup. I was notified that I had to wait for a confirmation letter before going to the store. Judging by their website information my order should have been ready within two hours, but I never received their email I decided to contact them and clarify the issue. I was said that I can pick my order in 2 days. After that, I canceled my order wishing to just stop it.

The Vitamin Shoppe I will never order from them again

I ordered an item 09/07/2017 and got only 2 of 5 things in a month. At first, I sent them an email asking for explanations. I didn't get any answer. Then I called their customer service and they said that the rest will be sent in 2 weeks due some circumstances. I'm interested why I wasn't told before, why I didn't receive emails... I didn't expect something could go wrong. Their help is useless and this was the last time I ordered something from them.

The Vitamin Shoppe I will not use them again!

I have ordered two products from The Vitamin Shoppe online store (www.vitaminshoppe.com) and received only one item. Their customer service rep said that second item was no longer in stock and said their company will give me a refund. That was too good to be true, I never got my money back. These cheaters gave me nothing but empty promises and claimed they already issued my money and said that there was probably some problems with my bank. Are you kidding me? This site is terrible and The Vitamin Shoppe support is highly unprofessional! I will not use them again!

The Vitamin Shoppe Suspicious taste, smell and color

bought Pomegranate Concentrate, 100% Juice, 16 oz.
The juice has strange taste, has a strong smell reminding the smell of Robitussin, and the color is light pink, which is not the color of pomegranate.
I feel that the company does it for a long period of time.
On the label is a statement: "NO Artificial Colors or Flavors added".

I called the manufacturer. Quality Control representative told me that the product was manufactured in accordance with regulations. I mentioned that it smells not like pomegranate, but smells like Robitussin, and taste and color are not appropriate to pomegranate. hey did not allow to talk with the plant administration/manager.

Please, let me know if you can help me.
P.S. I have unopened bottle at home.

The Vitamin Shoppe No order but money taken

I placed an order on Vitamin Shoppe's website or at least I tried. When I submitted the order, I received a message stating that the site was down for maintenance. No new orders appeared in my account summary, but a charge for the "non-order" I tried to place posted to my checking account. I called customer service and was told that the system will post the charge to my account whether the order was accepted by the system or not. She then told me I could place an order with customer service, but my account would be charged again : (. I chose to take my business elsewhere. I will not shop at another Vitamin Shoppe, online or in person. By the way, it would have been nice if Vitamin Shoppe would have posted a notice on their homepage letting people know about the site maintenance/issues. I would not have wasted my time if I had be forewarned.

I am boycotting your company entirely. "Snacks for vax"?!

I am so tired of these companies using cheap thrills enticing people in getting an experimental MRNA covid shot that has many numerous life altering risks including death. Be more careful what you promote as a company.

You should spend some time visiting VAERS. You are loosing customers.

Witnessed Manager of the Vitamin Shoppe in Madison, TN, Diane, berating a store employee (apparently an assistant manager) in front of a customer because of his religious beliefs. This manager needs to be made aware of laws protecting employees from this type of abusive treatment.

My name is Robert jackson.I went to the store last week at vitamin Shoppe to buy a multivitamin. I enter the store I saw an African man staying behind the counter and another Asian girl, Khorsheda was on the phone, talking her own language, and it was so loud that I cannot concentrate on my shopping. The matter was upset me that she should not use her phone in the store, even though she did, she should not use any bad work. I was there around ten min. and gradually she was using f word like many times. The way I understand she has very knowledge and manner problem. She was sit-down in the backside and having a conversation with someone and using bad ### work like she was at home. I am strongly advice the vice-president---Marcia that she should train her employee very well before she put people on the floor Otherwise, The vitamin Shoppe will be out of order. I think this company does care customer, if you do u should teach employees. The way she was doing it was not feel like she was on duty. However, I did not tell her anything, just said --"I will be back."It makes me mad to spend my money in knowing place. Company should be more care full in order to stay in this situation.

I was at the Vitamin Shoppe, in Brooklyn on Court street. I was thinking of buying a box of #10-sugerless gum, which sold for $24.90. I looked at the same item (one package) priced at $1.79. So of course I bought the individual packs, which were cheaper. I pointed this out to the manager and all he had to say was that the company has done this on several items and they have gotten complaints about their pricing. But nothing has been done to lower the price for the bulk items.

I think all the consumers of Vitamin Shoppe should be made aware of this practice and start complaining to corporate headquarters or start boycotting the store until this practice is corrected.

The Vitamin Shoppe Order Late

Ordered an item last month on 11/17. The item said it shipped in 1-4 days. Was this a typo did they mean 1-4 weeks? Well, I emailed them on Friday and got a robo email stating that someone would respond in 24 hours. Nothing. I just talked with customer service and they said I should get the item 2-6 business days (1-2 days extra for handling) from the 28th. How do you order an item in November and do not get it until the next year. I asked do I get a coupon for the wait. She apologetically said that we won't charge you for shipping. I was like I bet you won't since it was your mistake. So I told her no more Vitamin Shoppe Internet or store for me.

I was searching for protein bars online and found the best price at the Vitamin Shoppe. They advertise on their website that if you order before 5pm, the order would ship the same day and it would be free. So I placed my order, received a confirmation and one week later, no products. I called and customer service told me that because I was a new customer they placed my order on hold until I called to verify my address. So I verified and was told that it would ship the next day. Another five days went by and still nothing so I called again. Here I am sitting here almost two weeks later empty handed. Their prices may be very good but their internal procedures suck!
