The UPS Store lack of comitency or malpractice

i took an important letter to the ups store and had it noterized so i could track the letter. they never recorded or put the tracking# on my letter. Hello readers, Recently I went to the ups store next to the bagle store on longly and s. mcCarren to have a letter noterized because it was a card that i had put money in. I believed that by having a tracking# on the letter, these mail steelers would not touch this letter because it had a tracking#. Well to my surprise, the ups store charged me to have it noterized, but they didnt record the noterization in their log, where the mail carrier enters the tracking number in and then the letter can be tracked. I went into the store when the tracking # didnt work for the 3rd day in a row and thats how i found out that the noterization that i payed for was never put on the letter. Personally i dont know if the letter ever made it out of the ups store. I have my suspicions with some of the employees at this branch steeling my letter because it was a hallmark card with cash wieght in it. So i complained to the sales rep who noterized my letter, and he gave me back 2 dollars for the sending fee and the noterization that i never got. Now im left with a missing letter with 50 dollars in it that never got delivered and it is all due to the ups stores incompitency to do thier job right. I have pictures of the mail before i sent it, so im hoping that this will help my case further. It is wierd, i orriginally had the feeling not to send in regular mail because i felt like it would get lost, but i probably would of had a better chance of that letter making it if i had just put it in the mail box. A buisness that runs off mail and says they can noterize letters, yet i lost about 55 dollars and wasted my time because the employees cant do a noterization deserves not to be in buisness. Or a rehireing of employees who are compident to do their job

First of all - sending CASH is a FEDERAL OFFENSE!
Secondly, did you send your Letter using UPS or USPS (Postal)? $2.00 for sending it? that means just regular First class!
There is NO Tracking for Post Office services...all UPS Tracking start with 1z...
Whaooooooooo...I am amazed!

The UPS Store customer service / additional costs

On December 16th, I walked into The UPS Store #112 in Waterford Michigan to ship a package to myself in Key West, Florida (didn't want to carry my luggage). At that time, I was charged $19.20 for deliver.

On the 22nd of December, I went to the post office to pick up my package and was informed that it would cost an additional $17.76 to retrieve my package. It was explained by the postal worker that a UPS package cannot be delivered to a post office General Delivery if it had a street address and that the UPS store should have informed me of that information.

When I called back to the Waterford MI, UPS Store and explained my concern, a gentlemen named RICHARD got on the line - until this point I was pleasant. I asked Richard why this was allowed to happen and why no one explained that it would be an additional $17.76 to pick up my package. RICHARD then said - Yes, I see in the computer that it was addressed to both general delivery and to a street address, therefore, there is an additional cost for delivery. When I then said that it was upsetting that no one told me that, RICHARD then said that IT WAS NOT HIS OBLIGATION TO INFORM ME OF THE ADDITIONAL COST. That his UPS Store had done their job of getting the package delivered

WHAT! Under no Obligation! Thats the worst, most horrible customer service response I have ever heard. I vented and hung up on RICHARD. RICHARD however had the kahonas to call me back! I informed RICHARD that I was under no obligation to listen to him or take his phone call and that I would continue to pursue his absolute lack of customer service. However, here is what I am asking - I would like the $17.76 additional I had to pay the Post Office to get my package refunded to me. I do feel it was his obligation to inform me that it would cost additional money to retrieve my package - especially if he knew that simply by looking at the information on his computer screen! It would also be nice for RICHARD and his staff go through customer service training. Thank you so much

And until UPS Store 112 in Waterford Michigan understands and practices Customer Service, I do not recommend using this store in any way, shape or form!

Why would UPS deliver a package to the post office if they were provided with a street address? This doesn't make any sense.

The UPS Store deceptive service

Word of warning about "The UPS Store", especially the one in Abacoa, #3563... they do not stand by the service the sell to the customer, nor do they admit when they have not provided the service as promised and provide a refund. If you are reading this Michael, yes, I am mentioning that OK had a blizzard, but that does not change the fact that my package sat in your store for 3 days, and then another day going from store to Riviera Beach to Hialeah and back to WPB before leaving PB County. It was 3 day service... Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday... it did not arrive until Thursday! That is 4 days. Had it gotten there on Wednesday it would have been delivered on time. But because of the incompetence of clerks and Michael, the manager (?), it did not make it in the time promised and service paid for. Now they will not admit their lack of service, nor will they offer a refund of the difference for the 3 day service that I didn't get, and the ground service that cost $45 less. BTW - The UPS Store has NOTHING to do with UPS... they are not connected! Please be aware and do not use these stores. Check out the internet... there is hardly any positive comments. ALL BAD... SERVICE AND STAFF ARE DECEPTIVE!

The UPS Store stolen my claim check

I contacted this store the deliver a printer that I had sold to a person in another state. The printer was large and heavy and I wanted it to be delivered with the best care possible. My first big mistake was thinking that UPS cares at all about the packages they ship and the care even less about what the UPS Stores do. I told the Owner/Manager Harsh Kalra that I wasn't concerned with the cost of shipping the printer just wanted it to arrive undamaged! First off he packaged the printer improperly and then sent it reg UPS. To say it arrived damage is an under statement, it was a total loss. I was a little paranoid that this package was not going to arrive safe and had him put insurance on it. Well he screwed that up too by putting the insurance on the package. (He put in on the peripherals box. You could drop this box from the Empire State Building and I wouldn't have cared!). I even questioned him about it when I looked over the receipt. His answer was that it doesn't mater because both boxes were considered one shipment and its the shipment that insured not the individual boxes. WRONG, WRONG, WRONG! I told this to the UPS customer service agent and the woman actually laughed at me. So I insured a box of about $40.00 worth of stuff for a $1000 instead of the box with $1000 printer. To make a long story short I got my shipping charges and a $100 back on my claim that totaled nearly $400. I moved during all this and did get the claim check from the store. When I called back to the store after settling with my customer, the manager tells me that the check is expired and he needs to contacted UPS to get another check should take about two weeks. Seven weeks later and multiple phone calls and faxes still NO CHECK! The little troll keeps telling me it's in the mail! I have complained to anyone that will listen at UPS but they could care less. UPS DOES NOT stand behind these stores at all. As far as their concerned they are a completely separate business from UPS. Why do they call them UPS Store then? I'm guessing the UPS in UPS Stores stand for Unreliable People Sorry!

The UPS Store don't use them

Paid $93 to have a computer tower packed and shipped to manufacturer. Manufacturer called to tell me tower arrived damaged. According to manufacturer it was shipped in peanuts. I paid $93 to have it packed in peanuts? Outrageous.

Furthermore, it takes about 2 weeks after a claim to get the check approved and sent to the manufacturer. If more damage was sustained (to hard drive) then another claim would have to be made and you would have to wait another 2 weeks to pay for that damage.

Professionally packed? -- Hah! Don't use them--they don't care about your packages.

The UPS Store damage and theft

If you ever get a damaged packed...DO NOT SIGN FOR IT. Last week I went to UPS to pick up my mail. There was a package there but when the owner brought it out, I saw that it had been damaged. Not just a little but squashed down, one side open. The owner (blond woman) did not mention the damage though I did. All she wanted was to get it signed off. I foolishly signed for it without inspecting the contents. It was a dumb thing for me to do. Now I know why. I took the package to the car and opened it. There was nothing inside except the packing material. I immediately returned to the store (a matter of perhaps 2 minutes) and told the owner of the empty box. She couldn't have cared less now that her sheet was signed. She suggested that I should call the post office, which I did, and received no help there either. I guess the responsibility for the damage and loss is my problem and that of the person that sent the item. She suggested that the merchant be contacted so he could send me another. Great business practice! Just make everyone else bear the costs of tracking and getting the item replaced. The item was a totally feminine product so HMMMM...wonder what happened there. I left frustrated at the non-caring attitude and no product to use. I am cancelling my contract. Be aware. This place stinks when things go wrong.

The UPS Store poor service

I purchased a mail box 2 yrs ago. I just recently now have a physical location and got notice on October 3, 2009 that my year expired on October 1. Nice notice there. I forwarded my mail through USPS. Apparently they didn't process it and I continued to get mail at the UPS store. The UPS store placed a slip in my box on October 19, 2009 saying that my mail was being withheld unless I paid them $28.00 for that month of service. I told them to ### themselves and forward the mail. They said they were going to return it to sender. Poor service. Their prices are ridiculous. I found out everything you mail USPS from the UPS store is doubled in price and simply walked over to the post office. What a scam. I will be filing a complaint with corporate.

You cannot file a change of address form from a UPS Store, or any other retail mail receiving location. This is a policy of the United States Postal Service and has nothing to do with the UPS Store. They will send you your mail from the store, but they have to pay for the shipping costs to you, and therefore so do you.

Maybe the employee there didn't explain all this to you, but considering you said you told them to go @#$% themselves, you probably just aren't intelligent enough to have understood the explanation. Either way, just so you know, you are completely out of line.

The UPS Store terrible customer service

This one is theater of the absurd. I ordered a product from NY. It was shipped

UPS. I had to return it, so I re-taqped the original box completely the same as

it had been shipped to me. Cost me $25 to ship, which was about right. I got a

replacement product also shipped UPS, the same thing in the exact same box. I

had to return it also, so I put it back in the box, re-taped it, and took it

down to the UPS Store (Woodinville WA, store # 0191). Suddenly, it was going to

cost $41 for the exact same shipping service. The guy at the counter told me

that the box had grown an inch (!) and that was what accounted for the price

increase. I had him pull up my invoice from the last time that I had shipped

it, and he claimed that the box had grown one inch longer and thus cost more.

Instead of working with me, he told me 1. I don't make the rules 2. I will

cancel your transaction and you should ship this someplace else. I was

flabbergasted- the guy was incredibly rude and clearly didn't care whether he

had my business or not. So, I went a block away to the FedEx Store, where they

cheerfully charged me $23 for the same service that I had tried to get through

UPS. To top it off, I asked him if I could have the business card of the owner-

he said sure, here it is, despite (as I found out later) he was the owner and

did not identify himself as such.

And you can't even complain about these guys. The UPS Stores are franchises,

and, as far as I can tell, there is no way to complain to UPS itself about the

situation.

I have learned my lesson.

He absolutely correct...an INCH can make a HUGE different after certain size or box. I have UPS Account and I missed measured my box and I found later when I received the bill from UPS. Not only I had to pay the difference amount but also I had penalty. They called it Demensional Weight. For instance: your pacakge may only weight 6 lbs but if the box dimension is HUGE then you have to pay whatever weight that box under.
UPS has specific department or a person who making sure that those packages get a correction fee should they put the wrong demension / weight.
The UPS Store is not an exception...if they Mis-Measured a package then they will see those correction fee on their UPS Bills.
The UPS Store are small businesses...unlike FedEx they are Corporate so the employee can make any mistakes...and No penalty.

The UPS Store overcharged

This afternoon, I shipped a box containing my friend's medicine that she had left at my house. The box, which I had padded was 5" x 8" x 4". It had to travel from Richmond, VA to Upper Marlboro, MD. For overnignt shipping, the charge was $40.13. The box weighed no more than 6 pounds. This has to be a ripoff. If my friend did not need it right away, I would have walked out.

Sending a 6 pound box guaranteed for the next morning for 40 bucks doesn't sound like a rip off at all. What did you think it was going to cost?

There are also other services. FexEx, USPS and any number of private carriers could have taken the package. How many other options did you explore? And its only two hours away according to the Google Maps. Why not just meet in the middle?

And on a side note: how much should it cost to move a box 150 miles? Supposing one of the big trucks get twenty miles to the gallon your talking more than twenty dollars worth of gas. A two hour drive, loading and unloading and it absolutely has to get there on time and forty dollars doesn't sound too bad.

The UPS Store live scan fingerprinting

I went to get fingerprinted at The UPS Store for my new job on September 3, 2009. Rashmi, a UPS employee, opened up the computer and enetred the information and then I ROLLED MY OWN PRINTS! 5 weeks later my place of employment still had not heard back from the FBI, Rashmi assure me that the FBI results take longer and to be patient. Come to find out (directly from the Manager at the Department Of Justice) Rashmi did not enter the correct information, so my prints were never submitted to the FBI. NEVER get your Live Scan prints done at the UPS store!

The UPS Store ripoff charges - no response to complaint

I went to the UPS Store (Store #4571) on Trimmier Ave. in Killeen, Texas on August 4, 2009 to have two framed certificates packed and shipped to an APO address in South Korea at a cost of $193.41. The cost to ship the package was $162.90 with the remaining amount for packing. The package weighed 15 lbs. with a dimension of 36X6X30 inches.

When the package did not arrive by August 29, I emailed store 4571 from my children's home when I was in South Korea on August 30 and 31. I never received a response. On returning home, I went to the store (Sept. 8) to inquire. The manager said they could do nothing for me, it was the problem of the USPS. I asked why I did not receive a reply from the email, and her response was, "Sorry about that." I then went to our local USPS office where they researched and found that the store sent the package "space available" and it was still in transit. I was never advised that I paid that much money to have a shipment go space available.

The package finally arrived on September 14, 2009…41 days after shipping.

I emailed the corporate offices of The UPS Store via their online form on September 8, 11, 12, and 28. Each time I received an automated response that I would be contacted by UPS Store. I have yet to receive a response.

On September 12, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The complaint was forwarded to the local UPS Store on September 14 with a suspense date of September 24 to respond. The BBB contacted The UPS Store on September 25 and given another suspense date of September 28. Based on the foregoing, it is clear and unequivocal that The UPS Store does not care about their customers.

I am the owner of a shipping facility in Minnesota. We ship via all carriers. First of all, like us, The UPS Store does not send packages 'Space Available'. That is a postal term that is not available, ever heard of, or requestable by any sending party or is a term that can be defined on the USPS website. What is 'Space Available'? The answer should be obvious.

Secondly, any international mailing via the postal service (which all APO/FPO's must be sent), are not trackable and have no guarantees for arrival time. Regardless of how they are sent through USPS, they often can take weeks and all too often are lost. Obviously, no alternative shipping facility can offer more for a USPS service than USPS does.

Thirdly, the only method a large box size of 36X6X30 can be sent via USPS is the Global Express Guaranteed. Incidentally, 36X6X30 is the printed INSIDE dimensions of a standard industry shipping box - outside dimensions are 37X7X31. That size is too large for ANY USPS service and would have to be cut down to 37X7X28, which makes it mailable for the Global Express Guaranteed service ONLY. That rate is $378.45. Sounds like you got a bargain! It is possible that that The UPS Store and it's post office have a good relationship and that post office is extending that The UPS Store a courtesy service - unlikely, but possible.

Again, there is no such specific service as 'Space Available' and is something USPS themselves placed on the box due to its large size AFTER USPS received it. This is outside of anybody's control including The UPS Store. I believe you owe this The UPS Store an apology for what you've put them through.

Finally, and as a side note, the BBB offers no functional service to the public. The BBB is a franchised operation that gives the false illusion to the public that it carries some formal weight. Rather, it is only a self-serving business that only 'protects' businesses that pay their 'protection' money. If businesses don't wish to pay, the BBB automatically lowers 'their' grade for this business - even though they may have no complaints at all. And if the business gets only one or two complaints, legitimate, invented, resolved, or otherwise - out of thousands and thousands of customers - the BBB will lower that business grade to a C or D. But guess what, if that business then decides to pay the BBB what they want, BBB will wipe the slate clean and give that business an A regardless or complaints. So, you tell me, what's the point? The closest analogy I can think of for the BBB is the racketeering 'protection' that organized crime offer small businesses during the depression.

You got a great deal on your shipment. The USPS dictated that the size was too big and would have to wait for space to be available. International packages change many hands outside of USPS control and may take a very long non-trackable time for delivery. So why are you being so rude to that The UPS Store?

The UPS Store rude owner

I decided to use the UPS store in Winter Springs instead of a post office box. That was a mistake. A UPS store doesn't forward mail once you cancel, unlike the post office. But what made me angry is that the guy who owns the place was rude once we said we were not renewing the contract a second time. He didn't thank us for the business we gave him, just scolded us for not continuing. Unbelievable. There's a nearby storage unit that sells boxes for 5 bucks...this guy charged 90 bucks minimum for 3 months with 30 bucks month to month after.

Consumer beware! Hidden Fees and lack of clarity of services. - They claim to be the lowest in town on color copies, charging $0.29 per copy, when asked if one brings the document electronically, for example on a jumpdrive they say that is not a problem, however, they do not tell you that there is a $2.50 fee for accessing your jump drive until it's time to pay!

The UPS Store ripoff charges - no response to complaint

On August 4, 2009, I took two framed certificates (one with a lot of artwork) to the UPS store for packaging and delivery to my U.S. Army kids in South Korea. The package weighed 15 pounds with dimensions of 36X6X30. I was charged a total of $193.41 of which $162.90 was for shipping. When I arrived in South Korea on August 13, 2009, the package had not arrived. I sent an email to store 4571 on August 30 and August 31. I received no answer. When I returned to Texas on September 6, I went to the store to inquire about what had happened. The manager simply stated it was out of her hands since the post office was given the package. There was no offer to research the package...she simply did not care. I asked why she hadn't responded to my email. Her response was, "Sorry 'bout that". I immediately left the store stating that they hadn't heard the last from me. I went to the U.S. Post Office where the postal clerk researched the package. He discovered that the package was sent "SA", meaing Space Available. I was never advised by the UPS Store that the package would be sent in that manner. I sent two online complaints to UPS and they have refused to answer me.

The UPS Store deeper issues than just poor service

I went to the Arkadelphia UPS Store after having difficulty obtaining information at the US Postal Service--the person was relatively new and could not tell me, definitively, what product I needed to purchase to move my parcel from Arkadelphia to an APO (Military address). I then went to UPS and was told I needed to purchase 2 products (both products of US Postal Services). Since I had already spent 35 minutes of my lunch hour, I was now in a bit of a hurry. I did not receive services commensurate with the amount that was charged. I was OVERSOLD products and did not realize this until taking time, later, to recount the transaction at the UPS Store. Upon making this realization, I went back to the store and asked the older gentleman (do not know his name) exactly what they had sold me and was it the product that I needed--he was EXTREMELY VAGUE in his answers and danced around the question for some time--a customer came in and I was shortly thereafter dismissed. I phoned the store on Monday morning (July 20) and received the same vague response. What the gentleman did elaborate on was the fact that I purchased 2 products there were completely useless, due to the fact that the item was destined for an APO. After he made that clarification, again, a customer's arrival hastened the conclusion of our conversation. I had no issue with the cost of transporting my item, but I was deeply sadden to realize that the objective of the clerk was to squeeze as much money out of me as possible, not to provide me the service and product I needed. I would rather drive to Malvern than again use the services of the UPS Store in Arkadelphia. Thank you for reading.**URGENT UPDATE*** After the above-listed scenario, I went down to the UPS store with a collegue of mine--I, again, asked the gentleman at the front desk for a copy of my receipt--he refused! Not only did he REFUSE, he told me "you are wasting my time, get out of my store." I tried to explain to him that I was a customer who had purchased services and now, I wanted a receipt for the said-purchases. He began to assist another customer and acted as if I was not even there. I must admit it made me angry--I believe the issues are far deeper than my transaction. Again, asking him for a copy of my receipt, he told me that if I didn't leave, he would call the POLICE!--now, this started out as a simple request to get my son a parcel from Arkadelphia to his APO in Germany--he's in the Army--and it went from overselling to calling the police (surely he would have released German Shepards if he had had them in his store). Again, I would NEVER enter the doors of this UPS store unless it was under new management! Besides, I believe I have been banned from this store--I am 43 years old and have NEVER had such an encounter in my LIFE and I have been in 40 states of our union and 2 different countries! This owner is OUTRAGEOUS!

The UPS Store consistently rude and misleading

After my third negative experience in the store I knew it wasn't an accident or anomaly. 1. Owner or proprietor (middle aged male with glasses) yelled at me for buying only shipping tape to leave pre -paid UPS parcel. He then ordered me to buy stamps to "make his credit card machine work". 2. The next time he was rude to my wife for putting prepaid UPS parcel on counter with other outbound UPS packages w/o his permission. Not sure what this guy's problem is but we will never use the store again and have told others to steer clear. When we mentioned to our neighbor our experience, they had a terrible story to share as well. UPS must have no control of the experience in UPS Store 3558 to let this continue.

The UPS Store the worst experience ever

On June 27, 2009 I went to the UPS Store No. 5501 located at 413 Rt.940, Mt.Pocono, PA 18344, ( authorized dealer) to ship a package, I also requested a packaging for which I paid $17 !
On Monday I called the store to find out if the package was picked -up by the UPS, and I received the following info:
1. We don't have the pick-up till July 6, 2009, to my total amusement, I asked Stephanie ( employee), what do you mean?, I dropped the package on Saturday June the 27, 2009, and was told by the owner that the package will be picked up on Monday.
She told me that the package was taken to another store in Dunmore, PA for pick-up.

2. The tracking number showed the exactly same message - that the billing info was received, but the package was never picked-up by the UPS.
3. I called the UPS store again on Tuesday June 30, 2009, and received the message that sometimes the UPS do not scan the packages and it should be delivered today.

4. On July 1, 2009 -still no info on the package, I called the UPS and put a tracer on it.

I called the store in Dumore, PA, only to find out that my package was never brought to that store, and there is no record of this package ever leaving the Dunmore, PA store. I called the Mt. Pocono store again, to complaint and I was told that the UPS BROUGHT BACK MY PACKAGE to the UPS Store in Mt. Pocono. !

It is obvious to me that my package never left the store and it was at the Mt. Pocono store the entire time.
I was called names by the Stephanie ( employee), I was threaten that if I come to the store, she will call the police on me.

THe above mentioned store claims to be an authorized UPS store.

This was a time senstive matter to me. I lost time making all those phone calls, not to mention all this hassle I had to go thru.

but wait, it gets better, I spoke with the UPS Stores customer service, and was told that since I had a prepaid label, the UPS store is not responsible for the shipment !

I have to say after reading this post on the store in Mt Pocono, PA I have to totally disagree with the person. If Im not mistaken there was a change of hands and all the customers that went into the store were told that the store was not operating to full capacity.. But still there was a lot of changes going on.. and as for the employees there they were very informative and took care of all my needs.. I have to say thank you to the Mt PoconoUPS store for being there.. I will always be a loyal customer... as for the post I have to agree with the comment above you were probably one of "THOSE CUSTOMER" I totally agree... one of those customers that make the rest of us suffer and come to think of it no we arent the ones that suffer you are the one that probably doesnt do anything but sit by a computer and think of negative things not to mention you are one of those customers that sends a plate back because it didnt look right.. oh I can go on... hope one day you will see that being malisious isnt the way to go.

The UPS Store lazy owner

Since newest owner, service has gotten just terrible. Loss of customers too. Not open during their own set business hours. Example: Weekdays open until 6pm according to the sign. But you get there at 5:40...and they are closed already and long gone and do not care. And it is not 'now and then' but the majority of the time. If you don't get in there by 5:20, you can just about forget it! The front door lock is faulty but they don't bother to replace it. The Carpet is dirty but they don't clean it. It smells like garbage in there. And if you mention any of these things to them they just shrug and laugh. They do not care at all. The owner, Phil, is rude and lazy and has no idea what he is doing and he does not care to bother to learn at all.

This is probably the result of the owner not being able to make any money at this business. If you know they close early, probably best to go there before 5PM to eliminate any issues. Often these types of problems arise from unrealistically high customer expectations. Remember the owner makes no money is you are just dropping off a UPS parcel.

If you made zero money and had to do work for UPS with almost no compensation or benefits, how would you act? There's a time when every owner knows in his or her heart that they've been dupe by UPS.

The UPS Store fraudulent affiliations, bad customer service

UPS store is a fraud. No affiliation with UPS and won't take responsibility for lost packages. Customer service only offered advice to sue them for help (basically non-existent customer service). Do NOT use them for any reason!

The UPS Store poor customer service

Dear Sirs: 5/6/09
I want to express to you my dissatisfaction with some poor customer service, which I received at your location located in South San Francisco. The store is on the corner of El Camino Real and Hickey Blvd.
My reason for needing the stores service was as a good deed, for a deceased neighbor of mine. The box in question was delivered to a Mr. Don Belinas’ residence, 1700 El Camino Real #10-6. The package was addressed to a Mr. Dan Aguillar, same street address as above. Anyway I picked the box up from outside of Mr Belinas’ residence and carried it over to the UPS Store. The salesperson at the courter was a Pilipino gentleman. I asked the man to return the box to the sender. He said I had to take it to another location. I told him I wasn’t going to do that. He then told me I had to pay postage. I told him that I wouldn’t do that either. He then told me he was going to call the police, while picking up the phone. At that point I was leaving the store, the last thing I heard the man say was that he was going to throw the box away. I said fine, do what you must.
I later went into the store, thinking that I could talk to the Manager of the Store, but the same man was behind the counter, so I asked him his name and told him I was going to talk to his manager about his attitude. He then told me to leave the store, which I did. I wasn’t given the counter person’s name, which I really wasn’t expecting, at that point.
Thank you,
John Larsen
