The UPS Store - dropping off packages from ups and usps

I would like to file a complaint about the store located at 3983 S McCarran Blvd, Reno, NV 89502. I do a lot of business with UPS and the post office. The store located above is closest to my business, so sometimes I drop off my UPS and USPS packages to them. Every time I drop off a UPS box or a bag of USPS packages, the staff seem to get upset or not like the fact that I am dropping off packages. I believe the reason is because some of the boxes I bring them are close to 50 lbs and the USPS bags have about 20-30 smaller packages in them. I know UPS has an agreement with the post office to accept these, so yesterday again I dropped off several UPS boxes, and 1 bag of USPS packages. The same staff member then proceeded to tell me that they can no longer accept my post office packages. I asked them why and they said because there was too many. So if I understand this correctly, I can drop off packages, but if I do too much business and bring too many packages, then that is not allowed. Please help me resolve this issue. Are they allowed to deny my packages? They are also extremely rude at that store and unfriendly to almost everyone. I know this is not the brand that UPS wants to reflect and uphold. I strongly suggest that someone look into this. Thank you for your time. I also am not one to goes to these lengths to file a complaint.

The UPS Store - lack of comitency or malpractice

i took an important letter to the ups store and had it noterized so i could track the letter. they never recorded or put the tracking# on my letter. Hello readers, Recently I went to the ups store next to the bagle store on longly and s. mcCarren to have a letter noterized because it was a card that i had put money in. I believed that by having a tracking# on the letter, these mail steelers would not touch this letter because it had a tracking#. Well to my surprise, the ups store charged me to have it noterized, but they didnt record the noterization in their log, where the mail carrier enters the tracking number in and then the letter can be tracked. I went into the store when the tracking # didnt work for the 3rd day in a row and thats how i found out that the noterization that i payed for was never put on the letter. Personally i dont know if the letter ever made it out of the ups store. I have my suspicions with some of the employees at this branch steeling my letter because it was a hallmark card with cash wieght in it. So i complained to the sales rep who noterized my letter, and he gave me back 2 dollars for the sending fee and the noterization that i never got. Now im left with a missing letter with 50 dollars in it that never got delivered and it is all due to the ups stores incompitency to do thier job right. I have pictures of the mail before i sent it, so im hoping that this will help my case further. It is wierd, i orriginally had the feeling not to send in regular mail because i felt like it would get lost, but i probably would of had a better chance of that letter making it if i had just put it in the mail box. A buisness that runs off mail and says they can noterize letters, yet i lost about 55 dollars and wasted my time because the employees cant do a noterization deserves not to be in buisness. Or a rehireing of employees who are compident to do their job

First of all - sending CASH is a FEDERAL OFFENSE!
Secondly, did you send your Letter using UPS or USPS (Postal)? $2.00 for sending it? that means just regular First class!
There is NO Tracking for Post Office services...all UPS Tracking start with 1z...
Whaooooooooo...I am amazed!
