I have submitted a complaint to the Customer Relation Services Manager about finding a "Cockroach leg" inside my cake while onboard a flight of Thai Airway. I submitted an in-flight letter form during my flight from Bangkok to Chiang Mai on board TG114 on February 26, 2009. The Customer Relation Services Manager only made a simple reply and totally ignored my further complaint and dissatisfaction about the way of handling complaint (S4/[protected]-WB). I found your customer services are totally unacceptable and far below standard. As an international airline, your way of handling complaint is a joke and unethical. I will report my instance to the Consumer Services Department and forwarded my complaint to the newspaper and magazines. I regret to have take your flight and feel shameful for your customer services.
