This company claims I ordered their product. I did not. I immediately called the company and stopped any future shipments. They said they would only charge the 78 dollar "free" trial for the product. I never received the product. My post office sent a fax to the company claiming I did not receive the item. After numerous calls, they told me they would only charge me 19 dollars or I could return the item. How do you return something you never received? I notified my credit card company and will be filing a complaint with the Colorado BB and the AG. I have read they are not allowed to ship from Colorado, yet they did. This company is a rip off.

This company was on a freebies site. they sent me a free facial brush, which fell apart in a week. Then they started sending and charging me for products I didn't want.
They sent them registered mail.
No matter what i do I can't stop them.
This is nothing but a big scam.
I will contact the contests bureau of Canada and report them.

Basically, they charged me $79.41 + $7.95 shipping for packages that I did not order, nor did not want. They did not do this only once, but twice. I called and cancelled my "subscription" after the first time, and low and behold, the day I cancelled, the very same day, they just happended to send out my second package. On the very same day they shipped the second package, they also charged my account another $79.41 + $7.95 shipping. When I called to complain, the lady, Lynelle, was very evasive and made me even more dissatisfied. So, I called back and talked to Laura. She was more helpful but still, very matter-of-fact. I sent the second package back and am waiting to see if they credit my account back. I won't get all of it back, if any, I'm sure. I will let you know. This is ridiculous. The package is two or three bottles of cheap stuff that I don't believe is worth $86.00. I accidently stumbled upon this place while trying to sign up for a free laptop. I never heard another word about the laptop and was suppose to also get a $50 gift card of some kind, but not another word about that either.

This company made unauthorized charges on my card for product I did not order or authorize. They would not allow me to speak to a supervisor when I called customer service. They lied and said they were unavailable when the customer service rep said she just spoke with her. They even acknowledge they had shipment returned as undeliverable but would not refund the 73.84 they owed me. I was very upset that they did not realize that had in fact committed fraud.

I too was robbed by The Ultimate Facial-It was truly a bad day when I decided to try thier product, but decided to return it, unopened. You need to cancel within 7 days! Although I rec'd the package 8 days later. So they actually gave me a RMA. When I returned the package, I was told I could not get my refund because I did not put the return number on the outside of the box!. Plus, if I got the package back, and re -returned it with # on the box, they simply wouldn't send it back to me, thus I received nothing at all! They are CROOKS in the BIGGEST way. A good company should not have to operate on lies and scams, but this one definately does-everyday...SHAME ON THEM-DO NOT BUY 1 SINGLE ITEM FROM THE ULTIMATE FACIAL

shipped me products I did not request, says can only receive full refund if they are shipped back unopened at your expense within two weeks of receipt or you will be charged $70+ dollars. I had to go to the website to find out this information, many people would probably open up the packages and not realize they were going to be charged.

Hi to all frustrated readers. I found this set of products on a freebie site in the UK and I thought I'd give it a go. The products sounded good and I'd been looking for some time at microdermabrasion kits. So I sent off for my supposedly 'free' sample-with the option to cancel any further deliveries if I contacted them and cancelled my subscription within a certain time period. Well, I received the products. They were of no superior quality, but they did smell nice. Also, the microdermabrasion tool was missing. The VERY SAME DAY that I received the delivery, I cancelled my subscription. I informed them that things were missing in the parcel they sent and they sent me a confirmation email saying that any future deliveries were cancelled, as was my account, and all my details were wiped off. Yeah right! They have continued to send me the parcels ( I'm on the 4th one now and not one of them has ever contained this phantom microdermabrasion tool! ) and they have continued to charge my card. What on earth am I meant to do? Anyone out there with an answer? Thanks : )

My wife oredered the free trial and they posted in the email that she could cancel on the 8th day from order proccessing, they claim the order was a day earlier and charged her the $78.41 and after 20 plus phone calls they refuse to refund the money they were no authorized to take! RIPOFF big time, we filled with colorado BBB today, and hope something happenes!

I have recent run in with the copany. While completing an online survey, we came across the 14-day free-trial pack offer for $2.87. We receievd the package with no information (about how to return, trial period length, actual charge) with the package. After 3 days from the receipt of the package, I saw $78.41 on my credit card.

I called and was told that it is 8th day from the order (which is the trial period, it was not mentioned before) and 78.71 is the charge, which again was never mentioned. They said they emailed me the terms and condition when they shipped, which I never receieved. But now I get cancellation email from them, which shows that the email works, and they never sent the trems and condition email before.

I now cannot return the product and the charge is not refundable. I have called FTC and let them know this. I also called my credict card and disputed the charge. They said they are going to investigate it. I also complained with Delaware State Attorney General's customer potection cell.

I have talked to company reps repeatedly, and emailed them. They are adamant about not refunding.

They are practising unfair means to dupe customers. Particularly their claimed 8-day trial period ( I never was told about it before) from the time THE ORDRE WAS PLACED, NOT WHEN SHIPPED, or WHEN RECEIVED was disingenuous. From the emails here, it is clear they are in the business to lure unsuspecting customers into a trap.

This company should be closed down.
