Terminix Pest extermination & All Points Home Inspection

Terminex "exterminated" wasps nest between walls in my home on 8/14/21. I called Terminex about 10 days after service because I still had wasps. Scheduled a 2nd service for 8/25 which was a no show. Rescheduled for 8/27 which was also a no show. Asked for a manager & was told that I would get a return call from Jose Pereyra (Manager - Springfield NJ). That never happened . I did get a call on 8/27 from someone named Pete, who told (at my request), that he would process a "P25" refund request. Still waiting for the return of $201.52. While speaking with the CSR earlier on 8/27, I scheduled (at her recommendation) an All Points Inspection 8/30 which was a no show. Rescheduled for 9/8 which was a no show. Spoke to Alan on 9/8 later i the day. He told me he was the tech & he could reschedule me for 9/10 between 9-9:30. This is also a no show.

Desired outcome: I would like the service & an apology for completely unprofessional behavior

Terminix All

I was told something different than what i'm paying, I was told I had termites after a free inspection and I already had pest control with them. He told me I would pay the down payment to treat termites and that pest would be free, lies lies lies, they charging me for both and I am mad😡 please people read before signing they tell u something else and charge u differently. I'm a senior citizen and I guess this is part of there scamming company. Not happy at all. I called to complain but they said I sign up for pest too, u told me pest was free with the termites service. So it's all a scammmmmmm

Desired outcome: Give me what was told. Termites service with free pest control.

Terminix Termite Treatment

I spoke to a customer service representative on 8/3/21 concerning the termite treatment completed incorrectly and needing additional services for more treatment at a specific area. I was told they made an appointment; however, nothing was completed.

Called again on 8/14/21 and was told by a different customer service representative that no one scheduled an appt. & so she forwarded my information to a manager to call me before Wednesday, 8/18/21.

Today is 8/21/21 and I never received a phone call from a manager. I called customer service again and was told there were no managers available to speak over the weekend and I could not receive any numbers to call either due to needing managers to give consent to giving out their numbers. I was told that an appt. could be completed on Thursday 8/26/21; however, when I requested a specific time she said that she could not promise that they could come out at that time. I requested another day and was told they were fully booked; however, she could request to see if they could come out, but again she could not promise that it would be completed.

Given that it has been 3 weeks, almost 4, and termite treatment is not something to postpone for a live hotspot of termites, this calling back and forth and not receiving a response, has finally resulted in my complaint today.

Desired outcome: Having someone come out and complete the additional termite treatment necessary in a timely manner.

Terminix Termite repair

Troy is a terrible representative of the Terminix International program (in the Termite division) - mocking customers, refusing to address or even listen to their needs, and refusing to followup on promised return calls.
The termite inspector rendered in her report an incorrect map of our house and the areas needing repair.
After going back and forth with the Termite inspector over text (of which I have a record), she claimed that her boss, Troy, would reach out to me to clarify the issue. While Troy called and spoke briefly to my husband (7/28/2021), he also promised to contact us again after taking my husband's questions to his inspector. However, Troy never bothered to call us back. Then, when I called him 5days later, he interrupted my introduction by saying "I know exactly who you are". He then went on a rampage, accusing me of not trusting their work - he did this without ever listening to my concerns about the difference between the contract and the repairs needed!
He then went off on tangents, first MOCKING me and insinuating I must be a substandard employee of the Biotech industry since I have termites in my house, which doesn't make any sense.
He then went on another tangent, talking about a recent STROKE he apparently had.
At the end of the call, I asked that he call me to schedule a date to return to the house and address the discrepancies in the work order. However, he never bothered to return my call.

Desired outcome: Troy is in the San Diego location, based on his phone number prefix. I want a different/sane representative of Terminix to handle this termite repair.

Terminix Customer service can not fix my problem with my account.

i have a issue with my account #1882774 i need to someone that can fix this problem.i have tried to get the problem fixed thru customer service people i have talked to 5 customer service people since july 12 2021 with promises someone would get back with me on 3 different dates but no one will get back to me this is poor customer service

Terminix pest

first we paid alot of money for help getting rid of raccoons took them 2-3 days to come out and inspect the put a trap down that was so small a cat would have problems getting in the took another couple days to get small trap replaced was told if we need them to come out anytime of day or night just text so we did, was told none was free to come out and they would call when someone came free its been almost 5 days and still no show, animal got into trap got the food and got out, we still see them at night so im asking for a refund for services you never supplied, we have your termite service and its great, , ive been telling my friends and family, but your pest is terrible, no need to come out or call, account number is [protected], june30th to present, all i can say im so dissapointed and fustrated with the service or rather non service, you can call [protected] to talk to wife she knows the whole story

Terminix employee came to my house to spray for bed bugs . He stole money from my purse, which was in my bed room dresser drawer, in the amount of 3, 000 dollars.

Terminix Scheduling Unresponsive

I contacted customer service over 5 times to schedule my 2nd service with no response. I called to speak to manager Greg and left a voicemail to please call me back and he never did. I called CS again to request a refund since Terminix had not fulfilled the obligation of our agreement and they said they were emailing the Regional Manager. However, it's been several days and the RM has not contacted me back.

Desired outcome: either complete my 2nd service on a date I can be out of the house for 4 hours or return my payment

Terminix Received no service but still getting bills.

Name on the contract is Barbara Haskell my 95 year old mother who has Alzheimers Disease. Customer Number is 311504. Service address is 529 Via Lido Soud, Newport Beach, CA 92663. Billing address is 3634 7th Avenue, 15G, San Diego, CA 92103 (the address on my bill is wrong, it says 3643). My name is Robert Haskell, phone: [protected], email: [protected]@gmail.com.

It has been a year since anyone was seen at the property providing service. The technician used to come to the door and get a signature from my mother's nurse but he has not done that in a year according to the nurse. Meanwhile I have been receiving and paying bills as if the service had been performed.

I called the Laguna Hills office to inquire about this and a manager, Michael Smith said he would look into it and get back to me. He never called me back and I have left repeated messages on his phone (626 705-6901). He refuses to call me back. When I call customer service and wait on hold for 15 minutes or more, I usually get hung up on immediately when I say why I'm calling or I get sent to another number which never answers. The customer service at Terminix is deplorable.

I have an outstanding bill which I will not pay because the service was not performed. I believe I am owed about a years worth of bills paid without service being performed.

I wish that someone would contact me to resolve this issue immediately.

Terminix Rodent protection contract

I paid over $1100 to have my house cleared from rats and secured so they don't continue to get in my house. Different service techs have been here 5 times and the problem hasn't been resolved. The last time someone came he couldn't figure out what to do and was going to send his supervisor out. That was 8 days ago and I haven't heard from them. I called the local office yesterday and the lady who answered the phone promised to have the supervisor call me that day. I still haven't heard from anyone. I'm requesting a full refund of my money immediately.

Terminix Customer service

I purchased a Terminix plan for termite, general pest control and spider treatment. After receiving treatments, I had more bugs in my home than before the treatment. I tried numerous times to get ahold of someone from Terminix to help assist the issues in home, a total of 3 months of calling. I scheduled an appointment online which was a 3 month checkup. The exterminator looked at the problem and said there is nothing he can do about it and I would have to purchase a different service. He also said I was sold the wrong treatment to begin with. I asked if he could get ahold of a supervisor so I could get the pest problem taken care of. I was never contacted. I called the FRANKLIN TN Terminix office several times only to be hung up on. I emailed 6 times to cancel my contract and finally it was cancelled. I have not received any type of refund or any communication with Terminix.

Terminix truth in lending/deceptive practices

In August had a rep come to give an estimate for tenting. I could not afford the service without financing. The rep said he would run my credit take 5 min. I was approved have retail installment agreement. After that it all went down hill. The rep made a mistake on initial contract. Then I began to get these random bills from Terminix. Today a rep called and said yes you do have an installment agreement but you also have a down payment. I looked over the contract down payment was less than 10 bucks which was applied to my cc. The collector informed me the down payment is no where on the contract t is oral and can she collect it now which amounted to half of the contract. After getting billed for each service individually I began to call they told me we are correcting this. I think the practices are deceptive if you are financing the total balance why would you be trying to collect an additional amount not listed on the contract? Just tell the truth and let the consumer decide if they can handle the true payment, not after. That sale really wasn't worth it as I have told anyone who would listen to run from Terminix, not to mention I contacted corporate of Home Depot to let them know about the practices. I have contacted and been in contact with Terminix, SMAC to no avail. Even tried to make a payment but was told my contract was cancelled. Terminix Gardena, CA Branch 2350

They ripped me off too, say something that sounds good and bill u something differently, please read before signing anything. I'm so mad with this Scamming Company. I'm a senior citizen and they surely took advantage of it😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Terminix terminix pest control

Purchased a termite protection plan each year since 2001. Was assured on several occasions that this would cover tenting when we would sell our home. In May of 2018 had an inspection. They did spot treatment. Acknowledging there were inaccessible areas. In July had another company inspection finding was for fumigation of home attempted to bring realtor, and both companies together, Terminix did not show. In September was assured by local service manager tenting would take place. Found out in early July that Terminix did not have a contract with local fumigation companies and did have one for some time. Met with Branch Manager, refused to paid for fumigation with another company since he lost a fumigation contract and could not do the work. Over the course of 17 years, I paid in excess of $7000 in protection coverage. I was asking for $1800 to cover costs. Please do not use this company. They do not stand by their word or promise.

Terminix terminate bond

I purchased a home at 9358 Bay view Dr. Lillian, AL 36549. Terminates were discovered the day before closing. Terminix had carried the bond on the property since 1991 under the prior owners name - Robert Zarr. Upon closing, I was provided with a letter from James Faust, branch manager Gulf Shores, confirming Terminix is responsible for all treatment and repairs. To date, we can't get return calls, updates, or any communication. The last we were told, 1 month ago, was that 3 bids for the repairs had been submitted to corporate and we were awaiting their approval. And then dead silence. I need an answer NOW. 3 months is plenty of time to wait.

Terminix termite

We ordered termite service in 2015. The guy came out one time, was unable to reach a section of roof and said will return. Made an appointment with us. We waited all day he never showed up. Told store manager he came and they're charging us 870.00 ... the problem is now worse. We want them to come fix it but won't until the bill is payed. We called customer service numerous times and all theybsaynis they will have the local store call us ... no call yet...now they say send them email..we have the money to pay but we are not paying for service we dis not receive. Customer service says they put us in collection. They told us even if we didn't get the service we are responsible for bill.Please HELP... this is Naranja Fl

Terminix free termite inspection

We have scheduled our free termite inspection on 3 seperate occasions and we waited and waited and noone ever showed up. Not even a text or phone call. Not one of the 3 times could anyone be bothered to contact us and we are current pest control clients. It is ridiculous and unacceptable. I'm not sure how this will affect our future relationship with this company.

Terminix pest control

i has this product installed in my house on friday march 2nd 2018 a rep came out wed feb 28th 2018 for an inspection of the house at the time my appointment was 3 to 5 the rep did not come until well after 6pm this is only after i called at 5 to find out what was going on. when the rep came i informed him that my main concern was mice that i had in my basement. An appointment was set for friday march 2nd. the appointment time was 8 to 12 again the rep was late i called at 915 to find out what time the rep would be coming i was told that they would have to find a rep for me and they would inform me when he would be here. i then received a call saying the rep would be there around 10. the rep then laid wooden mice traps 1 bait station and glue pads. and 2 termite stations and sprayed. i called on saturday because i was not satisfied with traps that were laid i was told that the next appointment would be 1 week from then. on sunday i once again called to cancel my service the lady was very combative and told me that i was not playing for just mice control but mostly termite, i informed her that my main concern was mice not termites and that i was not happy with how i was being treated and talked to . i was told that a manager would contact me in 24 to 48hours. after hanging up i called the local number on my contract to again express my concerns about how i was being treated as well as how the lady was talking to me and the lack of professionalism i was told that this would be escalated and again a manger would be calling me in 24 to 48hrs. today is not thursday march 8th at 12:11 i again called to say that i have not received a call from a manager in regards to my canceling services. i was told that the manager is in a meeting and they would call me i then asked if i could talk to a manager in that department and was told that the manager was on lunch. the professionalism is horrible at this company i have sent a letter to the bbb and am extremely disappointed with how i am being treated

Terminix bed bug service

On September, 20 we purchased the bed bug package from your company. We called back in because we seen bed bugs present in that space again. Somehow, the representative misunderstood and assumed we meant to treat other parts of the house. This is when I started contacted Terminix, I didn't receive any callbacks like I was promised, no email, no follow up what so ever. In which we were not able to treat the room with service guarantee, and now the bed bugs has spread to other rooms. Causing clients to be bitten, and even some hospitalized. We're a nonprofit organization that assist clients recovery in a safe space, and now our space is not sufficient for them. From a business aspect we were willing to pay for the entire home to be treated, but felt our concerns should be heard from someone who actually cares. This case has been handled poorly, it lacks customer service, and most importantly CUSTOMER GUARANTEE. Going forward, I personally wouldn't refer anyone to Terminix. This has been the worst experience thus far dealing with an vendor.
