The Television Kingdom / Poor Customer Service
I ordered a 47" 1080 HD TV. They called the day after to confirm the order. Fine. Since I was not around, I returned their call and left a message for them to try me again. Two weeks went by with no call from them. I called to cancel the order and tell them that their customer service was the worst. They threatened me that if I complained they would have their attorneys come after me. I told them to bring it on. What a horrendous company.
