Amy Uribe - aka Amy Peterson Uribe who claims to run a non-for-profit is a con artist. She is a one person operation who works out of her home. She gets people on skype chats and tries to seduce the person by wearing a towel with no clothes underneath or minimal clothes. Her children are home at the time and observe this behavior. She will take money she did not earn or provide a service for and keep it. She is a liar and thief. Once caught, she will threaten you and try to be revengeful if you ask for the money back she keeps for herself and does not give to the veterans. She needs to be stopped.

Amy Uribe is a former prostitute from El Paso, Texas, She started this foundation as a get rich quick scheme. She has been cited several times by Children Protective Services for child neglect and abuse. She does not have a college degree and only has a high school diploma from a correspondence school. She has been fired from every job she had and therefore, is collecting welfare. She is a scammerr and I along with some concerned individuals have reported her to the authorities.

The person who posted this is Scott Bernstein out of New York who is a so called "bounty hunter", who terrorizes women. He spits out vile lies when he himself is caught in lies. Thus was the case with TAPS CEO, Amy Uribe. She reported him to local Law Enforcement when the harassment continued. All of his digital messages and threats were sent to Detectives who forwarded the case to his local Police Officers.
