The State Bar of Texas is a corrupt institute whose primary goal is to provide cover-ups for the egregious acts of its member attorneys against the public. Its goal is to protect the blood sucking attorneys from the wrath of the public. Its highly publicized “disciplinary procedures” is a flawed system and accomplishes nothing but to “suspend” ONLY few fellow attorneys as “poster boys” out of its currently 100, 000 registered attorneys in Texas.

An average attorney in Texas makes about $100, 000. With 100, 000 attorneys practicing in Texas, this corrupt institute also called Texas State Bar overseas and sustains a cash flow of $10 billion/year for its members. The State Bar of Texas finds and promotes the innovative ways to dismiss the grievances filed by the poorly educated clients against their cunning and legally shrewd attorneys.

“The State Bar of Texas’ Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel (CDC) receives approximately 7, 000 grievances each year…. roughly TWO-THIRDS of the grievances are dismissed”

See:
http://www.texasbarcle.com/Materials/Events/9953/131639_01.pdf

Two-thirds is a whopping number meaning over 66% complaints are dismissed!
The “REAL REASON” behind this huge number of dismissals is the fact that there are ONLY 34 lawyers or also called “Assistant Disciplinary Counsel” with the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel.

Imagine only 34 attorneys are responsible for enforcing the rules of professional conduct over 100, 000 attorneys – one attorney watching over 3, 333 attorneys!
No wonder “67%” of the complaints get dismissed
To make the situation worse, Texas State Bar has a crooked and virtually handicapped attorney, John A. Neal, who heads up as the Chair of the Commission for Lawyer Discipline. Of course, Texas State Bar needs the Chair like attorney John A. Neal to dismiss 67% of the filed grievances.

What do we need to do to fix it?
Call this lazy attorney John Neal, jam up his Phone and Fax numbers and express your grievances that either he needs to quit or fix the broken process.

Attorney John Neal
Tel: [protected]
Fax:[protected]

Visit his Office at:
314 West 11th Street
Room 300
Austin, TX 78701

Out of 7, 000 grievances that we filed, State Bar dismisses about 4, 690 (67%) of our grievances every year. If each of us daily calls John Neal, that number would be about 4, 500 calls a day for him to deal with! He would have no choice but to either getup from his lazy [censor] and fix the system or QUIT. Also, you can search for the contact info of the other ranking members in the State Bar of Texas from the attached document. These members are also doing nothing but collecting their salaries and watching 67% of our grievances being dismissed right under their nose.

Let’s stand up and fight for our rights and let these evil attorneys know to stop sucking our blood and looting our hard-earned monies.

I totally agree with this Report. So called these "Assistant Disciplinary Counsels" are rude, arrogant, lazy and unqualified to effectively investigate attorneys' wrongdoings and their violation of the public trust. State Bar of Texas investigators are very low paid but yet they are supposed to investigate the attorneys who know how to "play the legal system" and their ruthless greed knows no boundaries. According to Glassdoor website, the average salary of an investigator is about $50, 000/year

https://www.glassdoor.com/Salary/State-Bar-of-Texas-Salaries-E888654.htm

And these poorly paid investigators are supposed to investigate these money hungry attorneys who suck the public blood with an average rate of $400/hour, $3, 200/day, $16, 000/week (working ONLY 40 hours/week), or $832, 000/year.

The only way to fix this broken attorney greedy system is to call your State Representative of your area and tell them to increase the number of State Bar Investigators and State Bar Investigating attorneys which is necessary to eradicate the evil weeds currently thriving within the State Bar of Texas.

Here is the website where you can get the contact info of your State Representative. Tell them and beg them to fix this broken Attorneys Complaint System operated by the State Bar of Texas.
