The Royal Relax Inn / hotel booking
We have been using Hotels.com recently on a regular basis to book accommodation and have never had a problem. However on our recent trip to the US we booked into the Royal Relax Inn at St. Louis on the last night of our stay Friday 23rd June. We were running low on cash and looking for something cheap with breakfast so we booked this hotel as it was advertised on your site with Free Continental Breakfast. Upon checking in though we were informed by the Motel staff that they have not been doing breakfast for years. This type of false of advertising cost us more money and time in the morning looking for somewhere to eat. This is the last thing we needed when we had a 4 hour drive and a flight to catch. May I suggest you get your info right on your website and bookings in future to avoid others getting similar hassle. To add to this the Motel is by far the most disgusting and dirty place we have ever stayed and to be honest should be removed from your website.
