Reservations
On 4/25/2017, between the hours of 02:00 and 02:30 EST,
I attempted to make a reservation at the Ritz Carlton, Cancun
location. I initially spoke with Noelle and requested a AAA or
government rate and was given the rate of $194 per night for a ocean view King size bed, checking in on 5/20 and departing on 5/22/17. We were at the point where she was taking my card number and was disconnected. I attempted to reach her on a call back and spoke with an unknown female representative and was rudely transferred to customer service. Someone by the name of William fielded my call as was unable to get the rate for both nights. I asked if he was able to locate Noelle, the person who originally took my call and he said no. I asked to be transferred to a Manager and was placed on an extended hold and after more than 20 minutes I terminated the call. I was very unhappy with the lack of professionalism displayed in an attempted to confirm the original quote which was given to me and would like someone to look into the matter and if possible complete my booking at the rate quoted.
Thanking you in advance for looking into this matter.
Be advised, I am a Marriott rewards member under the name of Kenneth Waters. It can be located under my previous address of 5 Dahlia Road, Sewell, NJ 08080
About hotel manager, human resources team and their behave and system of work
I worked in the ritz carlton abu dhabi grand canal from jan 7, 2015- mar 31, 2016 (almost 15 months) but as per hotel manager, I worked 9 months only. They let me to do work illegally for almost 15 months without emirates id from which I spent stressful and depression life during stay in abu dhabi. They gave me different company visa so I talked several times to solve the problem but human resouces never sort out and just staying there as to show they were doing their work. They never listen and took my problem seriously coz they put oil in their ears.
Whenever I wanted to move out coz of the visa problem, I waited for 3 months (apr 1, 2016- jun 29, 2016) but still they didnt cancel it by which they forced me return back to my country without cancellation. They played annd destroyed my career and life, I missed my good opportunity from qatar too bcoz of them. They didnt pay my compensation too and just gave me hard time and made my life suffer for whole life now.
I want to ask you, no one has right to play and destroy someone's .life and career.
So I would like to request you please take proper action.
Regards,
Sanjay
Extremely poor service
I have visited many hotels in many countries, but i had the worst experience in ritz carlton in berlin. I was there with my wife. We arrived at the place on time but there were nobody in the lounge. We waited for 20 minutes and still nobody. When the receptionist finally came, i asked about our reservation. She gave us our key and we went to our room to get some sleep. We stayed there for two nights and i must say that was kind of unusual experience. My wife wanted to take a shower before sleeping, but there were no towels. Also there were no coffee or tea facilities. Our room was in a terrible condition. Also it had an awful strange smell. In the next room someone listened to very loud music. I called the manager, but he told that e can't do anything about it. I ordered some tea for me and my wife and told that there are no cups, so they have to bring some. But waiter brought us only coffee. I asked about the cups, but he told that there are cups in our room. I also asked him about the towels, and was told that there are no towels available right now. Thank goodness we had to stay there only for two nights and went out all day, otherwise i would gone crazy. That hotel is a waste of money. Service is very poor, staff is awful too. We were disappointed.
food poisoning
Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!
Would you imagine getting your New Year celebration being poisoned and totally screwed right before the midnight?
We wanted to have fun on the New Year eve at the Ritz Carlton and paying our money!
My wife, daughter and I did have food poisoning on the New 2010 Year night at the restaurant “V” in Sarasota!
We waited for this dinner for hours and didn’t eat since breakfast; 3 course meals (on the menu) were fabulous, was prepaid, preordered and cost $550.
In about one hour and a half after having a dinner, all of us hit the restroom at home! I had to cancel our further reservations and plans because my daughter and I suddenly got very sick, - vomiting, diarrhea and abnormal fever.
Next day (thanks god my house is near by the RC) I went to the RC and saw a restaurant manager, Mr. C. He was nice and considerate, took the bill and said my expense will be reimbursed immediately; he offered some sweets to my daughter saying he or someone else will call with an apology for spoiling the 2010 celebrations.
NO ONE DID!
Moreover!
A day after, Mr. T. from a “loss preventions department” two days after the incident, called me in the evening questioning my WHOLE family birth days, any allergy symptoms and what we have eaten before that. He also asked me to describe the symptoms we had and after I said what happened, this person said: “so you did stuff was coming out from your both ends?” I was humiliated! He spoke to me as if I am an animal for the money I paid; for passing my family happiness to their hands on such important day! What if you’ve hoped and prayed for a better year in your life?
Guess what, this person from “the loss department..” let me feel as I am a criminal, was rude and constantly interrupting;
It is nasty, horrible and humiliating! I do not know what to say to my daughter who was in bed for two days, didn’t eat anything and was taking medications.
I hope my experience will help to other people be equipped in case some similar things happens to their families!
Shame!

I need a Apology Letter, stating that you are Sorry for the Horrible Service that was giving on April 10 2008.
For addressing my receipt to my table as 3 B Ladies and adding Gratuity to my receipt without my authorization.
Ritz Carlton Sharm Egypt
Horrible customer service we had many...Many! issues throughout the trip and we will never stay at another Ritz Carlton again because of this. I travel 70% of my life for work... that is a lot of lost business for them and they do not even care...
Be glad they were doing a detailed investigation. Your story is suspect as food poisoning take 6-8 hours to rear its ugly head.
Something obviously affected you and your family. The Ritz just needs further information to determine what really happened.
Don't take offense...unless of course this is fake and then I could understand your apprehension.
Bad Service
Our wedding was set for the Ritz-Carlton Dallas. We had food tasting twice with our event manager. We went over everything so many times. But the biggest mistake was i asked for an event order form which would give details on the event and i never got this till today. 1.)We had requested for blue glasses on tables i was shocked on my wedding day because they were not on tables when i (bride) walked in and saw this i asked a waiter who lied to me that they would come with desert. That was not the agreement. 2.) The hotel knew our numbers but there was not enough food in fact some people did not get food. 3.) The beef was so rare no one could eat it. I remember going over this with the event manager and she promised to have well done steaks 4.) Deserts: I know people never got deserts because our sweetheart table did not. 5.) The bar: Juices, sodas, etc were on our menu. In all the tastings i specifically said that our group did not want sodas we wanted more juices. There was not one single juice at the bar. 6.) i (the bride) remember ordering juice and the lady serving making a attitude. 7.) My wedding cake went in the back for cake cutting and many people never saw it or tasted my wedding cake. I had such high expectations for my wedding at the Ritz. 7.) Food presentation was bad!
I should have gone with the four seasons.

Customer Service
I stayed in the Ritz Carlton in May 2009. My credit card is still awaiting a pre authorisitation to be lifted even though I have paid the hotel in full, in cash on the day of check out. I spoke with the General Manager about the problem and found him to have a serious lack of understanding and customer service skills, which included raising his voice at me. I would never stay in this so called 5 star establishment again, I would have received a better service staying in a bed and breakfast.
problems
Stayed at the Ritz Carlton Club in St Thomas, USVI and experienced many problems. Numerous promises but very few honored. Stay away from this property ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
Bad service
My Friends and I dine at the Dean Fearing Restaurant located at the Ritz Carlton Dallas. We started with drinks and that is where it all begun. The Waitress ID my receipt to my Table as 3 B Ladies and added Gratuity without permission, I'm a Black Lady and my guest were too. The Dean Fearing reservationist sent me a email of my receipt and 5 others that was not with my party, I don't know these people but I do have there names, what they were drinking and eating and some of there Credit Card info. I called the company and asked for a Apology letter from both the Ritz Carlton and Dean Fearing Restaurant, but was sent a joke letter in response. I guest this is the Ritz Carlton Gold Standard policy.

Expected more from the Ritz-Carlton!
My friends and I attended the Chocolate Buffet. I have to say that I was disappointed. I expected more from the Ritz-Carlton. Our waitress was very nice, but after our first drink order, she disappeared. After using the buffet once, the trays were empty. They were not replaced or refilled to keep up with the number of people who were using the Chocolate Buffet.
We had to stand in line for twenty minutes waiting to have a crepe made, or should I say reheated, as they were not made fresh as I would expect from the Ritz. I definitely would not recommend your Chocolate Buffet to anyone.
I booked room for a week, the money was taken out of my business account,I went to the establishment and was told that there's no record on file.I was charged $540.40 for 7 days; was charged 3,782.80 on my business account/Master Card.
