if one of the member wants to sell a bag on ebay and they want to get rid of competition they put that seller in the "Fake" hall of shame forum and they flag the person on ebay so they take them down getting rid of competeion. They claim they can tell what is fake and what is not but they are clearly idiots and know nothing about fashion or how to tell the authenticity of something.

Whats really funny, is they think I am banned, and that all of those posters are me! LOL! All they have, to do is a search, on the discussion boards, and they would see, that I am NOT banned and have been posting on the boards for the past week, in different catagories, in my own user ID. I just choose, not to respond to their pettiness. I just let ebay deal with it.I refuse to argue with them, which is what they want. It's their favorite passtime, besides advertising their listings on the boards.

I have to laugh, because they are so distraught over how my listings do so much better than theirs. They even put up a thread about it! LOL! They say it's mostly because my listings are too colorful, and my purses are too shiny! LOL!
They don't have a clue...there are several things that I do, to get more bidding, and it's not about the photos...actually, I hate my camera, and I think my photos are too blurry. I could divuldge some really good tips, that none of them have even guessed or thought of, but why give away good trade secrets? Not one of the things that I do, that they obviously don't do, was even thought of, or mentioned, but of course THEY are the 'experts'. According to them, it is much better to list bags that are not cleaned or polished? THEN, one braggs how she polishes all the brass and the leather on hers. ? SO it's OK for them to do it, but not me... LOL! It's all so obvious, it's really rediculous. Much like silly high school girls, jealousy.

No, you won't catch me wasting my time or breath arguing with people wo don't even know that silver can be considered a color, and not just a precious metal. If they would spend more time worrying about their OWN listings, instead of everyone elses', they could make a lot more money. Guess it's all a matter of priorities. I prefer to THINK, CREATE, WORK HARD, and BE NICE TO PEOPLE, rather than spend all day criticizing everyone else and spying on other sellers. There is not one post on any of the boards, from me, that EVER has critisized another ebay seller. i wouldn't dream of it. Did you notice 'who all' responded to that thread?/ Just the regulars...not anyone else. Do they really think this makes them look good? Apparently, it hasn't helped their sales any, or they wouldn't be whining about it. People are smart, and they see it for what it is..
Well, better print some more labels...Asta

...by the, it's not real nice, to make fun of people with handicaps. i am legally blind and had to have corneal transplants on both eyes. I have to use a magnifying glass to read alot of things So if want to poke fun at that, carry on. Just demonstrates more of your true character. How using a magnifying glass, to better read small print that is black on black, makes me unitelligent or a bad person, is beyond me. Thanks once again.

Just want to say, that all of your hostility and constant harrassment of me, as a seller on ebay, has actually not hurt me a bit. Actually, since all of this has started, my sales have tripled and skyrocketed. I think people are smart enough to see exactly what is going on, and are not only sympathising with me, but definately supporting me as well. So thank you, and keep up the good work of showing, exactly what you're all about, and I will do the same. I also want to thank you for continually helping me to prove my point to ebay.. The paper trail keeps getting bigger and only helps my case. Thanks so much.

Check this out! This is a new 'announcement ' from the TPF. (the purse forum) pasted as follows...

January 11, 2010
TPF changes re: designer interaction
We wanted to let you all know that we have made a change in rules regarding designers, eBoutiques, and their companies interacting on tPF. As of now, we are no longer allowing designers, eBoutiques, and their companies to interact on tPF with its members. This includes the posting of announcements, sales, special orders, and private messaging.

As our forum continues to grow, we have run into troubles keeping a level playing field for all designers and eBoutiques. Hence, we considered this a necessary step.

We will soon have new options available for all designers and eBoutiques that will enable them to reconnect with our crowd.

If you need to be in contact with a designer, their rep, or eBoutique, you need to do so via official channels off tPF. Previously participating companies have been made aware of this as well.

Thanks all and hope 2010 is going great for you so far!

Hmmm...layin low, perhaps? Hiding something? Like therir fake handbag sites? Very suspicious. I have noticed alot of changes on both purse forums lately. Must be feeling the 'heat'...

I am not a purse expert...but I am a purse lover. I have totally given up on trying to gain valuable information from the Ebay Purse Forum. It seems to me that if you are part of their little purse clique, you are welcome to post your opinion. If not, you are attacked unfairly.

I took it upon myself to research both sellers in the above mentioned post. flyincoach is a top rated seller with 100% positive feedback. And yet in some of the Purse Forum postings she is accused of selling fakes. How can that be? Where is the proof? Ebay would have closed her accounts long ago and she wouldnt have all that positive feedback. 9724Judge still posts to the purse forum, has well over a thousand feedback with a 100% positive feedback rating. pologirls doesn't have much feedback and no active listings but is rated 100% positive also. Please explain this. Please post proof of all the accusations that you are making because I cannot find any and would gladly buy from either seller. The only reason I can see for blatantly attacking these two sellers is that they refuse to have any part in your petty BS that goes on in that sad excuse for a forum. Do you really begrudge them selling success on Ebay because they are not one of your minions?

Check out these threads in the Ebay purse forum:

the Amazing Things you find on the web...
Coach Bag..Rude Seller Won't Provide Proof..

One thing that really got me going on all of this is that the people that spout the most BS in there have made their feedback private. Why? What are they hiding? Are these "posting names"? Are they afraid that buyers might find out what they are really about? That alone should set off red flags and make people wonder what they are really up to. Seems to me these "private feedback" posters with thousands of posts have something to hide. Why else use a different name to post other than their seller ID when they post their poison? I am more likely to believe the one who feels they have nothing to hide like flyincoach and 9724Judge.

Must be because they all have several ID's so they think everyone does. Oh yeah, and it could only be one person that is on to them, so they have to set up 10 different accounts? First of all YES, I am on vacation. Second of all, the vacation notice that i received specifically states that you can not get on there with any other ID or you could possibly lose your selling and buying privleges. SInce they have so thoroughly investigted my selling site...do they REALLY think I would jeapordise 'FLYINCOACH' to post on that that disgusting forum? GET REAL. WHY would I risk my stature as one of the top rated Coach bag sellers on enay, for a stupid forum! As I said ...GET REAL.

It's nice to know that even though 9724Judge, flyincoach and pologirls are on vacation, they like the ebay discussion boards so much that they're still reading and missing all the nice people there.\

I have NOT been on that board.WHAT nice people? You mean the VAIN people that put pictures of themselves on the internet snfd think they know it all? Oh GOSH by GOLLY, I just cry myself to sleep...
I submitted this forum, on the PURSE forum KNOWING full well, that it would get me thrown off. Do you think I cared? I had too much fun sending this to almost 100 members . Mission accomplished. And I have only just begun...Who the heck is 'pologirls'? Get your facts straight NOT TOO BRITE...I am FLYINCOACH and I don't get on boards with seperate accounts and hide my feedback. ...but then 'I' have nothing to hide.

That TPF forum is a joke! I totally agree. I tried to get on that forum, but was sickened by all of the bragging and silly women putting pictures from every angle of a PURSE? Then all the others comment and OoooHs & AAAaahhhs, as if they wer having an orgasim! LOL! All over a PURSE? I could see if it was Johnny Depp, maybe! LOL!
To me this is SO shallow and superficial. Here we have people starving in our own country and all they care about is a freakin PURSE? WHERE have these people's prioritird gone? I agree, they sound like spoiled rotten little NOBODIES that think a designer ANYTHING makes them SOMEBODY...It's pretty SAD, really. I almost feel sorry for them.
I agree, the forum is a total scam that is TRYING to monopolise the handbag market on the internet, including ebay. I am so happy to see this forum and VENT to others I can relate with! I was beinning to think I was missing something..LOL! We HAVE GOT TO GET RID OF THESE FORUMS! They are taking advantage of everyone, buyers and sellers alike, and causing honest people that are trying to make a living, too much trouble.

THE COMPLAINT FROM THIS WOMAN IS SO 100% CORRECT. THE PURSE FORUM IS A SHAM!

DON'T TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY. JUST TRY TO QUESTION THEIR 'BOGUS AUTHENTICATION AND YOU'LL BE BANNED BECAUSE THEY ARE FRAUGHT WITH CRIMINAL ACTIVITY AND CAN'T AFFORD THE ATTENTION.

MEANWHILE THEY PROMOTE TAX EVASION WITH THEIR UNDER THE TABLE SELLING AND THE SALES OF FAKES WHICH THEY AUTHENTICATE AS REAL TO GIVE TPF SELLERS CREDIBILITY.

THEIR MISSION IS TO ABSOLUTELY DOMINATE THE BIG BUSINESS OF HANDBAG SALES ON EBAY AND SCAM STUPID BUYERS WHO BELIEVE THESE NONSENSE AUTHENTICATIONS. WANT TO BE AN EXPERT ON THE PURSE FORUM, SIMPLY SIGN IN START COMMENTING AND YOU ARE NOW A PF "AUTHENTICATOR" WTF!

IT IS CRIMINAL... THEY SMEAR EVERY COMPETING SELLER WHO ISN'T "ON THEIR TEAM". MEANWHILE THEY SELL COPIOUS NUMBERS OF FAKE OUT OF THEIR CHAT ROOMS AND BY PROMOTING THEIR SELECT MEMBERS ON EBAY.

I agree, Purseblog and most people on these blogs dont know anything about handbags and are in anyway knowledgeable about authenticating anything. First off, you can never tell a fake bag from pictures ( I am not taking about cheap fake bags from China ). Most women on these blogs sites either run their own bag businesses or blogs or are just house wives with plenty of time on their hands and dont care at all about what they say and how they could harm many good businesses. All purseblog cares about is traffic on their site so they can sell ads and make money. I guess now days we all know that the world of internet is also about smearing and this is very sad. I would urge anyone to do their homework, do some research and find out about companies they like to purchase products from and contact those compaines directly.

I guess Nieners is one of the Purse Forum housewives who spends her husband's hard earned money, racks up the credit card debt, and has a hair appointment everday. Nice try but we've got you allllllll figured out!

And one more thing... admitting you're selling fakes is just a complete fail.
I'd suggest you join those children to make that handbag yourself for $5 a week so you can come back with a jolly post about that.

Well, I'm so glad you all are so intelligent to be able to tell me something about where they get the money for the handbags from, who's money it is, what their life looks like and what their personality is like. Chapeau!

Now tell me, how is that any better than what you claim that they are doing?
Right... it's not any better.

Oh, and newsflash... Spamming off your agency is a no-no, on ANY forum. I'd suggest trying the same on TFS or anything like it. Let's see how long you'll stick around.

I also agree with Madeline_56. These self absorbed, shallow, vain know-it-all's think they have the power to rule the authentic world, with their ###ic self taught 'knowledge'. A friend of mine joined the forum and answered a question about any one knowing Delortae Agency, (professionals who know an authentic item, not like them who just think they do!) They helped her, and others get her money back from PayPal after she bought a fake. These pathectic women then started jumping all over her, even accusing her of working for the company, because her comments were positive! This just shows these negative old wind bags are not interested in anyone saying something positive about a company, they want to destroy reputations of people who know what they are talking about, when clearly by their inane posts they don't. They even banned my friend from mentioning Delortae Agency again on their forum. Delortae Agency are a company who actually help people get their money back, not just sit around showing off!

Totally agreeing with Madeline_56... I frequent the Purse Forum just to read the posts there. I find the girls on the forum to be the vainest group of people on earth! They act like they know everything about the purses, while most of them are just there showing off. The site's got "phony' written all over it!

I have visited the purse forum, usually to authenticate bags and to look at pictures of other members' bags. There are a few career women on this site who actually make their own money and already have their own homes. They can buy whatever they damn want, no matter how expensive.

However, a majority of these women are housewives with truly no intelligence. These ridiculous idiots convince themselves that a bag is so rare, iconic, timeless, blah, blah, blah...that they willingly pay twice the original retail price for a USED bag! Very recently, a member paid around $2500 for a used bag that originally retailed for $1200. Then she claimed that this "timeless", vintage bag is an investment and will hold its value. Give me a break! A handbag is an investment?! WTF?! And the bag was made in 2005. Is that considered vintage? These women amass huge credit card debts in the name of these "vintage investments" and some of them willingly admit that they hide the bills from their husbands. What a sorry lot these people are. They bring shame on women who actually work hard at real paying jobs. They just reinforce this image of the bored housewife with nothing better to do than spend their husbands money on useless baubles. Sad, sad, sad.

Popular handbags are trendy. They can go out of style the next day on the whims of the fashion industry.

Anything existing in the world is reasonable, just like the replicas. But if we sell replicas, we can't trumpet them as real ones. We should tell the customers the items are fake, and set low prices as well. Just like me, i sell replica handbags online, but i never call they are real ones, and the price is low with top quality. I agreee that fakes should not be sold on eBay, I just don't agree with the way eBay goes about pulling your product and lowering your compliance status. That just happened to me. I was selling authentic Coach Keyrings and a veRo flagged them as fakes. Ebay then pulled them off my site, lowered my compliance record to below average, hiked up my listing rates and informed me of all of this through a very inpersonal email. I was livid and called eBay stating I had the proof of authenticity by way of receipt. They simply stated that I had been flagged and that I would be on probation for the next 3 months. Proof or not, it was not going to be changed. I have been an excellant PowerSeller with eBay and am now looking at other ways of selling my things without them. I cannot believe all it takes is 1 person who has never been a customer to nark on you as a "fake" and then eBay comes in as judge and jury. No chance to defend yourself. So here I sit with my keyrings in one hand, and my receipt from Coach in the other... awaiting the end of my probation.

That is simply not true. There are plenty of competent people on TPF who authenticate each brand (Hermes, Balenciaga, LV, etc.) There are so many fakes sold on ebay, they try to save people from buying these fakes! Are you a faker? Tpfers do report those selling fakes to ebay and of course they get mad about not being able to sell their fake bags.
