Complaint, SCAM, Fraudulent company
Did a plumbing course to be gas safe registered, its a total scam, darren is one of the worst people in the world you can speak to, an ex-criminal that cons old ladys, theres loads of complaints online, the the plumbing academy has changed its name 10 times, send a complaint to trading standards, and to [protected]@bbc.co.uk who are investigating. dont waste your time here its an unpleasant environment, nothing is what it seems go by what people are saying online about them, i feel ripped off, so many unhappy students when you there, to scared to complain as quite threatening, anyone who is suffering send your email to bbc watchdog attention Emily Davidson shes the reporter whos investigating. Do a chargeback with your bank under consumer credit act get your money back, send a complaint to city and guilds direct.
The will fob you off, wasted all week there monday friday, you complain that you not learning anything, and the teachers just filling in the questions for you, you dont do any soldering at all, the people that work there seem to be ex-cons out of prison and its the only place that will employ them,

Bullied into court.
Access Training Academy Wales Ltd
After court action we got our money refunded. Case no. E7QZ29FO. Ataw's contract was not valid in law. The director, repeatedly lied in court. His self_approved bully boy tactics when retaining money and training from students was evidence based and repelled by the judge. His companies misadvertising, misselling, misrepresentation, miss leading threatening and trail of lies and poorly written grammatical correspondence by staff of which he argues' do not get good English translations through Google to students' were all officially noted. The judge pleaded with him to not have this Ever happen again and make urgent steps to reform Access Training Academies standards. . Access have been Stripped of their C + G accreditation due to poor care of students. (?) Sounds similar, yeah! It is unofficially reported that up to 2000 students are caught up in this scandal. The director can reel off a thousands reasons why, but as the judge said. 'I don't care.. You cannot promise people training, invoice people for £11500, threaten them with keeping their money already held, and not explain why you cancel their courses repeatedly. '. Like a slug his brand new Audi slugged out of the court's carpark but at least when he drove out, no one was stealing money out of his bank account whilst his back was turned. All their paperwork is in different company names. if you find yourself in the same position as we were don't hesitate in seeking your refund.
All I know in life is what they scam off vulnerable hopeful students will be spent on theirs and their families medical bills in the future.
