false advertising and unethical business practices
Hundreds of negative reviews from different people on different review sites must be believed and heard! This man Tony D'Alessandro is the business owner and he is ripping off hundreds of customers by selling unsellable trees, nobody would buy these products in person at a real nursery so he unloads them via the internet and just tells everybody NO REFUNDS.. This is fraud.
I paid them $400 and they did not ship me what was expected. They are attempting to scam me out of the money simply by saying NO REFUNDS. This is not an honest business. They have lied about the tree sizes and do not care about photographic evidence.
Desired outcome: REFUND

I feel sorry for the plans I received from them. All the four trees were in a very poor condition and had to be planted and fertilized as soon as possible.
I did this, but they looked pathetic. Poor little trees.
I let customer service know about my situation, they just sent the money back, even though I just wanted to ask them to respect plants and treat them better because their conditions leave much to be desired.
