The Petite Park / Terrible management and logic in policies!
Terrible management! No logic to their policies and no interest in customer satisfaction as admitted by the manager on the phone! Won't allow an upgrade where I pay more to switch a brand new weekday pass to a weekend pass! Explained the my child just started school earlier than anticipated and cannot use the weekday pass but his response was too bad so sad, buy a new weekend pass then! I'm not asking for a refund and am willing to pay more money! But nope! 'Its our (illogical) policy and I'm the manager so respect me for making the policy' was the response!
