Absolutely disappointed!
Do not use this terrible service! They say they have native translators but I doubt that's really true!
My paper was full of mistakes and no native speaker would make such ridiculous mistakes. When I contacted The Native Translator customer service and asked for my money back they refused and said that I was just a liar!
I'm extremely disappointed with their service and quality of their work, just not worth the money!
Standard of service
fbA totally unprofessional company, very rude and inept. Failure to follow a basic request has meant that an overpriced translation is totally useless. As I requested a professional translation for a government body, I needed specific wording actually on the translation, instead it was provided on a seperate piece of paper which is unacceptable. A waste of money. Have since used a local, government approved translator which was half the price.
We used them too and was very happy with the result.
Very Unprofessional Translation Service
Very unprofessionally run ecommerce business - the Top 100 badge they display on their website is one they purchased from another online provider - this translation site does not comply with any certificates. I was forced to pay twice for an important document to be translated - The Native Translator's version was sub standard - had to use Straker in the end - much more professional and top quality translation and better price too! Be warned The Native Translator is NOT a good translation service at all!

They showed us the correspondence with you. You are a copywriter they found on PPH and your work were substandard so they refused to pay for it and now you want to get back at them. That's really low!
We were very happy with the work they did for us and we have absolutely no complaints.

Bad and slow services
I want to warn other people that the website www.the-native-translator.com is total scam. I used their services in order to translate, but it was horrible. They provided the worst translation and they did this translation very slowly. I waited for my translation several weeks, but I told them to do it ASAP. I wasted only money, ‘coz this translation cost about $50. Not recommended company and better avoid them.
Totally agree - see my review - this company provides very poor translations but pretend to be among the Top 100 translation websites which is totally untrue - they purchased the badge! They are not even ranked by Google!
I checked, they were actually ranked by Common Sense Advisory so both the ranking and the badge is correct. The fact that they displayed the ranking isn't something we should hang them for or?
