The National Commercial Bank [NCB] / setting up a token

Ncb is the worst banking company ever .I have been trying to reset my token after changing my phone for weeks now. After sending email after email and no help whatsoever. I've called customer service and was place on hold for over 34 mins each time . The first time I got to a customer service agent after a 32 mins hold time she gave me the wrong information . I had to call back and after waiting this time for 32 mins I was forced to hang up.. I have no choice but to stop doing business with this bank . I have never called any customer services department and had such a ridiculous wait.
