the movies members area / charged twice for membership

firstly i was already a member then yesterday i joined again and they sent me a confirmation with the same password on it as i already had i didn,t realise i,d joined before because i never used the membership as i could never get into the movie downloads which is happened again i want a refund for the second membership i used my fiance,s visa for this membership and i would like you to tell me how to get into the movie site that i can download movies i,ve paid for please reply mary corby
