The London Hair Academy review: Do not attend this School

I just did a two day bridal hair up course at the LHA.
Firstly my Tutor Katie Kendrick was FANTASTIC, she is not employed by the LHA and is a freelance mobile hairdresser with a wealth of experience, I HIGHLY recommend you try and book her privately for tuition as I was so let down by the LHA.
FIRSTLY I booked two months ago and would be traveling from Norwich in Norfolk over 100 miles away to get a good train and hotel price I booked months in advance and was told the course was DEFFO going ahead and was on the 15th and 16th April. That was a LIE!..I arrived on the day of training and telephoned as no responce at the door, I was told there was no course today and that it was TOMORROW and SATURDAY, I WAS fuming! There was no simpathy in Claires Voice. Luckily I had a hotel booked for this evening and had only paid my £50 deposit, I had been waiting months to do the course and had it all planned out, this really upset me that they could mess up this bad! I never even read any of these reviews before I attended if I had I would not have gone.
Our tutor was booked the day before the course and had not met or taught at the LHA before but was given keys to the venue and we basically were left on our own at the studio, I NEVER even got a face to face APPOLOGY for there muck up! IDIOTS!
I was told on the phone they had tiaras, veils, hair accessories etc etc..tea..coffee..blah..blaahh..ALL LIES!
They had NO produts and all the dollys heads hair were short so hard to style, I dont think they ever taught hair up there before as we were having to use what our tutor had in her kit which was luckily VERY GOOD! Of course there were NO LIVE MODELS! OVER all such a dissapointing experience when you spend all that money to train at a venue you pay for the name and I will not be using the LHA, not that I EVEN got a certificate from them!
Totally ODD experience and would not recommend them to anyone I will be writing to every company I can think of as they obviously avoid TAX's by CASH payments on the day! What an unorganised LIE!
