I am disappointed about this product being discontinued I use it quite frequently why would you do such a thing this is a disgrace. The product needs to be back in the store my customers look forward to a specific taste that I can no longer provide due to your negligence also you didn't even warn your customers of this horrible act.

Hi - opened the sealed box of Smart Ones homestyle turkey breast with stuffing, and while the box was sealed the meal inside was not on one side. Thought this was odd and poor quality control. Ending up buying lunch and it was more than $8! Product identification panel = [protected]

I began cooking some delicious macoroni. It had about two minutes left... With the kitchen light on, I stirred my macoroni. As I stirred my macoroni, I looked in and noticed maggots floating at the top of the water. So I threw that out, and got another box, as I poured in the second box, I looked and there was again maggots in my [censor] macorni. I poured that [censor] out. I opened a third box and it seems to look okay from the looks of it. I am more than furious and dissapointed in this company!

I bought a pizza lunchable at Walmart and one of the pizza crusts look as if there had been a bite taken out of it I took a picture before I threw it away. I don't know if it's actually a bite taken or if it had been ripped or it was just packaged that way I really don't know but I'm case it had been a bite I thought it would be safer to throw the whole thing away.

I have been a long time buyer of this product, and today I was shocked when I purchased two (one for my girlfriend and I've for myself) and the pepperoni was approximately half the thickness of the pepperoni in previous lunchables. Although these lunchables are hear a snack for an adult, it was still a let down. I feel that over the years they have decreased the amount of sauce and cheese as well, but it wasn't an issue like these paper thin pepperonis..

I'm hoping this is not the new standard, and was instead a fluke.

My daughter found a roundish rubbery object at the bottom of her pudding cup--it is the color of the chocolate pudding, but has the texture of a cooked mushroom. I hope that this is just a byproduct of the production process, but I worry that it might be some kind of mold.
I tried to notify the company but there wasn't a way to upload photos at their complaint portal. Should I put it in a plastic bag and mail it to them?

I seriously can't believe this .This is disgusting ! They were just put in the machine today and I didnt open it until I got home and I seen this and it makes me never want to buy a lunchable again...WOW !

I purchased this item at the local Giant Eagle store for dinner tonight. Thought we would try it out. That was a big mistake. This is the worst tasting Mac and Cheese we have ever ate. Actually we threw most of it away it was that bad. Tasted like cardboard. This does not even come close to the Mac and Cheese we can get at the local Cracker Barrel. It was a waist of the money I spent on it. Should not sell anything that tastes like this. Thank you

I filled the cup to the fill lined gently stirred and placed in my microwave for 3.5 minutes as I do every day for my toddler it's her favorite . After about 1.5 mins there was smoke and flames rolling from my microwave. The kraft cup was on fire and it ruined my new microwave . I stopped the fire before it caught my kitchen on fire . I have pictures of the cup and the microwave the smell in the microwave is so bad we had to put it outside .

have been a loyal customer of Kraft Foods and have been purchasing your food items for well over 30 years. One item in particular is Kraft Sliced Singles Cheese, and I usually purchase the 24 pack. In all the decades I have been using Kraft Singles, I have never had problems removing the plastic wrap. After my recent purchase of Kraft Singles, I have literally had to throw part of cheese slices in the trash because I could not remove the cellophane wrapper! Furthermore, the price for 24 singles is now well over $3.50. With that said, you have now chosen to cut costs by using cheaper cellophane? Really? Help me understand why! Needless to say, I am VERY DISAPPOINTED and considering purchasing my cheese products from a competitor.

I purchased a box of Jell-O and made it per instructions. Then I placed in refrigerator overnight but it didn't set-up.

I purchased a second box of Jell-O and again placed in refrigerator overnight. It also never set-up. The second time I used half the amount of water but it didn't help.

I believe that the gelatin was missing or bad.

I made a video of the Jell-O that didn't set-up the second time and photos of the receipts.

On 12/24/17 I opened a vanilla pudding snack pack cup that had an expiration date of March 1, 2018 and found a circle of what appeared to be black mold on the underside of the lid. I took some pictures and then checked out the other remaining pudding, which was not affected. The previous two from the pack were ok as well.

I purchased the item from King Soopers in Boulder, Colorado on Arapahoe Road around the 15th or 16th of December. The sku number is included in the attached photo.

I have the lid in the fridge still and will send it anywhere necessary to be tested to identify what kind of mold or substance it is. In any regard, whatever it is does not belong in this product.

Followed directions and added water to line put in the microwave for 3 minutes and with 30 seconds left the container burned away and filled the entire house with smoke.
Made 3 of these in the same night and the first and last came out normal. It was the second one that burned. We know the microwave is not the problem because we made 3 on the night this happend on 12-23-17
This is very concerning. We know by searching last night that other people have had the same thing happened.

Purchased several boxes of this product. Last night 12/21 I went to make one and the cheese packette had litterally brown cheese in it. I opened another one from the same lot and it was fine. I dumped the first, not sure why the cheese was not the usual yellow color. Just bringing this to your attention. It wa a 7.5 oz box upc code [protected]..thankyou

I love coffee. I must have it everyday. I usually get the Maxwell 1.75x k cups. But instead was at Costco and decided just to grab this one. My product tastes and smells burnt once brewed. It tastes disgusting. I don't know if it's a bad batch but it is terribly disgusting. And a disappointment.

Just made some of the storm trooper mac n cheese and the noodles tasted terrible. I eat a lot of mac n cheese and never have I had it taste so awful. It's not even edible. It definitely wasn't the cheese sauce but the noodles. I bought this product from the walmart super center in Missoula, MT.

We cooked mac & cheese for supper this evening. When going to get a second helping, I noticed "something" sticking up in my Mac & cheese. Upon inspection, I pulled out a piece of plastic that is used to secure tags on clothing at stores. I have pictures of the plastic piece and a picture of the box if you need that information. I just wanted to say that my family and I Absolutely LOVE Kraft products. On any given day you can find miracle whip, cheese slices, both crunchy and creamy peanut butter, kraft Dinner along with other products in our fridge and cupboards.
However we have recently purchased your Singles Bold Sriracha Cheese Slice. First I would like to say we love the flavor. But we found it to be difficult to separate the slices as they crumble when we attempt to separate them since there are no actual defining guide line for separating them.
I would like to suggest individually wrapping them like you do with your other cheese slices. If you wrapped them individually I can guarantee they would become a regular item on our shopping list.

I bought an orange koolaid powder drink mix on 12/08/2017 and just opened it 12/10/2017 to drink some. The product was brand new and sealed but when I opened it a little spider crawled out of it, I didn't have time to take a picture as it happened so fast but im seriously disgusted, my family is a huge fan of all kraft products I want to know if you guys want me to send the product back to get a refund or will you guys send me another one or something to compensate because I will not be drinking this koolaid
