The Gift Assistant / Bad service
A gift card in the amount of $50.00 from The Gift Assistant was given to me as a gift (purchased from Cumberland Farms). I called to redeem the gift card (choosing Lowe's store), leaving a voice mail and they replied quickly via email on 02-22-2006 stating that the gift card will be sent via USPS. Approximately 2-3 months later I receive a second email stating that "due to an overwhelming demand, the gift card will be delayed". It's been 4 months and I still haven't received the gift card. I contacted the Better Business Bureau, but they had no success getting a reply from the company.
