The Florence Trust / Faluty products / zero customer service
I work part time for a charity and have been dealing with this company for 6 weeks now. They refuse to give a refund and have sent a replacement which is also faulty. Every time that something is wrong I get put through to India where they stick to the company script and do not even listen to the actual problem and as a consequence I have re-installed the all in one five times when the problem has nothing to do with that but is a scanning/ print color issue. When I finally found complaints they couldn't care less, and send me straight back to customer support who are anything but supportive. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I've lost days worth of working hours dealing with this still unresolved issue and we have been without working equipment for 6 weeks. I feel sick every time I have to pick up the phone to talk to them. HP's lack of business ethics and customer care is disgusting. Buy a Cannon instead.
