The Doctor's House / Total service and food dissatisfaction
We had 9 people crammed into a table for 8 even though I had called 3 times to confirm that my table would be big enough. When we changed tables, the waiter gave me "a present for you"— a bottle of house wine which appeared on my bill! When I contacted them via letter, I did get a call from the manager who gave me no satisfaction, and no apology and refused my request of a refund for the price of the wine.
Food wasn't replenished on the buffet table, so even though I was paying $39 per person, my group had no dessert whatsover— just piles of cake crumbs and cream.
