Placed an order, re4cieved item that was an irregular size-an ed hardy clothing piece, returned with an RMA numer(otherwise the won't take it back) Have not heard a word for my exchange, they won't return my emails-no phone number, they took $108 dollars, I also had to cancel my credit card, reported to the new york governor about this scam. Beware-it is not a true company-just a scam for your money

FIRST OF ALL you comment on your own post thats nice...second of all i dont know where you are getting your information but we NEVER hold anyones money if we do not give them the merchandise...we do have a contact number we just choose not to give it to serious customers...we have well over 500 orders per day and if you search the web you will find that YOU are the only bad review we have i wonder why that is...

If you have read this review please understand that with all the customers we have we are bound to run into one of these...sorry for the misinformation this " MR. MCDRMTT " who likes to comment on his own posts has left.

View more complaints under JCS fashion (name charged on card) & Labella Fashion- also at /link removed/ They all seem to be the same company. I've emailed Eric 6 times for a RMA#- no success- no response to emails.I ordered 4 "Lacoste" shirts, 1 was the wrong color & 1 was the wrong size. Decided to just send them all back because I didn't know they weren't authentic. Customer #2 that had a problem here- well under he denim closeiuts name- we really aren't the first to complain. Oh yeah & they also have a nice 15% return fee..so either way they make money off of the returns yet they won't let me send them back!

i have no time to argue i just want to say that we are not nor have we ever been the same company as JCS or Labella we are a totally seperate company but we have just used JCS for our charges...our methods of shipping and returns for exchanges are as fast as can be and keep in mind we are a new company...so that being said our good reviews have yet to come out as i am setting up a newsletter to our past 10, 000 clients asking for there experience with us and trust me the customers will speak for themselves...i apologize for your bad experiences with us and thats all for now...

I just emailed eric for the RMA number, my wife has tried to get hold for a week with no luck. It a shame, cause we just want to change the size on her outfit, and i had been very pleased with the company, up to that point and was going to order more shirts.

Still no response to give me a rma#, tomorrow will be 2 weeks trying to contact Eric. I am definitely going to report this company to the BBB. This is not the way a business should be run. The site made it sound like it would be so simple to make a return/exchange. This has not been the case at all. 8 emails sent & not a single response.

Ive had the same problem. Emailed the service@denimcloseouts.com address and have gotten no response after sending about 5 emails. It would be nice to be able to return something.

The Denim CloseOut and Eric.

I had an odd experience with this website. I ordered 3 women's polo's size XL. After several weeks, I recieved the shirts. Two of them looked nice, but the 3rd one had a hole in it!
I emailed the company and Eric promptly returned my email and gave me a phone call to apologize; however, I wasn't offered free shipping or any type of compensation, just put the shirt in the mail and we will issue a return. Wonder how long all that will take minus the shipping costs.
However, the really odd thing is the sizing of the shirts. They are very small. I wear a size 10-12 in Women's clothing. 34-36 inches & all of the polos I've ordered from Ralph Lauren website fit very loosly. These were small and after washing, really tiny. I compared them to my 8 year old son's Ralph Lauren polos. He wears a size small, and these were smaller than his.
I looked at the polo website, and the polos I recieved looked identical to ones they sell for slightly more than what I paid for mine; of course, only in children's sizes.
I am just going to donate these polos to my son, even the one with the hole because I sort of have doubts I'll ever get a return or refund. ... It's not worth my time to pursue.
I don't think this company is the likes of say Nordstrom or Zappos. or Polo. where they guarantee their merchandice and even pay for return shipping with no restocking fee if you are dissatisfied for any reason, and in doing so they keep you coming back to them again and again. No, this is an odd little store, perhaps it is simply Eric in his basement! Ha. ...
You know you can always dispute your charges via credit card if you actually never recieve your return/refund; I hope you are aware of that.
I would be skeptical to recomend or use this online store again.

So is it your experience that the merchandise sold on the website is fake? Seconds or faulty? It sounds like the problems come with returns or exchanges; how about the merchandise in general?

You know Sandra i really did try hard with you to rectify this problem...had you told me that there was a hole in your shirt it would have been handled immediately...ACCORDING TO OUR POLICY if there is an error on our part NO RESTOCKING FEE will be applied and we would have GLADLY credited you for the shirt and again the only reason it was so delayed in shipping is that we were offline for a week due to renewing our servers so again i do apologize for that...

In reference to ERICS BASEMENT, we are a company of 110 warehouse employees and 3 account managers...it just so happens that when problems arise i am the guy that handles it...

So again i do apologize for your troubles...

Comment for Sandra...
I have worked for Ralph for several years now and my experience with womens polos is that they come in either classic fit or skinny fit. Skinny fit being MUCH smaller and more tailored to the body than that of the classic fit. That may be your problem. Hope that helped! =)

Let me tell you the truth...

those clothes arent authentic. They are variants (obviously).

This guy claiming to have 500 sales a day is a joke. We all know that is not the truth. Just dont lie.

All of those items you can find at a much cheaper bargain if you want fakes.

Paying those prices for bootlegs is ridiculous
