This firm has nothing to do with Johnny Cochran. A man named Vincent Imhoff bought the Cochran name and is using it to beneft their firm.
They sub contracted a NYC attorney who was not suitable, or even experienced, in my area of the law neeed to defend my case & also nearly put my wellbeing in jeopardy.
When I contacted my case manager to ask him questions, he would NEVER return my calls.
Please beware of this firm. They use the good name of Cochran to bait clients in & take your money only to sub-contract unqualified lawyers to cases. They DO NOT have your best intesrest at heart
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I’ve not received a call nor email from this company
It’s a shame that the company doesn’t live up to mr Johnny Cochran standards

April in disability or whatever she does. ..I know she doesn't know how to return phone calls! Please do not use the Cochran Firm...they don't care about their clients. According to April she has over 90 something clients to return phone calls to which is why she doesn't return phone calls. Even after a week later. Then when you called her out on it she wants to get smart with you. They forget they work for the client not we work for THEM. IF IT WASN'T FOR US THEM FOOLS WOULDN'T EVEN HAVE A JOB!. Please use a different law firm that cares about their clients and notttheir wallets.

After providing some brief information on a neglect case against my mother's nursing home which resulted in a trauma room visit by ambulance I contacted the Cochran Firm to get a free consultation to discuss the merits and possible outcomes. Well after keeping me waiting for a week the called me to say they would not take the case and I never even got the opportunity to speak to an attorney so the only issue I can see is that they probably thought the dollar value wasn't big enough for them. They are a sham and a disgrace if you do not have a multi-million dollar case they won't deal with you. You can't even get a consultation with an attorney.
I've been waiting over a year to get some kind of result and they finally send me a letter (to the wrong address) and state that my case is without merit, and it is simply not a matter their firm can continue to assist me with at this time. They thanked me for the opportunity and say if there's anything the firm can do to assist me not to hesitate and call. They're such a joke. I didn't even talk to the lawyer 1 single time! I've been dealing with them for too long to just sit here and go unrepresented. I hate their firm.

Two words, STAY AWAY! There must multiple bottom feeding firms using the good name of Johnny Cochran, mine was Brock & Stout from the state Georgia, totally unprofessional with NO court room experience. This firm almost cost me my SSDI judgment due to their being unprepared for my hearing. These bottom feeders didn't even have my medical records ready for the judge to review the day of the hearing. I had prepared a brief of my condition for the judge to review which helped me alot. My "lawyer" or should I say my joker was supposed to have a brief ready for the judge but he didn't, he even argued with the judge and was reprimanded. I filed a complaint with the Georgia BBB but it seems the BBB protects firms like this because they kicked my complaint back saying it wasn't a valid complaint and no further action was going to be taken, total BS, this firm is criminal. There's more, alot more but I will keep this brief. I meet Johnny Cochran in LA and he would be ashamed of what these bottom feeding firms are doing to his good mane. Remember STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY!

Thanks, because I'm looking for an attorney and I talked to them briefly last year and was hurried off on the phone. You're right, they spend a lot of money on those commercials, but they do have to worry about me, cause I ain't calling them.
The Cochran Firm is a FRAUD. They do not merely do bad legal work. In our case the lawyers deliberately worked with our defendants against us - their clients! Go to YouTube and see "The Cochran Firm Fraud 1 and 2. " Also, see the wrongful death of Larry Neal at http://wrongfuldeathoflarryneal.com. My mentally ill brother was murdered in Shelby County Jail in Memphis, and we took the wrongful death case to that firm. They failed to tell us the Managing Partner worked in a supervisory role over the jail. The firm worked FOR the police to PREVENT our lawsuit!

How on earth did you get to write your complaint about The Cochran Firm online? That firm's role in tricking minority clients is protected information - very hard to get through.
