Coca-Cola diet coke

On October 05, 2018 - I purchased a 12 pack of Diet Coke from H.E.B.
On October 07/2018 - I bought a 20 pack of Diet Coke from H.E.B.

On October 08, 2018 - I took two cans of "Diet Coke" for lunch on 10/08/18. During lunch I opened a can of Diet Coke and when I took a drink it tasted like "carbonated" water. Later in day I opened the 2nd can of "Diet Coke" and it tasted the same (carbonated water). I would like to get reimbursed for the 12 pack of coke that I bought. The product is available for return, the following information is on the can Aug 1 31 SNTA; 2342 2. I would really appreciate a call back from your complaints department.

Respect team,
Hi, Am Rohit Agarwal and I am retailer of yours.
I hold few outlets in Delhi Cantonment area.
Recently I received some msg from your team that I have some Gc coupons to redeem so I call on your employee I know named Mr Bali(‭[protected]‬).
I confirmed the thing and said that I can placed a order for the following, which I did.
After few minutes he called and asked that do I have a due payment to make, on which I said I guess no.
Later on I got a call from an unknown number(‭+[protected]‬).
The person on the call was to aggressive and started miss behaving, and when I asked who the hell you and the fu** is going on.
Then on that he said I have a due amount and I dint made the payment, on which I asked him if the payment is due you must have came to ask the payment.
But again he started howling and said (tu Kyo ni diya ****** n all other abusing words).
And told that he is putting Mr Bali on conference, which he did.
Mr Bali was asking him to come back to office and have a word but he was busy abusing me.
Later I called Mr Sandeep Rai (‭[protected]‬) the senior among them, on first take he was trying to avoid the matter but when I keep putting my point then he said that he will look after the matter.
Mean while the per who was abusing me kept on saying that I have singed a paper.
I have no idea that I ever singed a paper that allow you people to abuse me or my family.
Being a reputed brand I never expect this from you people.
He was threatening me to kill on call, which is against the law according to the Supreme Court of India.
I hope u people will take necessary action against this people.
Till then as my personal safety I will like to request you to shut down all my deals with you.
And I request that non of your employ will come to me with out calling me up or sending me a mail, as I have be threaten by you people that you will kill me and my family.
Hope for a proper investigation and a quick feed back from the corporate team.

Coca-Cola coca cola in 12 pack cans from jay c store

We have been purchasing 12 pack of coke for many years and now what we're getting is cans that are flat with no carbonation. This is happening frequently anymore. I spend alot of money on Coke products I would like to get money back because these flat comes are just poured down the drain not fit to drink. We are not sure if this is a safety issue. Y all of a sudden is these cases going flat or are they sold like this straight from the factory

Same here. I have a 24 pack that I am having to pour out, Every single can I have opened has been flat. This has been happening a lot over the last year. I purchase a lot of diet coke and I am tired of having to pour down the drain.

Coca-Cola soda cans

I have been purchasing Coca-Cola products for many years and have never had any issues until recently. I purchased several cases of Coke, Orange and Ginger Ale. As I am using these products I am finding several completely sealed cans that are totally empty. I mad my purchase at the Stop and Shop in Everett, Massachusetts. I am not sure if it is a production issue or quality control.

With a as many years i did not think that would be a problem. I do enjoy all the products.

I just feel more care should be taken when boxing and shipping your products

On 9/24/18 at 1:30 pm, I was shopping at a Dollar General store at 5405 Baltimore National Pike, Baltimore, MD 21229. One of your delivery drivers was talking politics with an UTZ delivery driver in the store while he was delivering your product. It was very offensive to me. I understand that everyone is entitled to their own opinions and beliefs but I should not be subjected to it while shopping. He is a representative of your product while he is working! Politics has already divided this country enough. There should be a time and place to discuss any personal opinions

Coca-Cola delivery driver reckless driving and failure to yield right of way.

9/26/18 @ Safeway store, 3334 Alhambra Ave, Martinez, CA 94553.

Driver backed up, recklessly, while approaching the loading dock are, and nearly striking var pulling into parking lot, from side street driveway. Driver then honked loudly and repeatedly at the car, which had to take evasive action to keep from being struck, after it had safely passed him. When the driver, an elderly disabled man, approached the driver to ask why he failed to yield, rather than apologizing, the driver was rude and dismissive. I am sure this is not in keeping with Coca Cola Corporations's image, values, or public relations .

Coca-Cola a specific incident with a van driver

This morning at around 6:40 a.m. I was at the Walgreens in San Leandro which is located at 1550 Washington Boulevard and was harassed in a very disrespectful way buy a Coca-Cola van driver. I was going driving through the parking lot and this driver suddenly pools forward through a parking space and tries to go in my Lane and almost hits me. I was dropping off my four-year-old daughter at daycare and had to stop there to pick up her medication and because of this incident I feel she is traumatized and scared. The man looked like he had not slept in a few days using profanity and yelling at us saying why we got in his way. I have been a Coca-Cola Drinker my whole life but this incident has left me with such disgust I don't even want to buy Coke products anymore. I have no idea if this will reach the right people but for what it's worth I did get his license plate 41781J1. Thank you and goodbye coke !

Coca-Cola customer service and your equipment

To whom it may concern,
At this point I dont know who that is as no one seems to want to do thier job, forget relaying messages to another inefficient employee. I am sitting here in shock that one of the worlds largest companies seems to have no communication, no care for thier job, and your customer service agents ie, sales managers in the field are the worst I have ever experienced. I have made so many attempts to at the very least speak to someone that could at least pretend for 7 minutes that they might care. I have yet to find such a person. Your reps on the phone are the most rude and ignorant I have encountered, your technical team has now damaged my property in the one and only effort made by anyone you employ. I cannot get a call back for the life of me from who I am lead to believe is my territory sales rep NORMAN MORI. I suspect you are paying to much. Infact Paying this incompitent [censored] at all is a loss for you, and at the end of the day I am still sitting here with your fountain machine and 2 C02 cannisters( both I have been trying to return for months) and I will spare you the horrific details of the efforts made on my part with complete lack of effort made on coca-colas behalf. I have had to explain this situation far more times than necessary all with the same complete lack of care or effort, sadly with the same end result. That is none! At this point the way I feel about having to chase you (or coca-cola) to do thier job to come collect YOUR equipment is assanine? I have made several attempts with thwarted effort and I am no longer prepared to do this niceley. Consider this your warning as no on wants to pick up a phone that as of monday september 24th I will be moving each piece of the remaining equipment to my outdoor balcony, where in lovely Alberta we are currently seeing snow? Happily will it stay out there until someone decides that they are ready to pick it up? I will also expect a cheque for the reimbursement of the deposit for the C02 cannisters.
Lastly one the most and very occasion that we did get a call back from someone on the 20th there were no notes on file, she has no idea what is going on, and everyone continues to tell me that I will have to speak with my rep, which we have established is a phantom. I am certain that this too will sit in limbo for days to weeks before someone decides to reply. However I have done all that I can manage to maintain my cool, but it is most wasted. Hope to see the back of your truck driving away with "Your" product by Monday.

Coca-Cola delivery truck unsafe driving

Key Food entrance 73rd Ave. 8:30 am SEP21

Vehicle registration: New Jersey TTT-35G

Unsafe driving. Driver approached entrance to attempt a right turn at high rate of speed. Result: the driver stopped and blocked the entrance/exit from which I was turning left. This required me to reverse and then squeeze to the right to drive around the truck and exit.

The driver and accompanying occupant were expressionless and seemingly indifferent to the situation.

Please remind your driver to drive safely in residential neighborhoods and attempt to communicate when traffic situations arise- especially on a quiet Saturday morning when traffic is light. Thank you.

Friday Afternoon, August 19th, Around 1pm, This Company's Incredibly Ignorant Drivers, Parked In A Bus Stop, Took Up The ENTIRE Bustop which is CLEARLY MARKED Along With The "No Standing" sign

And Because THIS Driver Wanted To Be An ENTIRE A**HOLE, Elderly and Disabled People Needing To Get On The Bus

But THAT Doesn't Matter When Someone Is In PAIN!

You had a driver this morning in Missouri at about 5 to 5:15 AM get up right behind me when I was exiting on to the highway and his brights were on and he was swerving as I exit onto the highway he couldn't wait until I got even all the way over. He gets in front of me and slows down, I come around after I get my speed up as I'm a heavy load 43000 pounds in the Box I tried to pass him because he slows down he is swerving from left lane to right lane and will not let me pass him all I got was his license plate I am telling you he doesn't need to drive a truck i should have called the police, a little bit closer to me he would have been in a wreck. Everything is on my dash cam.

Coca-cola trailer #3018 in Clarksville, TN almost drove on top of us on the 101st Parkway to get off on Fort Campbell Blvd. Driver not paying attention, then had the nerves to throw up hand gestures as we passed him. Your drivers need to pay attention before they kill innocent people.

Coca-Cola customer service representative at call center

Your [protected] customer service are rude, disrespectful and ignorant. I was at the Eastgate mall in Cincinnati, Ohio on 09/21/18 at around 6:15 p.m. an I purchased a 20oz coke from a vending machine in which I used my debit card for this 1.50 purchase. My bank account only had 3.24 in it. My account was over drawn 6.63 because the machine took 10.00 out of my bank account. So I processed to call the number above. I spoke to one lady an she transferred me to a member of management in which the manager proceeded to tell me that it wasn't them it was my bank. So I called my bank in return they told me it was you that took the 10$ for authorization hold. So I called back to customer service an had my bank on one phone an you on another. I again explain what I'm calling about and the man this time tells me to hold after he hears the bank tell me they can't hold for longer than 2 minutes. I'm placed on hold for 3 minutes exactly in which the man couldn't get a member of management it help me so he hung up on me. I processed to call 3 more times asking to speak with management bc I know the ppl answering the phone can't help an all 3 times I'm hung up on! I'm being charged a 37 dollar overdraft fee plus 10$ for a damn pop! I feel like I'm NOT responsible for the overdraft fee. Feel free to call my phone or email about this concern! Coca-Cola cans of coca-cola

I purchased a 12 pack of Coke at Walmart in Payson, AZ on 09/05/18 and two cans were empty. I had taken the 12-pack on a camping trip, so I was unable to return it to the store. There were no holes in the cans, but they were completely empty. I've been buying Coca Cola for over 40 years and this was the first time I've been disappointed. I would appreciate a coupon to buy another 12 pack.

Coca-Cola coke

I purchased 6 12 packs of coke from Walmart in Abbeville La. multiple cans were burst and/or empty. I was unable to use any of the cans. I could not be sure of the safety of the product at this point. The cans were not left in my car for an extended period of time. Just the time it took to drive from the store to home which is approximately 15 minutes.

Coca-Cola coca cola rewards program

I've been a member and a really good customer, but this program is an insult. For the second year in a row, i've been due a reward and it's taken months and a lot of email nonsense trying to get it. I'm disgusted with the whole program. I won a little $10 visa award card from a march madness contest. It's mid-september and still don't have it. They keep bouncing me around to 3 or 4 different award sites/companies. Why should I have to do all the damn leg work? None of them want to help me. Really bad experience. I'm sick of the whole program. If they can't get me the silly darn visa card... Why not just send me $10 in coupons or something. I buy enough of the stuff anyway!
Please help... If you can; don't ask me to write somewhere else either. I'm done.

Coca-Cola vitamin water xxx

Hello.

I have I bought vitamin water XXX acai blueberry pomegranate many times and have always enjoyed it.

However, after purchasing a bottle at 3$ in the waiting room of the emergency room at Lachine General Hospital I am very disappointed with it for the first time ever.

The taste is pungent and tastes like an awful cough syrup medicine. I can no longer finish the bottle.

The print on the bottle reads : DE3118DEB18 : 55T2

Hope this can help fix the issue. I hope the product didn't change and this was a 1 time issue.

I have had the same issue with the xxx vitamin water lately. It is a disgusting chemical taste and smell. I used to really enjoy the xxx flavor, but have had 4 out of 6 in a 6 pack be un drinkable, gave it one more chance and had 6 of 6 be undrinkable. It is disturbing. And scary. I will not buy them anymore. I just hope no one gets sick from this. It needs to be addressed immediately.

I've been drinking vitamin water xxx for years and never had an issue till now. Everytime I buy a 6 pack they have a rotten chemical taste and it made me so sick. Coca cola is a huge company and this is a bad look, I've been doing research and people have been talking about a weird taste that happens only to some of the drinks since 2012. I'm planning on getting my vitamin water tested I just hope mold doesn't come back like it did back in 2012.

Coca-Cola complaint

I lurched a 12 pack of diet coke and when I reached in the box for. A coke - the can was empty. The can is dated Aug6, 18uy016. And does not have a hole in it nor has it been opened. I understand that the automated system cannot check each can. Hopefully this does not happen again I really do not want to find a different diet drink. Thank you for your attention.

Coca-Cola coke

I had a case of coke in my walk-in pantry. Of late I have been smelling mold. Most times I go in to get an item I don't turn the lights on or look around but last night I decided I had to investigate the smell. With the lights on it was obvious, what the issue was. There was coke running down the walls, all over the floor, all over the other items in my pantry and mold everywhere. I had 15 cans of coke remaining in my case. When I took out the cans, 6 of them were near empty with the tab still in place. My whole family drink coke. We have always purchased it by the case with not an issue before. Now I had to discard much of the items in my pantry as they were moldy or soaked with coke. This has caused me great expense, not to mention the work involved to remove all the items from the pantry and assess each item to see if it can be salvaged. The walls have to be painted because when I wiped the mold and coke it removed all the paint in certain areas. I have the 6 cans, that I can mail to you if you wish. I am requesting compensation for the items I had to discard and the coke. Thanking you in advance for your help.

Thank you for your letter dated August 3, 2018 in response to case reference [protected]-[protected] raised by my email to your email address: journey.[protected]@coca-cola.com on 07/22/18 at 19:37:26.
I am disappointed in the above response to the situation I brought to your company's attentions.
As you can see from the enclosed, we have been a loyal Coke supporter for over 50 years. I took the trouble to draw your attentions to this matter in the hope that it would alert the company to a situation that could happen not only to me but other customers. For every one customer who takes the trouble of writing, there are likely to be 50 more out there who have just chosen to stay silent but dissatisfied. As such, I was looking to help a strong brand by writing. Instead what I received was advice on how to better store the product, implying that what happened was a result of my improper handling of your products. In fact, I stored my carton of Coke in exactly the way recommended in your letter.
A case of coke is fortunately still something that can be well afforded by most people here in North America, so while yes, I was looking for a gesture to recognize the trouble (which was considerable given the sugary syrup was both difficult to clean once into the floor and floorboard, as well as the need to eradicate the ants and other insects that the syrup attracted) a case of leaking Coke had caused me, your letter and a coupon for a bottle of coke smack of a ‘handwave' to dispense with a nuisance. I would have thought a special delivery of even a six-pack of Coke would have sent a much more sincere message. Returned herein with thanks is the coupon that you sent me. We are not a fan of Coke in plastic bottles.
Lastly, understand that what consumers are looking for is not freebies, but product and service satisfactions. If people who manage Consumer Affairs don't get that, you have bigger problem than leaking tin cans.

Coca-Cola delivery driver

Around noon on August 30th in Clendenin wv at speedway store 9794 your delivery driver threatened me with physical violence numerous times. He spit at me and continued to cuss and make threats. I informed him that would be contacting Coke and he continued to cuss at me. Your driver is the most obnoxious and unprofessional person you could possibly have representing your company.

Coca-Cola coke zero

I recently purchased a 12 pack of Coke Zero. Five of the cans felt lighter in weight than the rest of the cans. The five cans were unopened and the tab was in place and untampered with.

I opened one of the cans and poured out the contents. it measured 4 oz and was flat - no carbonation.

Would you please either send me a refund or coupon. I purchased the product at a Giant Store.
